A comprehensive comparison of different regression techniques and nature-inspired optimization algorithms to predict carbonation depth of recycled aggregate concrete

Force-position collaborative optimization of rope-driven snake manipulator for capturing non-cooperative space targets

With the rapid development of space activities, non-cooperative space targets increase swiftly, such as failed satellites and upper stages, threating normal spacecrafts seriously. As there are some problems in the capture process, such as excessive collision and fast tumbling of targets, manipulator with redundant Degrees of Freedom (DOFs) can be used to improve the compliance and therefore solve these problems. The Rope-Driven Snake Manipulator (RDSM) is a combination of hyper-redundant DOFs and better compliance, and therefore it is suitable for capturing mission. In this paper, a snake manipulator mechanism is designed, and the complete kinematic model and system dynamic model considering RDSM, target and contact is established. Then, to obtain the configuration of joint with hyper-redundant DOFs, an improved motion dexterity index is proposed as the joint motion optimization target. Besides, the force-position collaborative optimization index is designed to adjust active stiffness, and the impedance control method based on the modified index is used to capture the space target. Finally, the proposed force-position collaborative optimization method is verified by virtual prototype co-simulation. The results demonstrate that based on the proposed method, the collision force is reduced by about 25% compared to normal impedance control, showing higher safety. The reaction mechanism and interfacial crystallization of Al nanoparticle-embedded Ni under shock loading

The shock-induced reaction mechanism and characteristics of Ni/Al system,considering an Al nanoparticle-embedded Ni single crystal,are investigated through molecular dynamics *** the shock melting of Al nanoparticle,interfacial crystallization and dissolution are the main *** reaction degree of Al particle first increases linearly and then logarithmically with time driven by rapid mechanical mixing and following *** reaction rate increases with the decrease of particle diameter,however,the reaction is seriously hindered by interfacial crystallization when the diameter is lower than 9 nm in our ***,we found a negative exponential growth in the fraction of crystallized Al atoms,and the crystallinity of B2-NiAl(up to 20%)is positively correlated with the specific surface area of Al *** can be attributed to the formation mechanism of B2-NiAl by structural evolution of finite mixing layer near the collapsed *** shock melting of both Al particle and Ni matrix,the liquid-liquid phase inter-diffusion is the main reaction mechanism that can be enhanced by the formation of internal *** addition,the enhanced diffusion is manifested in the logarithmic growth law of mean square displacement,which results in an almost constant reaction rate similar to the mechanical mixing process.

Due to the rapid evolution of Advanced Persistent Threats(APTs)attacks,the emergence of new and rare attack samples,and even those never seen before,make it challenging for traditional rule-based detection methods to extract universal rules for effective *** the progress in techniques such as transfer learning and meta-learning,few-shot network attack detection has ***,challenges in few-shot network attack detection arise from the inability of time sequence flow features to adapt to the fixed length input requirement of deep learning,difficulties in capturing rich information from original flow in the case of insufficient samples,and the challenge of high-level abstract *** address these challenges,a few-shot network attack detection based on NFHP(Network Flow Holographic Picture)-RN(ResNet)is ***,leveraging inherent properties of images such as translation invariance,rotation invariance,scale invariance,and illumination invariance,network attack traffic features and contextual relationships are intuitively represented in *** addition,an improved RN network model is employed for high-level abstract feature extraction,ensuring that the extracted high-level abstract features maintain the detailed characteristics of the original traffic behavior,regardless of changes in background ***,a meta-learning model based on the self-attention mechanism is constructed,achieving the detection of novel APT few-shot network attacks through the empirical generalization of high-level abstract feature representations of known-class network attack *** results demonstrate that the proposed method can learn high-level abstract features of network attacks across different traffic detail *** state-of-the-artmethods,it achieves favorable accuracy,precision,recall,and F1 scores for the identification of unknown-class network attacks through cross-validation onmultiple datasets.

Healthy life expectancy with cardiovascular disease among Chinese rural population based on the prospective cohort study

BACKGROUND limited research has explored the impact of cardiovascular disease(CVD)on healthy life expectancy(HLE)especially in resource-limited *** study aimed to investigate the association between CVD and HLE in Chinese rural *** This study included 11,994 participants aged 45 years and older from the baseline and follow-up surveys of the Henan rural cohort *** status was measured via a Visual Analogue *** multistate Markov model was applied to estimate the association between CVD and transitions in health,unhealthiness and ***-specific total life expectancy,HLE and unhealthy life expectancy were calculated by the multistate life table *** During a mean follow-up time of 3.85(3.84–3.86)years,there were 588 deaths *** individuals with CVD,the risk of switching from health to unhealthiness status was increased by 71%[hazard ratio(HR)=1.71,95%CI:1.42–2.07],the chance of recovery was reduced by 30%(HR=0.70,95%CI:0.60–0.82).Men aged 45 years without CVD could gain an extra 7.08(4.15–10.01)years of HLE and lose 4.00(1.60–6.40)years of unhealthy life expectancy compared to their peers with CVD,*** corresponding estimates among women were 8.62(5.55–11.68)years and 5.82(2.59–9.04)years,*** This study indicated that CVD was significantly associated with poorer health status and lower HLE among Chinese rural *** is an important public health policy to adopt targeted measures to reduce the CVD burden and enhance the quality of life and HLE in resource-limited areas.
