Mycosis fungoides is a common cutaneous T-cell lymphoma,which is usually characterized by chronic,indolence progression,with absence of typical symptoms in early stage,metastasis to lymph nodes,bone marrow and visceral organs in later stage and ultimately progression to systemic *** can result in secondary skin infection which is a frequent cause of death. At present,no curative therapy *** purpose is to induce remission,reduce tumor burden and protect immune function of patients.A case of patient with advanced severe mycosis fungoides receiving CHOP plus interferon a -2a was reported here,with disease-free survival of 7 months and overall survival of over 17.0 months,and current status as well as developments of mycosis fungoides were briefly introduced.

Ultrafast charge/discharge process and ultrahigh power density enable dielectrics essential components in modern electrical and electronic devices, especially in pulse power systems. However, in recent years, the energy storage performances of present dielectrics are increasingly unable to satisfy the growing demand for miniaturization and integration, which stimulates further researches on dielectrics with higher energy density and *** various inorganic dielectrics, perovskite relaxor ferroelectrics are recognized as promising candidates for energy storage applications, with high permittivity and relatively high efficiency. Here, we focus on recent progress and achievements on optimizing perovskite relaxor ferroelectrics toward better energy storage capability through hierarchical design. The principles and key parameters of dielectric energy storage, together with the definition of majority types of dielectrics, are introduced at first. Strategies within various scales include domain, grain size, orientation, and composite engineering are summarized. The existing challenges are presented and future prospects are proposed in the end, with the background of both academic explorations and industrial applications.

Electrostatic capacitors based on dielectrics with high energy density and efficiency are desired for modern electrical systems owing to their intrinsic fast charging-discharging speed and excellent *** longstanding bottleneck is their relatively small energy ***,we report enhanced energy density and efficiency in the Aurivillius Pb_(2)Bi_(4)Ti_(5)O_(18)films by controlling the post-annealing *** results demonstrate that the fabrication atmosphere has significant effects on the film texture and *** the increase of the oxygen pressure of annealing atmosphere,the Pb_(2)Bi_(4)Ti_(5)O_(18)films show a preferred growth orientation of(00l)and fewer defects,which leads to a higher polarization and breakdown field for the film annealed in air atmosphere and thus help to achieve an ultrahigh energy density of59.4 J·cm^(-3)and an improved efficiency of 81.2%.Moreover,the film also exhibits excellent cycling reliability and good thermal *** Pb_(2)Bi_(4)Ti_(5)O_(18)films show a significant potential application for dielectric capacitors.

Objective： To examine plasma microRNA-21 （miR-21） level in patients with non-small cell lung cancer （NSCLC） and its potential correlation with chemotherapeutic response. Methods： 77 NSCLC patients and 36 age and sex-matched healthy controls were included. Plasma miR-21 concentration was examined using a quantitative real-time reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction assay （qRT-PCR）. Potential correlation between plasma mir-21 concentrations with chemotherapeutic responses was analyzed in 35 patients with advanced NSCLC （stages IIIB and IV）. Results： Plasma miR-21 was significantly higher in NSCLC patients relative to the healthy controls （P0.0001）. As a biomarker, plasma mir-21 had a receiver operating characteristic （ROC） curve area of 0.729 with 61.04% sensitivity and 83.33% specificity. Chemotherapeutic response in the 35 patients with advanced NSCLC （stages IIIB and IV） included partial response （PR）（n=11）, stable disease and progression disease （SD＋PD）（n=24）. The overall response rate （CR＋PR） was 31.4%. Plasma miR-21 in patients who achieved PR was significantly lower than those who did not respond （SD＋PD）（P=0.0487）, and comparable to that of the healthy controls （P=0.2744）. Conclusion： Plasma miR-21 is a good biomarker for NSCLC, and could be used to predict responses to chemotherapy.

AIM: To investigate the prognostic significance of perioperative leukopenia in patients with resected gastric ***: A total of 614 eligible gastric cancer patients who underwent curative D2 gastrectomy and adjuvant chemotherapy were enrolled in this study. The relationship between pre- and postoperative hematologic parameters and overall survival was assessed statistically, adjusted for known prognostic ***: The mean white blood cell count(WBC) significantly decreased after surgery, and 107/614(17.4%) patients developed p-leukopenia, which was defined as a preoperative WBC ≥ 4.0 × 109/L and postoperative WBC < 4.0 × 109/L, with an absolute decrease ≥ 0.5 × 109/L. The neutrophil count decreased significantly more than the lymphocyte count. P-leukopenia significantly correlated with poor tumor differentiation and preoperative WBC. A higher preoperative WBC and p-leukopenia were independent negative prognostic factors for survival [hazard ratio(HR) = 1.602, 95% confidence interval(CI): 1.185-2.165; P = 0.002, and HR = 1.478, 95%CI: 1.149-1.902; P = 0.002, respectively] after adjusting for histology, Borrmann type, p TNM stage, vascular or neural invasion, gastrectomy method, resection margins, chemotherapy regimens, and preoperative WBC count. The patients with both higher preoperative WBC and p- leukopenia had a worse prognosis compared to those with lower baseline WBC and no p-leukopenia(27.5 mo vs 57.3 mo, P < 0.001). CONCLUSION: Preoperative leukocytosis alone or in combination with postoperative leukopenia could be independent prognostic factors for survival in patients with resectable gastric cancer.

Studies have shown cell-free microRNA(miRNA) circulating in the serum and plasma with specific expression in cancer,indicating the potential of using miRNAs as biomarkers for cancer diagnosis and *** study was to investigate whether plasma miRNA-21(miR-21) can be used as a biomarker for the early detection of non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC) and to explore its association with clinicopathologic features and sensitivity to platinum-based *** used real-time RT-PCR to investigate the expression of miR-21 in the plasma of 63 NSCLC patients and 30 healthy controls and correlated the findings with early diagnosis,pathologic parameters,and ***-five patients(stages IIIB and IV) were evaluable for chemotherapeutic responses:11 had partial response(PR);24 had stable and progressive disease(SD+PD).Plasma miR-21 was significantly higher in NSCLC patients than in age-and sex-matched controls(P0.05).This marker yielded a receiver operating characteristic(ROC) curve area of 0.775(95% CI:0.681-0.868) with 76.2% sensitivity and 70.0% ***,miR-21 plasma levels in PR samples were several folds lower than that in SD plus PD samples(P=0.049),and were close to that in healthy controls(P=0.130).Plasma miR-21 can serve as a circulating tumor biomarker for the early diagnosis of NSCLC and is related to the sensitivity to platinum-base chemotherapy.

Objectives To explore the anxiety,depression,stress and related factors in the primary caregivers of inpatients with *** A total of 235 selected caregivers of inpatients with cancer were included as the research subjects,and the Depression-Anxiety-Stress Self-Rating Scale 21(DASS-21)was used to evaluate their depression,anxiety and *** data were statistically analyzed using SPSS 25.0 *** The study showed that the caregivers of cancer patients had different levels of depression,anxiety and stress,but all rates were above the normal range,with 51.7%,56.0%and 34.9%of subjects respectively reporting these *** addition,the above indicators were correlated with the caregivers’gender,age,relationship with the cancer patients,the family’s economic status,religious belief and duration of caregiving:being female(T-Statistic=-2.061,P=0.040)and having a low income(F=2.627,P=0.035)were positively correlated with the caregivers’stress *** a low income(F=2.804,P=0.027)was also positively correlated with the depression *** the caregivers were the patient's parents,they had higher levels of anxiety(F=2.429,P=0.036)than caregivers in other *** results of a linear correlation analysis showed that the depression of caregivers was negatively correlated with the family’s economic status(r value=-0.244,P<0.01)and positively correlated with the duration of caregiving(r=0.138,P<0.05).The anxiety score was positively correlated with the caregivers’age(r=0.141,P<0.05)and duration of caregiving(R=0.132,P<0.05),but negatively correlated with the family’s economic status(r=-0.187,P<0.01).The stress level was positively correlated with the caregivers’gender(r=0.137,P<0.05),age(r=0.210,P<0.01),duration of caregiving(r=0.171,P<0.01)and current job status(r=0.165,P<0.05),but negatively correlated with the family’s economic status(r=-0.202,P<0.01).The results of a multiple stepwise regression showed that age and religious belief
