A sky model from CLEAN deconvolution is a particularly effective high dynamic range reconstruction in radio astronomy,which can effectively model the sky and remove the sidelobes of the point spread function(PSF)caused by incomplete sampling in the spatial frequency *** to scale-free and multi-scale sky models,adaptive-scale sky modeling,which can model both compact and diffuse features,has been proven to have better sky modeling capabilities in narrowband simulated data,especially for large-scale features in high-sensitivity observations which are exactly one of the challenges of data processing for the Square Kilometre Array(SKA).However,adaptive scale CLEAN algorithms have not been verified by real observation data and allow negative components in the *** this paper,we propose an adaptive scale model algorithm with non-negative constraint and wideband imaging capacities,and it is applied to simulated SKA data and real observation data from the Karl *** Very Large Array(JVLA),an SKA *** show that the new algorithm can reconstruct more physical models with rich *** work is a step forward for future SKA image reconstruction and developing SKA imaging pipelines.

Terminalia catappa L. leaves have been shown to protect against acute liver injury produced by some hepatotoxicants, but the active components and mechanisms are not clear. This study was designed to characterize the protective effects of the chloroform fraction of the ethanol extract of T. catappa leaves (TCCE) against carbon tetrachloride (CCl4)-induced hepatotoxicity in mice, and analyze the changes in expression level of interleukin-6 (IL-6) in the process. It was found that TCCE pretreatment (10 or 30 mg/kg, ig) protected mice from CCl4 toxicity, as evidenced by the reversed alterations in serum alanine aminotrans-ferase (sALT) and serum aspartate aminotransferase (sAST) activities. Additionally liver tissues were subjected to RT-PCR, Western blot and immunohistochemistry to analyze changes in IL-6 expression. It was found that TCCE markedly suppressed the CCl4-induced over-transcription of IL-6 gene. Consistent with the result, the expression of IL-6 protein was also blocked by TCCE in CCl4-stimula

Alzheimer's disease(AD)shows cognitive impairments in clinic,which is multifactorial with different etiopathogenic mechanisms such as A|3 deposition,neuroinflammation and neuronal dystrophy ***,multi-targets drugs with neuroprotective,anti-amyloidogenic and anti-inflammatory properties will be effective in AD ***-3-gallate(EGCG)possesses a broad spectrum of pharmacological activities in the prevention and treatment of multiple neurodegenerative *** the present study,we showed that oral administration of EGCG(50 mg/kg)for 4 months significantly attenuated the cognitive deficits in APP/PS1 transgenic mice,which served as AD ***,EGCG induced an improvement in dendritic integrity and expression levels of synaptic proteins in the brain of APP/PS 1 *** EGCG exerted obvious anti-inflammatory effects,which was manifested by alleviating microglia activation,decreasing pro-inflammatory cytokine(IL-β)and increasing anti-inflammatory cytokines(IL-10,IL-β).Furthermore,p-amyloid(AP)plaques were markedly reduced in the hippocampus of 6-month old APP/PS 1 mice after EGCG *** conclusion,these findings indicate that EGCG improves AD-like cognitive impairments through neuroprotective,anti-amyloidogenic and anti-inflammatory effects,thus is a promising therapeutic can didate for AD.

The proliferation of robot accounts on social media platforms has posed a significant negative impact,necessitating robust measures to counter network anomalies and safeguard content *** robot detection has emerged as a pivotal yet intricate task,aimed at mitigating the dissemination of misleading *** graphbased approaches have attained remarkable performance in this realm,they grapple with a fundamental limitation:the homogeneity assumption in graph convolution allows social robots to stealthily evade detection by mingling with genuine human *** unravel this challenge and thwart the camouflage tactics,this work proposed an innovative social robot detection framework based on enhanced HOmogeneity and Random Forest(HORFBot).At the core of HORFBot lies a homogeneous graph enhancement strategy,intricately woven with edge-removal techniques,tometiculously dissect the graph intomultiple revealing ***,leveraging the power of contrastive learning,the proposed methodology meticulously trains multiple graph convolutional networks,each honed to discern nuances within these tailored *** culminating stage involves the fusion of these feature-rich base classifiers,harmoniously aggregating their insights to produce a comprehensive detection *** experiments on three social robot detection datasets have shown that this method effectively improves the accuracy of social robot detection and outperforms comparative methods.

In this study,focusing on the geometry characteristics of spherical expanding flame,the turbulent premixed flames of natural gas/air mixtures were investigated in a fan-stirred turbulent *** effects of initial temperature（T=300-400 K）,initial pressure（P=0.1-0.3 MPa）,turbulence intensity（u'=1.0-2.7 m/s）,oxygen volumetric percentage(φ（O2）=15%-21%) and carbon dioxide volumetric percentage(φ（CO2）=0-20%)were delved *** flame profile under the Cartesian coordinate system was derived from the schlieren images taken by the high-speed ***,from both macroscopic and microscopic perspectives,the influence of experimental conditions on the flame geometry characteristics was explored through flame front extraction,wavelet decomposition and network *** results demonstrate that for significant flame wrinkling,changes in species concentrations and turbulence intensity have more pronounced effects on the flame wrinkling *** wrinkling of the flame front maintains a certain degree of similarity,as evidenced by the locally concentrated distribution of the angles of the maximum fluctuation *** disturbance energy under large-scale（D6-D8） disturbances exhibits relatively high values with a similar trend,exerting a significant impact on the geometry characteristics of the flame *** peaks of correlation degree are scattered either with the decomposition scale or the development of flame radius,indicating no linear correlation between different detail ***,the probability distribution of node degrees in key wrinkled regions exhibits different trends with that of large-scale wrinkling and disturbance energy,especially with changes in initial *** occurs because the number of key wrinkles varies based on the perturbation's strength or the region's ***,an increase in the fluctuation frequency of the flame's local radius may not necessarily lead to an increase in the number of key folded regions.

Aim:To investigate the influence of omeprazole on the pharmacokinetics ofdomperidone given as free base and maleate ***:An open,randomized,2-period crossover study with a washout period of 7 d was conducted in 10healthy Chinese,male *** each study period,the patients were adminis-tered a single oral dose of 10 mg domperidone as free base or maleate salt on d 1,20 mg omeprazole twice daily on d 2 and 3,and once on d 4.A single dose of 10 mgdomperidone as free base or maleate salt was taken at 4 h after administration ofomeprazole on d *** samples were collected on d 1 and 4 after the adminis-tration of domperidone,and the plasma concentrations of domperidone were de-termined by a sensitive liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry ***:For free-base domperidone,pretreatment with omeprazole resulted in a16% decrease in maximum concentration(Cmax),compared with administrationalone（P<0.05）.However,for maleate salt,with the exception of an increase in t1/2,no pharmacokinetic parameters were significantly *** the free baseand maleate salt were administered alone,no differences were found in any param-eters between the 2 *** contrast,when they were administered in thepresence of omeprazole,the Cmaxof domperidone given as free base was lower（25.9%）than that given as maleate salt（P<0.05）.Conclusion:Pretreatment ofomeprazole does not affect the absorption of domperidone maleate,but leads to amoderately decreased rate of absorption of the free base.
