Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)infection disrupts the epithelial barrier and triggers airway *** envelope(E)protein,a core virulence structural component of coronaviruses,may play a role in this *** could interfere with transepithelial Cl^(-)transport via impairment of the cystic fibrosis transmembrane conductance regulator(CFTR),which modulates nuclear factor kB(NF-kB)***,the pathological effects of SARS-CoV-2 E protein on airway epithelial barrier function,Cl^(-)transport and the robust inflammatory response remain to be ***,we have demonstrated that E protein down-regulated the expression of tight junctional proteins,leading to the disruption of the airway epithelial *** addition,E protein triggered the activation of Toll-like receptor(TLR)2/4 and downstream c-Jun N-terminal kinase(JNK)signaling,resulting in an increased intracellular Cl^(-)concentration([Cl^(-)]_(i))via up-regulating phosphodiesterase 4D(PDE4D)expression in airway epithelial *** elevated[Cl^(-)]_(i);contributed to the heightened airway inflammation through promoting the phosphorylation of serum/glucocorticoid regulated kinase 1(SGK1).Moreover,blockade of SGK1 or PDE4 alleviated the robust inflammatory response induced by E ***,these findings provide novel insights into the pathogenic role of SARS-CoV-2 E protein in airway epithelial damage and the ongoing airway inflammation during SARS-CoV-2 infection.

Machine Learning Security Defense Algorithms Based on Metadata Correlation Features

With the popularization of the Internet and the development of technology,cyber threats are increasing day by *** such as malware,hacking,and data breaches have had a serious impact on *** network security environment in the era of big data presents the characteristics of large amounts of data,high diversity,and high real-time *** security defense methods and tools have been unable to cope with the complex and changing network security *** paper proposes a machine-learning security defense algorithm based on metadata association *** control over unauthorized users through privacy,integrity,and *** user model is established and the mapping between the user model and the metadata of the data source is *** analyzing the user model and its corresponding mapping relationship,the query of the user model can be decomposed into the query of various heterogeneous data sources,and the integration of heterogeneous data sources based on the metadata association characteristics can be *** and classify customer information,automatically identify and perceive sensitive data,build a behavior audit and analysis platform,analyze user behavior trajectories,and complete the construction of a machine learning customer information security defense *** experimental results show that when the data volume is 5×103 bit,the data storage integrity of the proposed method is 92%.The data accuracy is 98%,and the success rate of data intrusion is only 2.6%.It can be concluded that the data storage method in this paper is safe,the data accuracy is always at a high level,and the data disaster recovery performance is *** method can effectively resist data intrusion and has high air traffic control *** can not only detect all viruses in user data storage,but also realize integrated virus processing,and further optimize the security defense effect of user big data.

This work provides a theoretical investigation into the strong coupling between a single quantum emitter(QE)and the surface plasmons of sodium metals in two representative plasmonic systems,i.e.,the semi-infinite metal-dielectric interface and the metal nanoparticles(NPs)of monomer/dimer *** both configurations,sodium metals exhibit distinctly stronger coupling strength and lower optical loss in the optical region than their noble metal counterparts,demonstrating the ideal candidate characteristics for single-molecule-level strong couplings with distinctly facile operation *** results provide new insights into extreme light-matter interactions with potential applications in quantum information,optical sensors,quantum chemistry,etc.

Sodium-ion batteries（SIBs） and potassium-ion batteries（PIBs） have been attracting great attentions and widely been exploited due to the abundant sodium/potassium ***,the preparation of high-powered anode materials for SIBs/PIBs plays a decisive role for the commercial applications of SIBs/PIBs in the *** selenides are a class of potential anode materials for SIBs/PIBs because of their small band gap and high electrical *** this work,MnSe and ReS2core-shell nanowires connecting by polydopamine derived carbon nanotube（MnSe@NC@ReS2） have been successfully synthesized from growing ReS2nanosheets array on the surface of MnSe@NC nano wires,which present excellent Na+/K+storage *** applied as SIBs anode,the specific capacity of 300 mAh·g-1was maintwined after 400 cycles at the current density of 1.0 A·***,it could also keep 120 mAh·g-1specific capacity after 900 cycles at 1.0 A·g-1for the anode of *** heterogeneous engineering and one-dimensional-two-dimensional（1D-2D） hybrid strategies could provide an ideal strategy for the synthesis of new hetero-structured anode materials with outstanding battery performance for SIBs and PIBs.

The tight sandstone in the Tarim Basin has the characteristics of large burial depth and development of nature fractures due to concentrated in-situ stress. Identifying the present-day in-situ stress orientation is important in hydrocarbon exploration and development, but also a key scientific question in understanding naturally fractured reservoirs. This paper presents a case study where we integrate various methods using wireline and image-log data, to identify present-day in-situ stress direction of ultra-deep fractured tight sandstone reservoirs, in the Kuqa depression. We discuss the formation mechanism of the elliptical borehole, compares the advantages and applicable conditions of the double caliper method,resistivity image logs and array sonic logs method. The well borehole diameter is measured orthogonally,then the ellipse is fitted, and the in-situ stress orientation is identified by the azimuth of the short-axis borehole, but it fails in the borehole expansion section, the fracture development section and the borehole collapse section. The micro-resistivity image logs method reveals the borehole breakouts azimuth, and also the strike of induced fractures, which are used to determine the orientation of in-situ stress. However, under water-based mud conditions, it’s hard to distinguish natural fractures from induced fractures by image logs. Under oil-based mud conditions, the induced fractures are difficult to identify due to the compromised image quality. As for the sonic log, shear waves will split when passing through an anisotropic formation, shear waves will split during propagation, and the azimuth of fast shear waves is consistent with the orientation of in-situ stress. However, it is usually affected by the anisotropy caused by the excessively fast rotation of the well log tools, so that the azimuth of fast shear wave cannot effectively reflect the orientation of the in-situ stress. In order to enhance the accuracy of Air Traffic Control(ATC)cybersecurity attack detection,in this paper,a new clustering detection method is designed for air traffic control network security *** feature set for ATC cybersecurity attacks is constructed by setting the feature states,adding recursive features,and determining the feature *** expected information gain and entropy of the feature data are computed to determine the information gain of the feature data and reduce the interference of similar feature *** autoencoder is introduced into the AI(artificial intelligence)algorithm to encode and decode the characteristics of ATC network security attack behavior to reduce the dimensionality of the ATC network security attack behavior *** on the above processing,an unsupervised learning algorithm for clustering detection of ATC network security attacks is ***,determine the distance between the clustering clusters of ATC network security attack behavior characteristics,calculate the clustering threshold,and construct the initial clustering ***,the new average value of all feature objects in each cluster is recalculated as the new cluster ***,it traverses all objects in a cluster of ATC network security attack behavior feature ***,the cluster detection of ATC network security attack behavior is completed by the computation of objective *** experiment took three groups of experimental attack behavior data sets as the test object,and took the detection rate,false detection rate and recall rate as the test indicators,and selected three similar methods for comparative *** experimental results show that the detection rate of this method is about 98%,the false positive rate is below 1%,and the recall rate is above 97%.Research shows that this method can improve the detection performance of security attacks in air traffic control network.
