Significant progress has been made in machine learning with large amounts of clean labels and static ***,in many real-world applications,the data often changes with time and it is difficult to obtain massive clean annotations,that is,noisy labels and time series are faced *** example,in product-buyer evaluation,each sample records the daily time behavior of users,but the long transaction period brings difficulties to analysis,and salespeople often erroneously annotate the user’s purchase *** a novel setting,to our best knowledge,has not been thoroughly studied yet,and there is still a lack of effective machine learning *** this paper,we present a systematic approach RTS both theoretically and empirically,consisting of two components,Noise-Tolerant Time Series Representation and Purified Oversampling ***,we propose reducing label noise’s destructive impact to obtain robust feature representations and potential clean ***,a novel learning method based on the purified data and time series oversampling is adopted to train an unbiased *** analysis proves that our proposal can improve the quality of the noisy data *** experiments on diverse tasks,such as the house-buyer evaluation task from real-world applications and various benchmark tasks,clearly demonstrate that our new algorithm robustly outperforms many competitive methods.

Low dielectric in terlayer films have become an important element to ensure the development of the microelectr onics industry.A kind of flexible interlayer dielectrics,polyarylene ether nitrile/bisphenol A cyanate ester(PEN/BADCy)film,with good thermal stability and low frequency dependence,has been developed by solution casting ***,materials were designed to incorporate bisphenol A cyanate ester as a part of blend,contributing to the frequency stability and structural *** morphological study combined with electron microscopy revealed the uniform and flexible microstructure information with controllable morphology through self-polymerization of cyanate esters with different prepolymerization time and curing *** dielectric films could present high thermal stability with Tg>180℃.Significant improvement in the dielectric properties was achieved for the dielectric constant and loss was much stabler than neat PEN over the frequency range from 100 Hz to 5 *** the prepolymerization time was 3h and final curing temperature reached 230℃,the dielectric constant and dielectric loss of the films were 3.36 and 0.013 at 100 kHz,*** dimensional stability(CTE=53.67×10^-6 K^-1)was confirmed and con sidered beneficial to use as an in terlayer dielectrics.

Adaptive resource management for multi-target tracking in co-located MIMO radar based on time-space joint allocation

Compared with the traditional phased array radar, the co-located multiple-input multiple-output(MIMO) radar is able to transmit orthogonal waveforms to form different illuminating modes, providing a larger freedom degree in radar resource management. In order to implement the effective resource management for the co-located MIMO radar in multi-target tracking,this paper proposes a resource management optimization model,where the system resource consumption and the tracking accuracy requirements are considered comprehensively. An adaptive resource management algorithm for the co-located MIMO radar is obtained based on the proposed model, where the sub-array number, sampling period, transmitting energy, beam direction and working mode are adaptively controlled to realize the time-space resource joint allocation. Simulation results demonstrate the superiority of the proposed algorithm. Furthermore, the co-located MIMO radar using the proposed algorithm can satisfy the predetermined tracking accuracy requirements with less comprehensive cost compared with the phased array radar.

Circadian clock genes are crucial for generating and sustaining most rhythmic daily functions in the animal kingdom,which entrain the rhythms of biochemical,physiological,and behavioural *** better understand the molecular oscillations of the circadian rhythms in darkbarbel catfish(Pelteobagrus vachellii),we isolated and characterized two circadian clock genes in ***,period 1(per1),and period 3(per3).The circadian clock gene per1 was found to encode a 1428-amino acid polypeptide,including PER-ARNT-SIM(PAS)dimerisation domains,a PAS-associated C-terminal motif(PAC),a short mutable domain(S/M),and a nuclear export signal(NES).The 4902-bp per3 cDNA includes an open reading frame encoding a 1292-amino acid residue polypeptide with a PER-ARNT-SIM(PAS)domain,cytoplasmic localisation domain(CLD),interaction site(TIS),and a nuclear localisation signal(NLS).The per1 and per3 gene was constitutively expressed in all examined ***,per1 expression within a light/dark cycles showed rhythmic expression in the diencephalon,brain,liver and intestine,with the acrophase at 15:15,12:52,7:51 and 12:55,*** expression of per3 was rhythmic in the diencephalonbrain,liver and intestine,with the acrophase at 8:15,9:54,10:39,and 10:25 h,*** findings expand our understanding of circadian mechanism at the molecular level in this species.

The phase transformation in calcification process was investigated by X-ray diffraction （XRD） and differential scanning calorimeter （DSC）, and the effect of calcification on the leaching rate of rare earth was analyzed. The results show that bastnaesite transforms into rare earth hydrate at the cal- cification temperature range of 225-300 ℃. However, this transition is verified to be an efficient reaction for the acti- vating bastnaesite when the temperature is higher than 200 ℃. The leaching rate of rare earth increases to 89.17 % for activating bastnaesite from 36.27 % for the bastnaesite, and it is the highest with calcification temperature of 250 ℃, which is consistent with the result of DSC analysis. The transition of rare earth oxyfluoride into RE（OH）3 is acceler- ated by the addition of NaOH according to the experiments of different calcification systems.

Deep engineering disasters,such as rockbursts and collapses,are more related to the shear slip of rock joints.A novel multifunctional device was developed to study the shear failure mechanism in *** this device,the complete shearedeformation process and long-term shear creep tests could be performed on rocks under constant normal stiffness(CNS)or constant normal loading(CNL)conditions in real-time at high temperature and true-triaxial *** the research and development process,five key technologies were successfully broken through:(1)the ability to perform true-triaxial compressioneshear loading tests on rock samples with high stiffness;(2)a shear box with ultra-low friction throughout the entire stress space of the rock sample during loading;(3)a control system capable of maintaining high stress for a long time and responding rapidly to the brittle fracture of a rock sample as well;(4)a refined ability to measure the volumetric deformation of rock samples subjected to true triaxial shearing;and(5)a heating system capable of maintaining uniform heating of the rock sample over a long *** developing these technologies,loading under high true triaxial stress conditions was *** apparatus has a maximum normal stiffness of 1000 GPa/m and a maximum operating temperature of 300*** differences in the surface temperature of the sample are constant to within5*** types of true triaxial shear tests were conducted on homogeneous sandstone to verify that the apparatus has good performance and *** results show that temperature,lateral stress,normal stress and time influence the shear deformation,failure mode and strength of the *** novel apparatus can be reliably used to conduct true-triaxial shear tests on rocks subjected to high temperatures and stress.

Mercury(Hg)is one of the most dangerous contaminants and has sparked global concern since it poses a health risk to humans when consumed through ***(S)is a crucial component for plant growth,and S may reduce Hg accumulation in rice ***,the detailed effects of S and the mechanisms underlying S-mediated responses in Hg-stressed rice plants remain ***,to investigate the effects of S addition on rice growth,Hg accumulation,physiological indexes,and gene expression profiles,rice seedlings were hydroponically treated with Hg(20μmol/L Hg Cl_(2))and Hg plus elemental sulfur(100 mg/L).S application significantly reduced Hg accumulation in Hg-stressed rice roots and alleviated the inhibitory effects of Hg on rice growth.S addition significantly reduced Hg-induced reactive oxygen species generation,membrane lipid peroxidation levels,and activities of antioxidant enzymes while increasing glutathione content in *** analysis of roots identified 3,411,2,730,and 581 differentially expressed genes in the control(CK)***,CK ***+S,and Hg ***+S datasets,*** pathway of S-mediated biological metabolism fell into six groups:biosynthesis and metabolism,expression regulation,transport,stimulus response,oxidation reduction,and cell wall *** majority of biological process-related genes were upregulated under Hg stress compared with CK treatment,but downregulated in the Hg+S *** results provide transcriptomic and physiological evidence that S may be critical for plant Hg stress resistance and will help to develop strategies for reduction or phytoremediation of Hg contamination.
