AIM:To analyze the changes in scientific output relating to Leber congenital amaurosis(LCA)and forecast the study trends in this ***:All of the publications in the field of LCA from 2002 to 2022 were collected from Web of Science(WOS)*** analyzed the quantity(number of publications),quality(citation and H-index)and development trends(relative research interest,RRI)of published LCA research over the last two ***,VOSviewer software was applied to define the co-occurrence network of keywords in this ***:A total of 2158 publications were ultimately *** found that the focus on LCA kept rising and peaked in 2015 and 2018,which is consistent with the development trend of gene *** USA has contributed most to this field with 1162 publications,56674 citations and the highest H-index value(116).The keywords analysis was divided into five clusters to show the hotspots in the field of LCA,namely mechanism-related,genotype-related,local phenotype-related,system phenotype-related,and *** also identified gene therapy and antiretinal degeneration therapy as a major focus in recent ***:Our study illustrates historical research process and future development trends in LCA *** may help to guide the orientation for further clinical diagnosis,treatment and scientific research.

Preparation of CuInSe_2 thin films by four-step process

A simple process for the deposition of CulnSe2 thin films was described. The CulnSe2 compound was prepared by selenization of Cu-In alloy precursors, which were electrodeposited at a constant current. The selenized precursors were compacted and then annealed. The films were characterized by X-ray diffractometry （XRD）, scanning electron microscopy （SEM） and energy dispersive spectroscopy （EDS）. The results indicate that single-phase CulnSe2 is formed at 250℃ and its crystallinity of this phase is improved as the annealing temperature rises. The losses of In occur in selenization process. The dense CulnSe2 film with comparatively smooth surface can be obtained by compaction under the pressure of 200 MPa.

Effect of cocaine on germ cell apoptosis in rats at different ages

Aim： To investigate the effect of cocaine on apoptosis and caspase-3 activity in germ cells in male rats at different ages. Methods： Cocaine hydrochloride was given （15 mg/kg body weight s.c.） to male Sprague-Dawley rats of 3 weeks （n = 8）, 6 weeks （n = 8） and 12 weeks （n = 8） of age, daily for 28 days. The serum levels of follicle stimulating hormone （FSH）, luteinizing hormone （LH）, prolactin （PRL）, testosterone （T） and estrogen （E2） were assayed, and the DNA fragmentation of germ cells was determined by gel eletronphoresis. The cell cycle, apoptosis and caspase-3 activity of germ cells were tested by flow cytometry. Results： After the 28-day cocaine treatment, testes weight of the 3-week-old rats, the testes and body weights of the 6-week-old rats were decreased significantly compared to those of their corresponding controls （P 〈 0.05）. The serum level of T was decreased significantly in the 3-week-old and 6-week-old rats, and the serum level of PRL was also decreased significantly in 12-week-old rats compared to the controls （P 〈 0.05）, In all the three cocaine-treated groups, the isolated DNA displayed a clear ladder pattern, especially in the 6-week old rats. The number of apoptosic germ cells increased significantly in 3- and 6- week-old rats treated with cocaine （P 〈 0.05）. The caspase-3 activity in all three groups increased significantly compared to the controls （P 〈 0.05）, especially in the 6-week-old rats. Conclusion： Cocaine exposure for 28 days leads to significant damage to male gonad and apoptosis elevation in testes of rats of different ages, especially in those of 6 weeks of age. The increase in caspase-3 activity might be a key pathway related to the early stage of apoptosis as the mechanism of cocaine-induced germ cell loss.

Let G be a simple graph and G~σ be the oriented graph with G as its underlying graph and orientation σ.The rank of the adjacency matrix of G is called the rank of G and is denoted by r(G).The rank of the skew-adjacency matrix of G~σ is called the skew-rank of G~σ and is denoted by sr(G~σ).Let V(G)be the vertex set and E(G) be the edge set of *** cyclomatic number of G,denoted by c(G),is equal to |E(G)|-|V(G)|+ω(G),where ω(G) is the number of the components of *** is proved for any oriented graph G~σ that-2c(G)≤sr(G~σ)-r(G)≤2c(G).In this paper,we prove that there is no oriented graph G~σwith sr(G~σ)-r(G)=2c(G)-1,and in addition,there are infinitely many oriented graphs G~σ with connected underlying graphs such that c(G)=k and sr(G~σ)-r(G)=2c(G)-l for every integers k,l satisfying 0 ≤l≤4k and l≠1.

Flexoelectricity is a two-way coupling effect between the strain gradient and electric field that exists in all dielectrics,regardless of point group ***,the high-order derivatives of displacements involved in the strain gradient pose challenges in solving electromechanical coupling problems incorporating the flexoelectric *** this study,we formulate a phase-field model for ferroelectric materials considering the flexoelectric effect.A four-node quadrilateral element with 20 degrees of freedom is constructed without introducing high-order shape *** microstructure evolution of domains is described by an independent order parameter,namely the spontaneous polarization governed by the time-dependent Ginzburg–Landau *** model is developed based on a thermodynamic framework,in which a set of microforces is introduced to construct the constitutive relation and evolution *** the flexoelectric part of electric enthalpy,the strain gradient is determined by interpolating the mechanical strain at the node via the values of Gaussian integration points in the isoparametric *** model is shown to be capable of reproducing the classic analytical solution of dielectric materials incorporating the flexoelectric *** model is verified by duplicating some typical phenomena in flexoelectricity in cylindrical tubes and truncated pyramids.A comparison is made between the polarization distribution in dielectrics and *** model can reproduce the solution to the boundary value problem of the cylindrical flexoelectric tube,and demonstrate domain twisting at domain walls in ferroelectrics considering the flexoelectric effect.

The rapid development of 5G/6G and AI enables an environment of Internet of Everything(IoE)which can support millions of connected mobile devices and applications to operate smoothly at high speed and low ***,these massive devices will lead to explosive traffic growth,which in turn cause great burden for the data transmission and content *** challenge can be eased by sinking some critical content from cloud to *** this case,how to determine the critical content,where to sink and how to access the content correctly and efficiently become new *** work focuses on establishing a highly efficient content delivery framework in the IoE *** particular,the IoE environment is re-constructed as an end-edge-cloud collaborative system,in which the concept of digital twin is applied to promote the *** on the digital asset obtained by digital twin from end users,a content popularity prediction scheme is firstly proposed to decide the critical content by using the Temporal Pattern Attention(TPA)enabled Long Short-Term Memory(LSTM)***,the prediction results are input for the proposed caching scheme to decide where to sink the critical content by using the Reinforce Learning(RL)***,a collaborative routing scheme is proposed to determine the way to access the content with the objective of minimizing *** experimental results indicate that the proposed schemes outperform the state-of-the-art benchmarks in terms of the caching hit rate,the average throughput,the successful content delivery rate and the average routing overhead.

Surface Coating Enabling Sulfide Solid Electrolytes with Excellent Air Stability and Lithium Compatibility

All-solid-state lithium metal batteries(ASSLMBs)featuring sulfide solid electrolytes(SEs)are recognized as the most promising next-generation energy storage technology because of their exceptional safety and much-improved energy ***,lithium dendrite growth in sulfide SEs and their poor air stability have posed significant obstacles to the advancement of sulfide-based ***,a thin layer(approximately 5 nm)of g-C_(3)N_(4)is coated on the surface of a sulfide SE(Li_(6)PS_(5)Cl),which not only lowers the electronic conductivity of Li_(6)PS_(5)Cl but also achieves remarkable interface stability by facilitating the in situ formation of ion-conductive Li3N at the Li/Li_(6)PS_(5)Cl ***,the g-C_(3)N_(4)coating on the surface can substantially reduce the formation of H_(2)S when Li_(6)PS_(5)Cl is exposed to humid *** a result,Li-Li symmetrical cells using g-C_(3)N_(4)-coated Li_(6)PS_(5)Cl stably cycle for 1000 h with a current density of 0.2 mA cm^(-2).ASSLMBs paired with LiNbO_(3)-coated LiNi_(0.6)Mn_(0.2)Co_(0.2)O_(2)exhibit a capacity of 132.8 mAh g^(-1)at 0.1 C and a high-capacity retention of 99.1%after 200 ***,g-C_(3)N_(4)-coated Li_(6)PS_(5)Cl effectively mitigates the self-discharge behavior observed in *** surface-coating approach for sulfide solid electrolytes opens the door to the practical implementation of sulfide-based ASSLMBs.

Prognostic significance of serum inflammation indices for different tumor infiltrative pattern types of gastric cancer

BACKGROUND Inflammatory indices are considered to be potential prognostic biomarkers for patients with gastric cancer(GC).However,there is no evidence defining the prognostic significance of inflammatory indices for GC with different tumor infiltrative pattern(INF)*** To evaluate the significance of inflammatory indices and INF types in predicting the prognosis of patients with *** A total of 962 patients who underwent radical gastrectomy were retrospectively selected for this *** were categorized into the expansive growth type(INFa),the intermediate type(INFb),and the infiltrative growth type(INFc)*** cutoff values of inflammatory indices were analyzed by receiver operating characteristic *** Kaplan–Meier method and log-rank test were used to analyze overall survival(OS).The chi-square test was used to analyze the association between inflammatory indices and clinical *** independent risk factors for prognosis in each group were analyzed by univariate and multivariate analyses based on logistic *** models were constructed by R *** The INFc group had the worst OS(P<0.001).The systemic immune-inflammation index(P=0.039)and metastatic lymph node ratio(mLNR)(P=0.003)were independent risk factors for prognosis in the INFa *** platelet-lymphocyte ratio(PLR)(P=0.018),age(P=0.026),body mass index(P=0.003),and postsurgical tumor node metastasis(pTNM)stage(P<0.001)were independent risk factors for prognosis in the INFb *** PLR(P=0.021),pTNM stage(P=0.028),age(P=0.021),and mLNR(P=0.002)were independent risk factors for prognosis in the INFc *** area under the curve of the nomogram model for predicting 5-year survival in the INFa group,INFb group,and INFc group was 0.787,0.823,and 0.781,*** The outcome of different INF types GC patients could be assessed by nomograms based on different inflammatory indices and clinicopathologic features.

Nomograms predicting prognosis of patients with pathological stages T1N2-3 and T3N0 gastric cancer

"Carbon peaking and carbon neutrality"is an essential national strategy,and the geological storage and utilization of CO_(2)is a hot issue ***,due to the scarcity of pure CO_(2)gas sources in China and the high cost of CO_(2)capture,CO_(2)-rich industrial waste gas(CO_(2)-rich IWG)is gradually emerging into the public's ***_(2)has good adsorption properties on shale surfaces,but acidic gases can react with shale,so the mechanism of the CO_(2)-rich IWG-water-shale reaction and the change in reservoir properties will determine the stability of geological ***,based on the mineral composition of the Longmaxi Formation shale,this study constructs a thermodynamic equilibrium model of water-rock reactions and simulates the regularity of reactions between CO_(2)-rich IWG and shale *** results indicate that CO_(2)consumed 12%after reaction,and impurity gases in the CO_(2)-rich IWG can be dissolved entirely,thus demonstrating the feasibility of treating IWG through water-rock *** IWG inhibits the dissolution of CO_(2),the optimal composition of CO_(2)-rich IWG is 95%CO_(2)and 5%IWG when CO_(2)geological storage is the main *** contrast,when the main goal is the geological storage of total CO_(2)-rich IWG or impurity gas,the optimal CO_(2)-rich IWG composition is 50%CO_(2)and 50%*** the CO_(2)-rich IWG-water-shale reaction,temperature has less influence on the water-rock reaction,while pressure is the most important ***2 has the greatest impact on water-rock reaction in *** minerals,clay minerals such as illite and montmorillonite had a significant effect on water-rock *** overall reaction is dominated by precipitation and the volume of the rock skeleton has increased by 0.74 cm3,resulting in a decrease in shale porosity,which enhances the stability of CO_(2)geological storage to some *** the reaction between CO_(2)-rich IWG-water-shale at simulated temperatures and pressures,precipitation
