Hydrogel-based triboelectric nanoge nerator(TENG)has a promising applied prospect in wearable electronic ***,its low performance,poor stability,insufficient recyclability and inferior self-healing seriously hinder its ***,we report a robust route to a liquid metal(LM)/polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)hydrogel-based TENG(LP-TENG).Owing to the intrinsically liquid feature of conductive LM within the flexible PVA hydrogel,the as-prepared LP-TENG exhibited comprehensiye advantages of adaptability,biocompatibility,outstanding electrical performance,superior stability,recyclability and diverse applications,which were unattainable by traditional ***,the LP-TENG delivered appealing open circuit voltage of 250 V,short circuit current of 4μA and transferred charge of 120 nC with high stability,outperforming most advanced TENG *** LP-TENG was successfully employed for versatile applications with multifunctionality,including human motion detection,handwriting recognition,energy collection,message transmission and human-machine *** work presents significant prospects for crafting advanced materials and devices in the fields of wearable electronics,flexible skin and smart robots.

The second-to-fourth digit(2D:4D)ratio is thought to be associated with prenatal androgen ***,the relationship between the 2D:4D ratio and hypospadias is poorly understood,and its molecular mechanism is not *** this study,by analyzing the hand digit length of 142 boys with hypospadias(23 distal,68 middle,and 51 proximal)and 196 controls enrolled in Shanghai Children’s Hospital(Shanghai,China)from December 2020 to December 2021,we found that the 2D:4D ratio was significantly increased in boys with hypospadias(P<0.001)and it was positively correlated with the severity of the *** was further verified by the comparison of control mice and prenatal low testosterone mice model obtained by knocking out the risk gene(dynein axonemal heavy chain 8[DNAH8])associated with ***,the discrepancy was mainly caused by a shift in *** characterization of a mouse model validated that low testosterone levels during pregnancy can impair the growth and development of *** mechanistic explorations revealed that during the androgen-sensitive window,the downregulation of the androgen receptor(AR)caused by low testosterone levels,as well as the suppressed expression of chondrocyte proliferation-related genes such as Wnt family member 5a(Wnt5a),Wnt5b,Smad family member 2(Smad2),and Smad3;mitochondrial function-related genes in cartilage such as AMP-activated protein kinase(AMPK)and nuclear respiratory factor 1(Nrf-1);and vascular development-related genes such as myosin light chain(MLC),notch receptor 3(Notch3),and sphingosine kinase 1(Sphk1),are responsible for the limitation of 4D growth,which results in a higher 2D:4D ratio in boys with hypospadias via decreased endochondral *** study indicates that the ratio of 2D:4D is a risk marker of hypospadias and provides a potential molecular mechanism.

【目的】研究添加自行筛选制备的复合菌剂对青藏地区羊粪尾菜混合堆肥进程和发酵品质的作用效果,为高原地区羊粪尾菜的资源化利用提供高效菌剂。【方法】将羊板粪和尾菜以质量比8∶1混合组成堆料,分为3份用于设置处理:自然发酵(CK),添加市售堆肥菌剂(T2),添加自行筛选制备的复合菌剂(T3),堆体均为锥形,高度在1.5 m左右,每个堆体堆料量5 t,发酵持续60天。在开始发酵后测定堆肥温度,在0、7、14、20、25、50、60天,取样分析pH、含水率、电导率(EC)值及总氮、铵态氮、硝态氮和亚硝态氮含量,腐熟期样品用于种子发芽率(GI)试验。在0、20、60天取样,结合扩增子测序,分析堆肥细菌群落结构。【结果】添加复合菌剂的T3处理升温速度最快,在发酵第3天就达到47.8℃,在发酵第17天,T3处理首先进入高温期(>50℃),比CK处理提前5天;复合菌剂加速了羊粪尾菜堆肥中有机碳的分解,对有机质降解有一定的促进作用。发酵结束时CK、T2、T3处理全氮含量分别为21.4、23.1、19.7 g/kg,NH_(4)^(+)-N含量分别为155、144、45.6mg/kg,NO_(3)^(-)-N含量分别为218、283、344 mg/kg,T3处理堆肥全氮和铵态氮含量较CK组与T2组下降明显,但硝态氮含量高于CK和T2组,最终其GI值达到129.2%,高于CK组与T2组处理。菌群分析发现高原环境中Psychrobacter在堆肥初始阶段有着优势地位。加入自制的复合菌剂改变了堆肥过程中微生物的群落结构,增加了细菌多样性和特定细菌丰度,T3处理中Actinobacteriota水平明显升高。【结论】与不使用菌剂和使用商品菌剂相比,添加自行筛选制备的复合菌剂有效促进了青藏地区富含纤维素的羊粪尾菜混合堆肥的腐熟,延长了高温期,促进了有机质降解,同时减弱腐熟阶段的反硝化作用。加入的复合菌剂增加了堆肥中的细菌多样性,较高的嗜冷杆菌(Psychrobacter)相对丰度有助于堆肥初始阶段的升温,具有高效纤维素降解能力的放线菌(Streptomyces sp.)的加入有助于纤维素的降解。因此,使用复合菌剂是实现西藏地区羊粪及尾菜混合堆肥处理的有效措施。

This study aimed to investigate the incidence of patent processus vaginalis(PPV)in pediatric patients with a unilateral nonpalpable testis and explore the associated *** May 2014 to April 2017,152 boys who were diagnosed with a unilateral nonpalpable testis and underwent laparoscopy in Shanghai Children’s Hospital(Shanghai,China)were included in this *** data were collected and reviewed,and the results were analyzed regarding the age at operation,side,development,and position of the nonpalpable *** mean age of the patients was 2.6(standard deviation:2.3)*** testis was absent in 14 cases,nonviable in 81 cases,and viable in 57 *** incidence of PPV was 37.5%(57 of 152)on the ipsilateral side and 16.4%(25 of 152)on the contralateral *** ipsilateral PPV was more prevalent when the nonpalpable testis occurred on the right side(P<0.01).Besides,patients with a viable testis had a greater incidence of ipsilateral PPV than those with a nonviable or absent testis(P<0.01).Moreover,this rate was the highest when the testis was in the abdominal cavity and the lowest when the testis was in the scrotum(both P<0.01).However,the incidence of contralateral PPV was independent of all the *** conclusion,in children with a nonpalpable testis,the incidence of an ipsilateral PPV was significantly related to the side,development,and position of the testis,while it was independent of these factors on the contralateral side.

Objective::To investigate the roles of transcription factors (TFs) in the etiology of complex human birth defects, including neural tube defects (NTDs), congenital heart diseases (CHDs), and ***::We examined the overlap of genetically associated genes among NTDs, CHDs, and hypospadias. We then compared the expression profiles of these diseases based on all the detected genes and disease-associated TFs. The differentially expressed TFs that we obtained were further subjected to functional enrichment analysis to elucidate their role in the development of these birth ***::TF genes were significantly enriched in complex birth defects ( P= 5.95 × 10^(-24)). NTDs, CHDs, and hypospadias showed distinct gene expression profiles compared with the controls. Although TFs could not efficiently separate CHDs from normal subjects, distinct gene expression profiles of TFs could distinguish NTDs and hypospadias from controls. Differentially expressed TFs can be used to characterize NTDs, hypospadias, and controls. The enriched TFs in biological processes (BPs) reflected the different morphological processes of NTDs, CHDs, and hypospadias. Conclusions::This study indicates that abnormal expression patterns of specific TFs may disrupt the normal requirements for developmental equilibrium through the related BPs. The investigation of genetically associated genes and gene expression profiles for the three different complex birth defects provides new insights into how the dysregulation of TFs influences their developmental process.

In unit cell simulations,identification of ordered phases in block copolymers(BCPs)is a tedious and time-consuming task,impeding the advancement of more streamlined and potentially automated research *** this study,we propose a scattering-based automated identification strategy(SAIS)for characterization and identification of ordered phases of BCPs based on their computed scattering *** approach leverages the scattering theory of perfect crystals to efficiently compute the scattering patterns of periodic morphologies in a unit *** the first stage of the SAIS,phases are identified by comparing reflection conditions at a sequence of Miller *** confirm or refine the identification results of the first stage,the second stage of the SAIS introduces a tailored residual between the test phase and each of the known candidate ***,our strategy incorporates a variance-like criterion to distinguish background species,enabling its extension to multi-species BCP *** has been demonstrated that our strategy achieves exceptional accuracy and robustness while requiring minimal computational ***,the approach allows for real-time expansion and improvement to the candidate phase library,facilitating the development of automated research workflows for designing specific ordered structures and discovering new ordered phases in BCPs.

Pure organic materials with persistent and efficient room-temperature phosphorescence have recently aroused great research interest due to their vast potential in *** crucial design principle for such materials is to suppress as much as possible the non-radiative decay of the triplet exciton while maintaining a moderate phosphorescent radiative ***,molecular engineering often exhibits similar regulation trends for the two ***,we propose that the quantum interference caused by aggregation can be utilized to control the phosphorescent and non-radiative decay *** systematically analyze various constructive and destructive transition pathways in aggregates with different molecular packing types and establish clear relationships between the luminescence characters and the signs of the singlet and triplet excitonic *** is shown that the decay channels can be flexibly switched on or off by regulating the packing type and excitonic *** importantly,an enhanced phosphorescent decay and a completely suppressed non-radiative decay can be simultaneously realized in the aggregate packed with inversion *** work lays the theoretical foundation for future experimental realization of quantum interference effects in phosphorescence.

Simulating the GRF of Humanoid Robot Vertical Jumping Using a Simplified Model with a Foot Structure for Foot Design

There are many theories and tools for human or robot motion simulation,but most of them require complex *** LNZN model(a simplified model named by the proposers)simplifies the human model and facilitates simulation of the Ground Reaction Force(GRF)of body landing by spring damping model and ignoring joint rotation movements,which can reduce the amount of computation *** this paper,the LNZN model of human running is selected as the basis and is modified to obtain the LNZN model of a robot,which expands the application of the LNZN *** to the structure of the human foot,a foot structure is then added to the simplified model to reduce the *** also applied driving forces to the new model to simulate the whole high jump motion of the robot to expand the functions of the LNZN *** obtained GRF data were anastomotic to the actual experimental *** addition,the effects of variables,such as the mass,hardness,and damping,of the foot on the GRF at the moment of landing were also ***,based on the guidelines obtained for the design of the robot’s foot structure,we fabricated new robot’s feet and installed them on the actual robot and achieved a better cushioning effect than the original foot in experiments.
