The prevalence of ulcerative colitis (UC) is increasing annually， while current non-targeted drugs for UC have limited effectiveness， easily relapsed， and serious side effects. Herein， curcumin (Cur)-loaded nanoparticle with conlon-targeted property based on Mesona chinensis polysaccharides was developed for the synergistic and targeted improvement of UC. Results show that ZmNPs have good encapsulation of Cur， targeted delivery of Cur to the colon， and prolonged its retention time. In vivo safety assessments have shown that ZmNPs have good safety and biocompatibility. As expected， Cur-ZmNPs effectively alleviated the symptoms of DSS-induced UC by decreasing colonic inflammation by inhibiting the TLR4/MAPK pathway， regulating the levels of oxidative stress and immune homeostasis of UC mice. Oral administration of Cur-ZmNPs can reduce apoptosis of intestinal epithelial cells， alleviate colonic mucosal damage and repair intestinal barrier function. Cur-ZmNPs also had a positive effect on improving gut microbiota disorders and promoting the production of SCFAs. This study provides a novel strategy for synergistic alleviation of UC by MCP-based NPs loaded with food bioactives.

Ameloblastoma is a benign tumor characterized by locally invasive phenotypes,leading to facial bone destruction and a high recurrence ***,the mechanisms governing tumor initiation and recurrence are poorly ***,we uncovered cellular landscapes and mechanisms that underlie tumor recurrence in ameloblastoma at single-cell *** results revealed that ameloblastoma exhibits five tumor subpopulations varying with respect to immune response(IR),bone remodeling(BR),tooth development(TD),epithelial development(ED),and cell cycle(CC)*** note,we found that CC ameloblastoma cells were endowed with stemness and contributed to tumor recurrence,which was dominated by the EZH2-mediated *** EZH2 effectively eliminated CC ameloblastoma cells and inhibited tumor growth in ameloblastoma patient-derived *** data described the tumor subpopulation and clarified the identity,function,and regulatory mechanism of CC ameloblastoma cells,providing a potential therapeutic target for ameloblastoma.

Gastric cancer is highly prevalent among digestive tract *** to the intri-cate nature of the gastric cancer immune microenvironment,there is currently no effective treatment available for advanced gastric ***,there is promising potential for immunotherapy targeting the prostaglandin E2 receptor subtype 4(EP4)in gastric *** our previous study,we identified a novel small molecule EP4 receptor antagonist called *** with YY001 alone demonstrated a significant reduction in gastric cancer growth and inhibited tumor metastasis to the lungs in a mouse ***,adminis-tration of YYo01 stimulated a robust immune response within the tumor microenvironment,characterized by increased infiltration of antigen-presenting cells,T cells,and M1 ***,our research revealed that YYo01 exhibited remarkable synergistic ef-fects when combined with the PD-1 antibody and the clinically targeted drug apatinib,rather than *** findings suggest that YYo01 holds great promise as a potential therapeutic strategy for gastric cancer,whether used as a standalone treatment or in combination with other drugs.

Thermosets based on direct curing of multifunctional monomers offer processing flexibility that thermoplastics cannot ***,this type of thermoset is typically amorphous since it is difficult to meet the stringent requirement of long-range molecular regularity for ***,we report here a crystallizable poly(thiourethane)thermoset synthesized directly from the curing of low-viscosity liquid precursors that does not employ any *** crystalline nature results in superior toughness,comparable to commercial high-density polyethylene,in sharp contrast to the brittleness of the typical,rigid,glassy thermoset *** that,the network polymer exhibits shape-memory behavior in which the crystalline transition is utilized for temporary shape fixing/recovery whereas the dynamic thiourethane bonds can be activated for bond exchange as a mechanism for complex shape *** with these combined features represent attractive options for demanding engineering applications due to their high performance and multifunctinality.

BACKGROUND Magnetic anchor technique(MAT)has been applied in laparoscopic cholecystectomy and laparoscopic appendectomy,but has not been reported in laparoscopic partial *** To evaluate the feasibility of the MAT in laparoscopic left lateral segment liver *** Retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of eight patients who underwent laparoscopic left lateral segment liver resection assisted by MAT in our department from July 2020 to November *** Y-Z magnetic anchor devices(Y-Z MADs)was independently designed and developed by the author of this paper,which consists of the anchor magnet and magnetic grasping *** time,intraoperative blood loss,intraoperative accidents,operator experience,postoperative incision pain score,postoperative complications,and other indicators were evaluated and *** All eight patients underwent a MAT-assisted laparoscopic left lateral segment liver resection,including three patients undertaking conventional 5-port and five patients having a transumbilical single-port *** mean operation time was 138±34.32 min(range 95-185 min)and the mean intraoperative blood loss was 123±88.60 mL(range 20-300 mL).No adverse events occurred during the *** Y-Z MADs showed good workability and maneuverability in both tissue and organ *** particular,the operators did not experience either a“chopstick”or“sword-fight”effect in the single-port laparoscopic *** The results show that the MAT is safe and feasible for laparoscopic left lateral segment liver resection,especially,exhibits its unique abettance for transumbilical single-port laparoscopic left lateral segment liver resection.

新型电力系统弱惯量特性所带来的频率安全问题,本质是系统等效惯量的减少。因此,量化评估新型电力系统最小惯量需求成为亟须解决的工程问题。为此,提出了最小惯量需求评估方法。首先,建立了考虑火电机组、风电机组、异步电机参与调频的多机系统空间频率响应(SFR)模型,并在量化分析系统频率特征的基础上,考虑风电机组、异步电机的虚拟惯量特征,建立了电力系统等效惯量数学模型。接着,以初始频率变化率(RoCoF)、最大频率偏差为频率安全约束,并基于频率响应模型对电力系统最小惯量需求进行评估。最后,在MATLAB/Simulink和PSD/BPA仿真平台上验证了所提方法的有效性。

POLAR-2 is a gamma-ray burst(GRB)polarimeter that is designed to study the polarization in GRB radiation emissions,aiming to improve our knowledge of related ***-2 is expected to utilize an on-board polarimeter that is sensitive to soft X-rays(2-10 keV),called low-energy polarization *** have developed a new soft X-ray polari-zation detector prototype based on gas microchannel plates(GMCPs)and pixel chips(Topmetal).The GMCPs have bulk resistance,which prevents charging-up effects and ensures gain stability during *** detector is composed of low outgassing materials and is gas-sealed using a laser welding technique,ensuring long-term stability.A modulation factor of 41.28%±0.64% is obtained for a 4.5 keV polarized X-ray beam.A residual modulation of 1.96%±0.58% at 5.9 keV is observed for the entire sensitive area.

通过解析中小企业数字化转型三重困局,探究政府与数字化服务商双元驱动的系统协同原理,并构建中小企业、政府和数字化服务商三方主体协同参与的演化博弈模型,进而借助仿真和参数敏感性分析探讨系统演化策略稳定性以及关键变量对策略演化和稳定结果的影响,结果表明:政府补贴与服务商技术保证策略均能够有效驱动中小企业数字化转型,且主体策略互相呈正反馈关系;中小企业、服务商和政府的初始参与意愿提高有利于主体更快决策参与;政府制定适当小的补贴比例依然能够调动中小企业参与转型的积极性;相对来说,政府补贴前期涨幅对服务商技术保证策略的影响较大;仅补贴单方时政府对服务商的补贴效用更显著。

The gut microbiome interacts with the host to maintain body homeostasis,with gut microbial dysbiosis implicated in many ***,the underlying mechanisms of gut microbe regulation of host behavior and brain functions remain *** study aimed to elucidate the influence of gut microbiota on brain functions via post-translational modification mechanisms in the presence or absence of bacteria without any *** conducted succinylome analysis of hippocampal proteins in germ-free(GF)and specific pathogen-free(SPF)mice and metagenomic analysis of feces from SPF *** results were integrated with previously reported hippocampal acetylome and phosphorylome data from the same batch of *** bioinformatics analyses revealed 584 succinylation sites on 455 proteins,including 54 up-regulated succinylation sites on 91 proteins and 99 down-regulated sites on 51 proteins in the GF mice compared to the SPF *** constructed a panoramic map of gut microbiota-regulated succinylation,acetylation,and phosphorylation,and identified cross-talk and relative independence between the different types of post-translational modifications in modulating complicated intracellular *** correlation analysis indicated that 13 taxa,predominantly belonging to the Bacteroidetes phylum,were correlated with the biological functions of post-translational *** correlations between these taxa and succinylation and negative correlations between these taxa and acetylation were identified in the modulation of intracellular *** study highlights the hippocampal physiological changes induced by the absence of gut microbiota,and proteomic quantification of succinylation,phosphorylation,and acetylation,contributing to our understanding of the role of the gut microbiome in brain function and behavioral phenotypes.

To the Editor:Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma(DLBCL)exhibits clinical significance and biological *** the last two decades,rituximab with cyclophosphamide,doxorubicin,vincristine,and prednisone(R-CHOP)has substantially improved outcomes for DLBCL ***,approximately one-third of DLBCL cases continue to experience disease progression,resulting in long-term survival ranging from 50%to 60%.[1]Efforts to improve DLBCL patient outcomes by modifying R-CHOP dosing schedules have yielded limited success,and the addition of new drugs has benefited only specific patient ***,intensive immunochemotherapy(IIC)has demonstrated promise and cost-effectiveness in recent *** regimen of dose-adjusted etoposide.
