In this study,we present a supramolecular templating approach for constructing polyimidazolium salt containing crown ether and cyclobutane *** strategy involves the formation of metal-carbene templates,photochemical cycloaddition,and subsequent demetallation of metal *** by the host-guest chemistry between crown ether units and ammonium salts,we successfully fabricated a supramolecular polymer SPN1,which features imidazolium receptors and cyclobutane *** obtained SPN1 demonstrates outstanding reversible stimulus-response,antibacterial behavior and conductivity.

Low-Density Parity-heck Codes(LDPC)with excellent error-correction capabilities have been widely used in both data communication and storage fields,to construct reliable cyber-physical systems that are resilient to real-world *** prototyping field-programmable gate array(FPGA)-based decoder is essential to achieve high decoding performance while accelerating the development *** paper proposes a three-level parallel architecture,TLP-LDPC,to achieve high throughput by fully exploiting the characteristics of both LDPC and underlying hardware while effectively scaling to large-size FPGA *** three-level parallel architecture contains a low-level decoding unit,a mid-level multi-unit decoding core,and a high-level multi-core *** low-level decoding unit is a basic LDPC computation component that effectively combines the features of the LDPC algorithm and hardware with the specific structure(e.g.,Look-Up-Table,LUT)of the FPGA and eliminates potential data *** mid-level decoding core integrates the input/output and multiple decoding units in a well-balancing pipelined *** top-level multi-core architecture conveniently makes full use of board-level resources to improve the overall *** develop an LDPC C++code with dedicated pragmas and leverage HLS tools to implement the TLP-LDPC *** results show that TLP-LDPC achieves 9.63 Gbps end-to-end decoding throughput on a Xilinx Alveo U50 platform,3.9x higher than existing HLS-based FPGA implementations.

Effects of formal credit on pastoral household expense: Evidence from the Qinghai-Xizang Plateau of China

Formal credit is critical in agricultural production,allowing more expenditure and productive input,thereby improving farmers'*** pastoral China,formal financial institutions are gradually ***,a limited understanding remains of how formal credit affects herders'household *** on a survey of 544 herders from the Qinghai-Xizang Plateau of China,this study adopted the propensity score matching approach to identify the effect of formal credit on herders'total household expenses,daily expenses,and productive *** results found that average age,grassland mortgage,and other variables significantly affected herders'participation in formal *** credit could significantly improve household expenses,especially productive expenses.A heterogeneity analysis showed that formal credit had a greater impact on the household total expense for those at higher levels of wealth;however,it significantly affected the productive expense of herders at lower wealth ***,the mediating effect indicated that formal credit could affect herders'household income,thus influencing their household ***,this study suggests that policies should improve herders'accessibility to formal credit.

Background:Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)is an independent risk factor for severe acute pancreatitis(AP).The underlying mechanism remains *** sought to determine how bacterial translocation and cholesterol metabolism in the liver and pancreas affect the severity of AP in NAFLD ***:C57BL/6N mice were fed on a high-fat diet(HFD)to generate the NAFLD model,and mice in the control group were provided with a normal diet(ND).After being anesthetized with ketamine/xylazine,mice got a retrograde infusion of taurocholic acid sodium into the pancreatic duct to induce AP,and sham operation(SO)was used as *** amylase and Schmidt’s pathological score system were used to evaluate AP *** loads,total cholesterol level,and cholesterol metabolic-associated molecules[low-density lipoprotein receptor(LDLR)and ATP-binding cassette transporter A1(ABCA1)]were analyzed in the liver and ***:Compared with the ND-AP group,mice in the HFD-AP group had severer pancreatitis,manifested with higher serum amylase levels and higher AP pathologic scores,especially the inflammation and hemorrhage *** with the HFD-SO group and ND-AP group,bacterial loads in the liver and pancreas were significantly higher in the HFD-AP *** in the HFD-AP group showed a decreased LDLR expression and an increased ABCA1 expression in the pancreas,although there was no significant difference in pancreas total cholesterol between the HFD-AP group and the ND-AP ***:NAFLD aggravates AP via increasing bacterial translocation in the liver and pancreas and affecting pancreas cholesterol metabolism in mice.

As a new grinding and maintenance technology,rail belt grinding shows significant advantages in many applications The dynamic characteristics of the rail belt grinding vehicle largely determines its grinding performance and service *** order to explore the vibration control method of the rail grinding vehicle with abrasive belt,the vibration response changes in structural optimization and lightweight design are respectively analyzed through transient response and random vibration simulations in this ***,the transient response simulation analysis of the rail grinding vehicle with abrasive belt is carried out under operating conditions and non-operating ***,the vibration control of the grinding vehicle is implemented by setting vibration isolation elements,optimizing the structure,and increasing ***,in order to further explore the dynamic characteristics of the rail grinding vehicle,the random vibration simulation analysis of the grinding vehicle is carried out under the condition of the horizontal irregularity of the American AAR6 ***,by replacing the Q235 steel frame material with 7075 aluminum alloy and LA43M magnesium alloy,both vibration control and lightweight design can be achieved *** results of transient dynamic response analysis show that the acceleration of most positions in the two working conditions exceeds the standard value in GB/T 17426-1998 *** optimizing the structure of the grinding vehicle in three ways,the average vibration acceleration of the whole car is reduced by about 55.1%from 15.6 m/s^(2) to 7.0 m/s^(2).The results of random vibration analysis show that the grinding vehicle with Q235 steel frame does not meet the safety conditions of 3σ.By changing frame material,the maximum vibration stress of the vehicle can be reduced from 240.7 MPa to 160.0 MPa and the weight of the grinding vehicle is reduced by about 21.7%from 1500 kg to 1175 *** modal analysis results indic

Carbon-based single-atom catalysts(SACs)have been widely studied in the field of biomedicine due to their excellent catalytic ***,carbon-based SACs usually aggregate during pyrolysis,which leads to the reduction of catalytic ***,we describe a method to improve the monodispersion of SACs using silicon dioxide as a protective *** decoration of silicon dioxide serves as a buffer layer for individual nanoparticles,which is not destroyed during the pyrolysis process,ensuring the single-particle dispersion of the nanoparticles after *** approach increased the hydroxyl groups on the surface of Fe-SAC(Fe-SAC-SE)and improved its water solubility,resulting in a four times enhancement of the peroxidase(POD)-like activity of Fe-SAC-SE(58.4 U/mg)than that of non-protected SACs(13.9 U/mg).The SiO_(2)-protection approach could also improve the catalytic activities of SACs with other metals such as Mn,Co,Ni,and Cu,indicating its generality for SACs *** advantage of the high POD-like activity,photothermal properties,and large specific surface area of Fe-SAC-SE,we constructed a synergistic therapeutic system(Fe-SAC-SE@DOX@PEG)for combining the photothermal therapy,catalytic therapy,and *** was verified that the photothermal properties of Fe-SAC-SE@DOX@PEG could effectively improve its POD-like activity,exhibiting excellent tumor-killing performance at the cellular *** work may provide a general approach to improve the performances of SACs for disease therapy and diagnosis.

Sodium-ion batteries(SIBs) and potassium-ion batteries(PIBs) have been attracting great attentions and widely been exploited due to the abundant sodium/potassium ***,the preparation of high-powered anode materials for SIBs/PIBs plays a decisive role for the commercial applications of SIBs/PIBs in the *** selenides are a class of potential anode materials for SIBs/PIBs because of their small band gap and high electrical *** this work,MnSe and ReS_(2) core-shell nanowires connecting by polydopamine derived carbon nanotube(MnSe@NC@ReS_(2)) have been successfully synthesized from growing ReS_(2) nanosheets array on the surface of MnSe@NC nano wires,which present excellent Na^(+)/K^(+) storage *** applied as SIBs anode,the specific capacity of 300 mAh·g^(-1) was maintwined after 400 cycles at the current density of 1.0 A·g^(-1).Besides,it could also keep 120 mAh·g^(-1) specific capacity after 900 cycles at 1.0 A·g^(-1) for the anode of *** heterogeneous engineering and one-dimensional-two-dimensional(1D-2D) hybrid strategies could provide an ideal strategy for the synthesis of new hetero-structured anode materials with outstanding battery performance for SIBs and PIBs.
