Preliminary study on phonetic characteristics of patients with pulmonary nodules

Objective: Pulmonary nodules(PNs) are one of the imaging manifestations of early lung cancer screening,which should receive more attention. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that voice changes occur in patients with pulmonary diseases. The purpose of this study is to explore the differences in phonetic characteristics between patients with PNs and able-bodied ***: This study explores the phonetic characteristics of patients with PNs in order to provide a simpler and cheaper method for PN screening. It is a case-control study to explore the differences in phonetic characteristics between individuals with and without PNs. This study performed non-parametric statistics on acoustic parameters of vocalizations, collected from January 2017 to March 2018 in Shanghai,China, from these two groups;it explores the differences in third and fourth acoustic parameters between patients with PNs and a normal control group. At the same time, computed tomography(CT) scans,course of disease, combined disease and other risk factors of the patients were collected in the form of questionnaire. According to the grouping of risk factors, the phonetic characteristics of the patients with PNs were ***: This study was comprised of 200 patients with PNs, as confirmed by CT, and 86 healthy people that served as a control group. Among patients with PNs, 43% had ground glass opacity, 32% had nodules with a diameter ≥ 8 mm, 19% had a history of smoking and 31% had hyperlipidemia. Compared with the normal group, there were statistically significant differences in pitch, intensity and shimmer in patients with PNs. Among patients with PNs, patients with diameters ≥ 8 mm had a significantly higher third formant. There was a significant difference in intensity, fourth formant and harmonics-to-noise ratio(HNR)between smoking and non-smoking patients. The Comparative and Functional Study between Two Construction Methods of shRNA Expression Vector Targeted LMP1 Gene Encoded by EBV

To look for a more stable and convenient way of constructing short hairpin RNA expression vectors targeting the latent membrane protein-1(LMP-1)encoded by Epstein-Barr virus(pshLMP1),and to study the inhibition function of pshLMP1 expression vectors in HNE1 cells,we designed the pshLMP1 expression cassette and pshLMP1 expression vectors by both the annealing method and PCR method and then co-transfected with pEGFP-N1-1158 into HNE1 cells to observe the mRNA and protein levels of LMP-1 genes by green fluorescence analysis,RT-PCR and western ***1 expression vectors were successfully obtained by both methods but better cloning efficiency was achieved and fewer deletions and mutations of nucleotides were achieved with the PCR ***,the mRNA and protein levels of LMP-1 genes were down-regulated by pshLMP1 expression *** to our research,we found that the PCR method provides a more efficient way to construct pshLMP1 expression vectors which have the ability to inhibit the function of LMP-1 genes expressed in HNE1 cells,and also provides a novel application of RNA interference technology against-EBV.

Use of contrast-enhanced ultrasound during preoperative evaluation of endometrial carcinoma

Objective:To explore the clinical role of contrast-enhanced ultrasound(CEUS)in a preoperative evaluation of early endometrial ***:This study included 14 patients who underwent preoperative CEUS and contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging(CEMRI)and were ultimately diagnosed with stage I endometrial carcinoma from December 2019 to December *** parameters of the time-intensity curve(TIC)were compared with the endometrial carcinoma group,the invaded myometrium group,and the normal myometrium ***:TIC parameters between the endometrial carcinoma group and the invaded myometrium group were *** with the normal myometrium group,the time to peak(TTP)was significantly shorter and the ascending slope(AS)was significantly higher in the endometrial carcinoma *** TTP of the invaded myometrium group was shorter than that of the normal myometrium group and the peak intensity(PI)was higher than that of the normal myometrium *** then compared the TIC parameters between the endometrial carcinoma group and the invaded myometrium group after adjusting for the normal myometrium group,and the results still did not show any *** the 14 cases of endometrial carcinoma,9 cases were diagnosed by CEMRI and were consistent with the pathology results,1 case was underestimated,and 4 cases were overestimated;while 11 cases diagnosed were diagnosed by CEUS and were consistent with the pathology results,1 case was underestimated,and 2 cases were ***:The contrast pulse sequencing technique used in the CEUS examinations performed well in evaluating the extent of the endometrial *** studies with larger sample sizes are needed to determine the applicability and value of this new procedure during preoperative assessments of early endometrial carcinoma.

The development of China as the world’s manufacturing house is best exemplified in the industry of diamond *** is indispensable in the creation of industrial infrastructure,including the construction of roads and building of *** world’s diamond was provided mainly by countries outside China in last ***,a"great leap forward"has taken shape with rapid expansion in Chinese diamond-making capabilities from the enlargement of the equipment(cubic presses) and improvements in diamond yield and product quality in the end of last *** the turn of this century,China outpaced the rest world combined in the total diamond output,became the largest producer in the world *** 2007,China produced nearly 4.4 billion carats,80%of the world’s diamond total *** Chinese diamond well accepted in the world can be seen in the export statistics of China & import statistics of developed countries in this *** example,59%of USA imported diamonds were from China in 2007;in Japan, 40%. This report contains a survey of some main industrial sectors that use diamond ***,22 tables and figures are used to portray the many facets of superabrasives,including cubic boron *** report also discusses several challenges facing Chinese diamonds,such as the vast price difference between imported diamond grit produced outside China and domestic *** paper also presents an outlook of the future development of the Chinese superabrasives industry basing on the Chinese macroeconomics and the recent data of the end-users as well as their future development *** paper concludes by proposing that although remarkable achievements have been made in the past 45 years,given the fact that Chinese superabrasives industry still lags behind that from the advanced countries on a multitude of variables,further endeavor should be made to make China a super country in the superabrasives industry in the world.

Exploring the characteristics of inquiry and the correlation with TCM syndromes about the patients with cardiovascular disease

Objective:Inquiry occupies an important position in the Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)diagnostic *** the characteristics of inquiry symptoms and the correlation with TCM syndromes can determine the important guiding significance to build recognition model and diagnostic criteria of ***:In this study,we collected 3707 valid cases,analyzed the inquiry symptoms of patients with cardiovascular disease,then to explore the distribution of inquiry information and the correlation with TCM syndromes based on the methods,such as frequency analysis,expert score,and correlation ***:We found the symptoms of frequency analysis and expert symptom score all in the top 50,add up to *** to the results by correlation analysis,the correlation coefficient between each symptom and each syndrome are sorted from high to low,the same with the experts score to each inquiry symptom basing on its importance of in diagnosing each ***:Inquiry occupies an important effect in differentiation *** research could provide certain objective basis for establishment of TCM syndromes diagnostic criteria of cardiovascular disease,thus provide some ideas and methods for the research of establishing TCM syndrome identification model,then to provide a reference for the syndrome standardization and objectification.
