Reaction mechanism between Al_(2)O_(3)–MgO refractory materials and rare earth high-carbon heavy rail steel

Submerged entry nozzle(SEN)clogging is a major problem affecting the production quality of rare earth steel,and finding a suitable refractory outlet can significantly reduce production *** explore the relationship between refractory composition and interface interaction,unprotected coated Al_(2)O_(3)–MgO refractories and SiO2-coated Al_(2)O_(3)–MgO refractories were added to rare earth high-carbon heavy rail steel under laboratory conditions,and the Al_(2)O_(3)–MgO refractory was found to be more *** results show that,from the epoxy resin side to the refractory side,the contour of the refractory interface reaction layer can be divided into two main layers:an iron-rich reaction layer and an iron-poor reaction *** based on the spherical model suggest that the adhesion force is proportional to the size of the refractory particles and inclusions,and the same result applies to the surface *** the inclusions at a smaller size has a specific effect on alleviating the erosion of *** with the erosion mechanism of Al_(2)O_(3)–MgO refractories,the interface reaction mechanism between Al_(2)O_(3)–MgO refractories and molten steel was proposed,which provides ideas for solving SEN clogging.

The human wrist, a complex articulation of skeletal muscles and two-carpal rows, substantially contributes to improvements in maneuverability by agilely performing three-degree-of-freedom(3-DOF) orienting tasks and regulating stiffness according to variations in interaction forces. However, few soft robotic wrists simultaneously demonstrate dexterous 3-DOF motion and variable stiffness;in addition, they do not fully consider a soft-rigid hybrid structure of integrated muscles and two carpal *** this study, we developed a soft-rigid hybrid structure to design a biomimetic soft robotic wrist(BSRW) that is capable of rotating in the x and y directions, twisting around the z-axis, and possessing stiffness-tunable capacity. To actuate the BSRW, a lightweight soft-ring-reinforced bellows-type pneumatic actuator(SRBPA) with large axial, linear deformation(η_(lcmax)=70.6%,η_(lemax)=54.3%) and small radial expansion(η_(demax)=3.7%) is designed to mimic the motion of skeletal muscles. To represent the function of two-carpal rows, a compact particle-jamming joint(PJJ) that combines particles with a membrane-covered ballsocket mechanism is developed to achieve various 3-DOF motions and high axial load-carrying capacity(>60 N). By varying the jamming pressure, the stiffness of the PJJ can be adjusted. Finally, a centrally positioned PJJ and six independently actuated SRBPAs, which are in an inclined and antagonistic arrangement, are sandwiched between two rigid plates to form a flexible,stable, and compact BSRW. Such a structure enables the BSRW to have a dexterous 3-DOF motion, high load-carrying ability,and stiffness tunability. Experimental analysis verify 3-DOF motion of BSRW, producing force of 29.6 N and 36 N and torque of2.2 Nm in corresponding rotations. Moreover, the range of rotational angle and stiffness-tuning properties of BSRW are studied by applying jamming pressure to the PJJ. The design of universal segments and deviation control of segment assembly are essential for robust and low-risk tunnel construction.A building information modeling(BIM)-based framework was proposed for parametric modeling,automatic assembly,and deviation control of universal ***,segment models of different levels of detail(LoDs)were built based on BIM visual programming language(VPL)for different project life ***,the geometric constraints,requirements,and procedures for parametric segment assembly were distilled to develop a program that combines a novel typesetting algorithm with a 3D path replanning *** is implemented by introducing a point indication matrix,characterizing segments by sides,and manipulating geometries in a ***,3D path replanning,with non-uniform rational B-splines(NURBS)and arcs as basic shapes,was used to resolve unacceptable deviation situations after ***,the proposed framework was validated on a water diversion line and was found to be more effective and accurate than the previous method.

We investigate the constant-roll inflation with non-minimally kinetic coupling to the Einstein *** the slow-roll parameterηφ=-φ/(Hφ)being a constant,we calculate the power spectra for scalar and tensor perturbations,and derive the expressions for the scalar spectral tilt n_(s),the tensor spectral tilt n_(T),and the tensor-to-scalar ratio *** find that the expressions for n_(s)are different with different ordering of taking the derivative of the scalar power spectrum with respect to the scale k and the horizon crossing condition c_(sk)=a H in the constant-roll inflation,the consistency relation r=-8n_(T)does not hold if|η_(φ)|is not small,and the duality of the tensorto-scalar ratio between the slow-roll inflation and ultra-slow-roll inflation does not exist in inflationary models with non-minimally derivative *** result offers a fresh perspective on the understanding of the inflationary models with non-minimally derivative coupling and is helpful for the production of scalar induced gravitational waves in the framework of ultra-slowroll inflation with non-minimally derivative coupling.

Antarctic krill Euphausia superba plays a key role in the Antarctic food *** trophic linkage between krill and other macro-organisms has been studied in the past decades,but the variability of parasites in krill is less studied and remains poorly ***,it is important to understand the factors that influence abundance and infection of parasites in ***,the relationship between the infection intensity of parasite and krill diet needs to be clarified,which is helpful for understanding the role of parasite in the food *** investigated the abundance of the highly prevalent gregarine parasites in the digestive tract of krill and the factors influencing the gregarine infection to krill in the East *** infection rate of Cephaloidophora pacifica Avdeev,1985 to krill(n=50 individuals)was 94%.The results of generalized linear model show the infection intensity of *** to the host was related significantly to the station,krill size,and maturity stage,but not the food species and abundance in the stomach of *** of *** in krill differed among stations,and the lowest abundance occurred in the station nearest to the *** abundance varied among sexual maturity stages of krill and increased with krill size.
