Insulin resistance is an essential characteristic of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM),which can be induced by glucotoxicity and adipose chronic *** stem cells(MSCs)and their exosomes were reported to ameliorate T2DM and its complications by their immunoregulatory and healing *** derived from MSCs contain abundant molecules to mediate crosstalk between cells and mimic biological function of *** the role of exosomes derived from human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells(hUC-MSCs)in insulin resistance of human adipocytes is *** this study,exosomes were harvested from the conditioned medium of hUC-MSCs and added to insulin-resistant ***-stimulated glucose uptake was measured by glucose oxidase/peroxidase *** signal pathway involved in exosome-treated adipocytes was detected by RT-PCR and Western *** biological characteristics and function were compared between hUC-MSCs and human adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells(hAMSCs).The results showed that hAMSCs had better adipogenic ability than *** induction of mature adipocytes by adipogenesis of hAMSC,the model of insulin-resistant adipocytes was successfully established by TNF-αand high glucose *** exosome treatment,the insulin-stimulated glucose uptake was significantly *** addition,the effect of exosomes could be stabilized for at least 48 ***,the level of leptin was significantly decreased,and the mRNA expression of sirtuin-1 and insulin receptor substrate-1 was significantly upregulated after exosome *** conclusion,exosomes significantly improve insulin sensitivity in insulin-resistant human adipocytes,and the mechanism involves the regulation of adipokines.

Effects of the potassium application rate on lipid synthesis and eating quality of two rice cultivars

lipid content has an important effect on rice eating quality,but the effects of fertilizer application rate on the lipid synthesis and eating quality of rice are not well ***(K)has a strong influence on rice quality and the requirement for K fertilizer in rice is greater than for nitrogen(N)and phosphorus(P)*** investigate the effects of K fertilizer on the lipid synthesis and eating quality of rice,we used Nanjing 9108(NJ9108,japonica)and IR72(indica)rice as experimental materials and four K levels:K0(0 kg ha^(-1)),K1(90 kg ha^(-1)),K2(135 kg ha^(-1))and K3(180 kg ha^(-1)).The results showed that the lipid content,free fatty acid(FFA)content,unsaturated fatty acid(UFA)content,malonyl-CoA(MCA)content,phosphatidic acid(PA)content,lipid synthesis-related enzyme activities and eating quality first increased and then decreased with increasing K in both *** maximum values were obtained under ***,the saturated fatty acid(SFA)content showed the opposite *** significant differences were found in pyruvate(PYR)content among the K *** protein and oxaloacetic acid(OAA)contents and phosphoenolpyruvate carboxylase(PEPCase)activity of NJ9108 first decreased and then increased with increasing K,and the minimum values were obtained under K2;while IR72 showed the opposite trend and the maximum values were obtained under ***,increasing K optimized the fatty acid components and increased the lipid content and eating quality of rice by enhancing lipid synthesis-related enzyme activities and regulating substrate competition for lipid and protein *** optimal K application rate for lipid synthesis,eating quality and grain yield was 135 kg ha^(-1)for both cultivars.

Charge and spin orders are intimately related to superconductivity in copper oxide *** of the competing orders in various nickel oxide compounds is crucial,given the fact that superconductivity has been discovered in Nd_(0.8)Sr_(0.2)NiO_(2)***,we report structural,electronic transport,magnetic,and thermodynamic characterizations of single crystals of La_(3)Ni_(2)O_(7)and La_(3)Ni_(2)O_(6).La_(3)Ni_(2)O_(7)is metallic with mixed Ni^(2+)and Ni^(3+)valent *** measurements yield two transition-like kinks at~110 and 153 *** kink at 153 K is further revealed from magnetization and specific heat measurements,indicative of the formation of charge and spin density ***_(3)Ni_(2)O_(6)single crystals obtained from the topochemical reduction of La_(3)Ni_(2)O_(7)are insulating and show an anomaly at~176 K on magnetic *** transition-like behaviors of La_(3)Ni_(2)O_(7)and La_(3)Ni_(2)O_(6)are analogous to those observed in La_(4)Ni_(3)O_(10) and La_(4)Ni_(3)O_(8),suggesting that charge and spin density waves are a common feature in the ternary La-Ni-O system with mixed-valent states of nickel.

针对TiO2改性沥青应用中的基本问题进行研究,通过室内扫描电子显微镜分析了TiO2在沥青中的分散稳定性;通过室内沥青常规试验,分析了TiO2改性沥青的基本性能包括软化点、针入度和延度的变化规律;通过薄膜烘箱老化和紫外线老化试验分别研究了TiO2对沥青的老化性能的影响规律.研究结果表明,高速剪切设备辅以分散剂可以在沥青中有效分散沥青;当TiO2掺入质量分数为4%时,改性沥青的基本性能变化很小,并且具有最佳的抗老化性能.

Evaluation of a global eddy-permitting hybrid coordinate ocean model

A historical run(1993–2014)of a global,eddy-permitting,hybrid coordinate ocean model(HYCOM)is evaluated against *** authors evaluate several metrics in the model,including the spatial distribution of sea surface temperature(SST),the zonally averaged seasonal cycle of SST,the variability of the sea level anomaly(SLA),the zonally and meridionally averaged temperature and salinity,and the equatorial *** is found that the simulated seasonal cycle of SST is 0.2–0.8 stronger than observed at *** modeled SST is 0.29°C warmer than the observed for the global *** structure of the subsurface temperature and salinity is similar to the ***,the variability of SLA exhibits the same pattern as *** modeled equatorial undercurrent in the pacific ocean is weaker than observed,but stronger than the ecco reanalysis ***,the model can reproduce the large-scale ocean states,and is suitable for analyses seeking to better understand the dynamics and thermodynamics of the upper ocean,as well as ocean variability.

Application of Prussian blue staining in the diagnosis of ocular siderosis

AIM:To explore the value of Prussian blue staining in the diagnosis of ocular ***:Between January 2012 and January 2013,the Prussian blue stain used in anterior lens capsule and vitreous liquid after centrifugation from patients with definitive diagnosis and suspicious diagnosed of ocular siderosis. At the same time, give a negative ***:Anterior lens capsule membrane and liquid of vitreous cavity from patients with definitive diagnosis and suspicious diagnosed of ocular siderosis revealed ferric ions that stained positively with Prussian blue. In the control group, there is no positive ***:Prussian blue staining in the diagnosis of ocular siderosis has a very significant worth,suspected cases can be definitive diagnosed.

5.9 GHz Vehicular Channels Comparisons Between Two Traffic Status for Dense Urban Area

This study focused on differences in vehicle-to-vehicle radio channel character- istics in the same region but different traffic density and speeds at 5.9 GHz （congestion and non-congestion）. The continuous measurement campaign was conducted on a city expressway through the complex dense urban area in Wu- hart, China. Small-scale channel characteris- tics including power delay profile, amplitude fading distribution, K-factor, delay spread and Doppler shift were obtained, respectively. Spe- cifically, the cumulative distribution function of root mean square delay spreads and root mean square Doppler spreads in the non-con- gested scenario and congested scenario were all fitted well with Lognormal distribution. We also found out that different intensity of traffic and speed of vehicles have little effect on root mean square delay spreads, but have a big im- pact on root mean square Doppler spreads and level crossing rate. According to estimation outcomes, the V2V channel characteristics for urban areas in Chinese big city were differ- ent from the previous measured results under similar scenarios in Europe. Delay spread and level crossing rate in this study can provide significant references to design the wireless communication system for vehicle-to-vehicle channel.

Protective Role of Salidroside against Aging in A Mouse Model Induced by D-galactose

Objective To investigate the protective effects of putative AGEs （advanced glycation endproducts） inhibitor salidroside against aging in an accelerated mouse aging model induced by D-galactose. Methods A group of 5-month-old C57BL/6J mice were treated daily with D-galactose, D-galactose combined with salidroside, salidroside alone, and control buffer for 8 weeks. At the end of the treatment, serum AGEs levels, neurological activities, expression of glial fibrillary acidic protein （GFAP） and neurotrophin-3 （NT-3） in the cerebral cortex, as well as lymphocyte proliferation and IL-2 production were determined. Results D-galactose induced mouse aging model was developed as described before. As expected, salidroside blocked D-galactose induced increase of serum AGEs levels. It also reversed D-galactose induced aging effects in neural and immune system, as evidenced by improving motor activity, increasing memory latency time, and enhancing lymphocyte mitogenesis and interleukin-2 （IL-2） production. Furthermore, elevated expression of GFAP and NT-3 in the aged model mice was also reduced upon salidroside treatment. Conclusion Salidroside inhibits AGEs formation in vivo, which at least partially contributes to its anti-aging effect in D-galactose induced aging model.

Effect of CeO_2 Promoter on the Performance of Catalyst for CH_4, CO_2with O_2 to Synthesis Gas

In the reaction of mathane, carbon dioxide with oxygen to synthesis gas, conversion ofCH4 was increased, but CO selectivity was reduced when CeO2 was added to Ni/CaO-Al2O3catalyst The characterization of TPR, XPS. XRD and H2-TPD exhibited that, on one hand, theCeO2 promoter decreased the reduction temperature of catalyst. On the other hand, addition ofCeO2 resulted in an increase in the electron density of active component Ni, and as a result,reduced the ability of CH4 deep cracking and enhanced the resistance to carbon-deposition ofcatalyst. In addition, the existence of CeO2 was beneficial to decrease the Ni crystal particle size.
