Software security analysts typically only have access to the executable program and cannot directly access the source code of the *** poses significant challenges to security *** it is crucial to identify vulnerabilities in such non-source code programs,there exists a limited set of generalized tools due to the low versatility of current vulnerability mining ***,these tools suffer from some *** terms of targeted fuzzing,the path searching for target points is not streamlined enough,and the completely random testing leads to an excessively large search ***,when it comes to code similarity analysis,there are issues with incomplete code feature extraction,which may result in information *** this paper,we propose a cross-platform and cross-architecture approach to exploit vulnerabilities using neural network obfuscation *** leveraging the Angr framework,a deobfuscation technique is introduced,along with the adoption of a VEX-IR-based intermediate language conversion *** combination allows for the unified handling of binary programs across various architectures,compilers,and compilation ***,binary programs are processed to extract multi-level spatial features using a combination of a skip-gram model with self-attention mechanism and a bidirectional Long Short-Term Memory(LSTM)***,the graph embedding network is utilized to evaluate the similarity of program *** on these similarity scores,a target function is determined,and symbolic execution is applied to solve the target *** solved content serves as the initial seed for targeted *** binary program is processed by using the de-obfuscation technique and intermediate language transformation method,and then the similarity of program functions is evaluated by using a graph embedding network,and symbolic execution is performed based on these similarity *** approach facilitates

Flow patterns and critical criteria of thermally stratified shear flow in braided rivers

Flow characteristics of thermally stratified shear flow in braided rivers are particularly complicated and poorly understood. In this study, a series of typical flow patterns was examined and their critical criteria were determined. Four flow patterns were identified: mixed, locally unstable, continuously stratified, and two-layer flow. Temperature distributions of the four types of flow patterns were analyzed and *** critical Froude numbers for unstable flow, FDcr1, and stable flow, FDcr2, were determined to be 6 and 1, respectively, and comparison of FDcr1 and FDcr2 to the peak Froude numbers, FD1 at the outer bank and FD2 at the inner bank along the anabranch, allowed the flow patterns to be assessed. Then, a discriminant based on initial Jeffreys-Keulegan stability parameters was established to distinguish the flow stages from twolayer flow to completely mixed flow. It is indicated that the three critical Jeffreys-Keulegan parameters increased with the diversion angle of braided rivers. Results also show that, compared to the stratified flow in straight and curved channels, it was more difficult for braided stratified flow to maintain as two-layer flow, and it more easily became mixed flow. Consequently, empirical expressions for stability criteria of the thermally stratified shear flow in braided rivers are presented.

The temperature distribution on the skin of the stratospheric airship plays an important role in its thermal behavior. In order to analyze the temperature distribution on the skin of the stratospheric airship, a 3-parameter thermal model is ***, a 3-parameter thermal model for the skin is established under the condition that the attitude of the stratospheric airship changes slowly. Then, based on the net heat method, the calculation method of the 3-parameter thermal model is introduced. At last, the temperature distribution on the skin of the airship is obtained by numerical simulation of the 3-parameter thermal model,and the effectiveness of the 3-parameter thermal model is verified by analyzing the simulation results, which lays the foundation for further simplifying the thermal model of the airship skin.

Study on the Reaction Mechanism of Naphthalene with Oxalyl Chloride

The reaction of naphthalene with oxalyl chloride in the presence of anhydrous AlCl3 was investigated. The homolog of dinaphthyl methanone can be obtained mainly from this reaction. Naphthalene conversion does not have evident correlation with the amount of AlCl3. The results show that the reaction proceeds via carbon cation electrophilic substitution reaction-free radical substitution reaction pathway.

Pomegranate peel polyphenols alleviate insulin resistance through the promotion of insulin signaling pathway in skeletal muscle of metabolic syndrome rats

Insulin resistance(IR) has been considered to be an important causative factor of metabolic syndrome(Met S). The present study investigated whether pomegranate peel polyphenols(PPPs) could prevent the development of Met S by improving IR in rats. Male Sprague-Dawley(SD) rats were fed high fat diet(HFD) to induce Met S and supplemented with different dosages of PPPs for 12 weeks. The results showed that HFD-induced insulin resistant rats had disordered metabolism of blood glucose, blood lipid, and terrible muscle fiber morphology when compared with normal diet-fed rats, but PPPs treatment at a dosage of 300 mg/kg·day significantly reversed these negative effects. Moreover, in skeletal muscle tissue of insulin resistant rats, PPPs treatments significantly increased the protein expressions of insulin receptor(Ins R) and phosphorylated insulin receptor substrate 1(IRS-1), stimulated peroxisome proliferator activated receptor gamma(PPARγ) and phosphoinositide 3-kinase(PI3K)/protein kinase B(AKT/PKB) signaling pathway, and aggrandized the protein levels of phosphorylated glycogen synthase kinase-3β(GSK-3β) and glucose transporter 4(GLUT4). Our results suggest that PPPs possess of the beneficial effects on alleviating IR by enhancing insulin sensitivity and regulating glucose metabolism.

With the popularization of vessel satellite AIS(automatic identification system)equipment and the continuous improve-ment of the AIS data’s coverage,continuity and effectiveness,AIS has become an important data source to study the navigation char-acteristics of vessel *** study established an identification model to extract the fishing state and intensity information of fishing vessels,based on the AIS data of purse seine fishing vessels,combined with the variables of vessel position,speed and *** experience,spatial statistics and data mining analysis methods were applied to establish the model,and the Western and Cen-tral Pacific Ocean areas were *** results showed that the overall accuracy of identification of the fishing state using Support Vector Machine method is higher,and the method has a good modeling *** spatial distribution characteristics of the vessels’fishing intensity based on AIS data showed a significant cluster distribution *** obtained high-intensity fishing area can be used as a prediction of purse seine fishing grounds in the Western and Central Pacific *** the processing and research of AIS data,this study provided important scientific support for the identification of fishing state of purse seine fishing *** spatial fishing intensity of fishing vessels based on AIS data can also be used for the analysis of fishery resources and fishing grounds,and further serve the sustainable development of marine fisheries.

Chemical genomics reveals inhibition of breast cancer lung metastasis by Ponatinib via c-Jun

Metastasis is the leading cause of human cancer ***,no approved drugs are available for antimetastatic *** our study,high-throughput sequencing-based high-throughput screening(HTS^2)and a breast cancer lung metastasis(BCLM)-associated gene signature were combined to discover anti-metastatic *** screening of thousands of compounds,we identified Ponatinib as a BCLM *** significantly inhibited the migration and mammosphere formation of breast cancer cells in vitro and blocked BCLM in multiple mouse ***,Ponatinib represses the expression of BCLM-associated genes mainly through the ERK/c-Jun signaling pathway by inhibiting the transcription of JUN and accelerating the degradation of c-Jun ***,JUN expression levels were positively correlated with BCLM-associated gene expression and lung metastases in breast cancer ***,we established a novel approach for the discovery of anti-metastatic drugs,identified Ponatinib as a new drug to inhibit BCLM and revealed c-Jun as a crucial factor and potential drug target for *** study may facilitate the therapeutic treatment of BCLM as well as other metastases.

AIM:To investigate the role of nuclear factor of activated T cell 2(NFAT2),the major NFAT protein in peripheral T cells,in sustained T cell activation and intractable inflammation in human ulcerative colitis(UC). METHODS:We used two-dimensional gel-electrophoresis, immunohistochemistry,double immunohistochemical staining,and confocal microscopy to inspect the expression of NFAT2 in 107,15,48 and 5 cases of UC, Crohn's disease(CD),non-specific colitis,and 5 healthy individuals,respectively. RESULTS:Up-regulation with profound nucleo- translocation/activation of NFAT2 of lamina propria mononuclear cells(LPMC)of colonic mucosa was found specifically in the affected colonic mucosa from patients with UC,as compared to CD or NC(Plis test).Nucleo-translocation/activation of NFAT2 primarily occurred in CD8+T,but was less prominent in CD4+T cells or CD20+B *** was strongly associated with the disease activity,including endoscopic stage (τ=0.2145,P=0.0281)and histologic grade(τ=0.4167, Plitis and highly associated with disease *** activation of NFAT2is implicated in an auto-regulatory positive feedback loop of sustained T-cell activation and NFAT proteins play key roles in the calcium/calcineurin signaling pathways,our results not only provide new insights into the mechanism for sustained intractable inflammation,but also suggest the calcium-calcineurin/NFAT pathway as a new therapeutic target for ulcerative colitis.
