Safety and energy density are significant for lithium-ion batteries(LIBs),and the flammable organic elec-trolyte is one of the most critical causes of the safety problem of *** LiNi0.8 Co 0.1 Mn 0.1 O 2(NCM811)cathode with high capacity can improve the energy density,the interface stability between NCM811 cathode and electrolytes needs to be ***,we report a multifunctional additive,diethyl(2-(triethoxysilyl)ethyl)phosphonate(DETSP),which can suppress the flammability of the elec-trolyte and enhance the cycling stability of NCM811 cathode with a capacity retention of 89.9%after 400 cycles at 1 C,while that of the blank electrolyte is merely 61.3%.In addition,DETSP is compati-ble well with the graphite anode without impairing the electrochemical ***,the performance and safety of NCM811/graphite full cells are also *** and theoretical re-sults demonstrate that DETSP can scavenge acidic byproducts and is beneficial to form a stable cathode-electrolyte interface(CEI).Accordingly,DETSP can potentially be an effective solution to ameliorating the safety of the commercial electrolyte and improving the stability of high-voltage cathodes.

The influence of the longitudinal acceleration and the angular acceleration of detecting target based on vortex electromagnetic waves in keyhole space are *** spectrum spreads of different orbital angular momentum(OAM)modes in different non-line-of-sight situations are *** errors of target accelerations in detection are calculated and compared based on the OAM spectra spreading by using two combinations of composite OAM modes in the keyhole *** to the research,the effects about spectrum spreads of higher OAM modes are more *** error in detection is mainly affected by OAM spectrum spreading,which can be reduced by reasonably using different combinations of OAM modes in different practical *** above results provide a reference idea for investigating keyhole effect when vortex electromagnetic wave is used to detect accelerations.

The failure cause of a tinned copper wire clamp in marine atmosphere was studied systematically by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,scanning electron microscopy with energy dispersive spectroscopy and electrochemical *** main components of the green rust on the surface of the damaged wire clamp are SnO_(2),CuO,Cu_(2)Cl(OH)_(3) and CuCO(OH)_(2).Much of green rust distributes at the platform edge along the axial direction on the crimp connection,and severe corrosion and corrosion pits occur at the platform edge zone along the axial *** enriching Cl-at the marine atmosphere and the existing O_(2) in air collectively enhance the corrosion process of the tin coating and the copper *** element model results show that the residual stress and strain of the tin coating are the largest at the platform edge along the axial direction on the crimp connection,and the corresponding electrode potential of the tin coating at this zone drops *** above results indicate that the residual strain increases the driving force of the corrosion electrochemical reactions and accelerates the corrosion rate and the pit corrosion of the tin coating at this zone.

Preparation of lithium-ion battery anode materials from graphitized spent carbon cathode derived from aluminum electrolysis

Graphitized spent carbon cathode(SCC)is a hazardous solid waste generated in the aluminum electrolysis *** this study,a flotation-acid leaching process is proposed for the purification of graphitized SCC,and the use of the purified SCC as an anode material for lithium-ion batteries is *** flotation and acid leaching processes were separately optimized through one-way *** maximum SCC carbon content(93wt%)was achieved at a 90%proportion of−200-mesh flotation particle size,a slurry concentration of 10wt%,a rotation speed of 1600 r/min,and an inflatable capacity of 0.2 m^(3)/h(referred to as FSCC).In the subsequent acid leaching process,the SCC carbon content reached 99.58wt%at a leaching concentration of 5 mol/L,a leaching time of 100 min,a leaching temperature of 85°C,and an HCl/FSCC volume ratio of 5:*** purified graphitized SCC(referred to as FSCC-CL)was utilized as an anode material,and it exhibited an initial capacity of 348.2 mAh/g at 0.1 C and a reversible capacity of 347.8 mAh/g after 100 ***,compared with commercial graphite,FSCC-CL exhibited better reversibility and cycle ***,purified SCC is an important candidate for anode material,and the flotation-acid leaching purification method is suitable for the resourceful recycling of SCC.
