The operation of integrated energy systems(IESs)is confronted with great challenges for increasing penetration rate of renewable energy and growing complexity of energy *** generation is one of ordinary methods to alleviate the system uncertainties by extracting several typical scenarios to represent the original high-dimensional *** paper proposes a novel representative scenario generation method based on the feature extraction of panel *** original high-dimensional data are represented by an aggregated indicator matrix using principal component analysis to preserve temporal ***,the aggregated indicator matrix is clustered by an algorithm combining density canopy and *** with the proposed scenario generation method,an optimal operation model of IES is established,where the objective is to minimize the annual operation costs considering carbon trading ***,case studies based on the data of Aachen,Germany in 2019 are *** results indicate that the adjusted rand index(ARI)and silhouette coefficient(SC)of the proposed method are 0.6153 and 0.6770,respectively,both higher than the traditional methods,namely K-medoids,K-means++,and density-based spatial clustering of applications with noise(DBSCAN),which means the proposed method has better *** error between optimal operation results of the IES obtained by the proposed method and all-year time series benchmark value is 0.1%,while the calculation time is reduced from 11029 s to 188 s,which verifies that the proposed method can be used to optimize operation strategy of IES with high efficiency without loss of accuracy.

Intermittent theta burst stimulation(iTBS),a time-saving and cost-effective repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation regime,has been shown to improve cognition in patients with Alzheimer’s disease(AD).However,the specific mechanism underlying iTBS-induced cognitive enhancement remains *** studies suggested that mitochondrial functions are modulated by magnetic ***,we showed that iTBS upregulates the expression of iron-sulfur cluster assembly 1(ISCA1,an essential regulatory factor for mitochondrial respiration)in the brain of APP/PS1 *** vivo and in vitro studies revealed that iTBS modulates mitochondrial iron-sulfur cluster assembly to facilitate mitochondrial respiration and function,which is required for ***,iTBS rescues cognitive decline and attenuates AD-type pathologies in APP/PS1 *** present study uncovers a novel mechanism by which iTBS modulates mitochondrial respiration and function via ISCA1-mediated iron-sulfur cluster assembly to alleviate cognitive impairments and pathologies in *** provide the mechanistic target of iTBS that warrants its therapeutic potential for AD patients.

Building well-developed ion-conductive highways is highly desirable for anion exchange membranes(AEMs).Grafting side chain is a highly effective approach for constructing a well-defined phaseseparated morphological structure and forming unblocked ion pathways in AEMs for fast ion *** of side chains can further enhance phase separation due to the superhydrophobic nature of fluorine ***,their electronic effect on the alkaline stability of side chains and membranes is rarely ***,fluorine-containing and fluorine-free side chains are introduced into the polyaromatic backbone in proper configuration to investigate the impact of the fluorine terminal group on the stability of the side chains and membrane *** poly(binaphthyl-co-p-terphenyl piperidinium)AEM(QBNp TP)has the highest molecular weight and most dimensional stability due to its favorable backbone arrangement among ortho-and meta-terphenyl based ***,by introducing both a fluorinated piperidinium side chain and a hexane chain into the p-terphenyl-based backbone,the prepared AEM(QBNp TP-QFC)presents an enhanced conductivity(150.6 m S cm^(-1))and a constrained swelling at 80℃.The electronic effect of fluorinated side chains is contemplated by experiments and *** results demonstrate that the presence of strong electro-withdrawing fluorine groups weakens the electronic cloud of adjacent C atoms,increasing OH^(-)attack on the C atom and improving the stability of piperidinium *** QBNp TP-QFC possesses a robust alkaline stability at 80℃(95.3%conductivity retention after testing in 2 M Na OH for 2160 h).An excellent peak power density of 1.44 W cm^(-2)and a remarkable durability at 80℃(4.5%voltage loss after 100 h)can be observed.

Broadband vibration attenuation is a challenging task in engineering since it is difficult to achieve low-frequency and broadband vibration control *** solve this problem, this paper designs a piezoelectric meta-beam with unidirectional electric circuits, exhibiting promising broadband attenuation capabilities. An analytical model in a closed form for achieving the solution of unidirectional vibration transmission of the designed meta-beam is developed based on the state-space transfer function method. The method can analyze the forward and backward vibration transmission of the piezoelectric meta-beam in a unified manner, providing reliable dynamics solutions of the beam. The analytical results indicate that the meta-beam effectively reduces the unidirectional vibration across a broad low-frequency range, which is also verified by the solutions obtained from finite element analyses. The designed meta-beam and the proposed analytical method facilitate a comprehensive investigation into the distinctive unidirectional transmission behavior and superb broadband vibration attenuation performance.
