在构建地方高校高质量发展评价指标体系的基础上,利用全国31个省份的2004—2021年面板数据,使用熵权TOPSIS法测度地方高校高质量发展水平并分析我国地方高校高质量发展的时空特征、区域差异以及分布动态演进,研究结果表明:地方高校高质量发展水平整体不高但呈波动上升趋势;我国区域地方高校高质量发展不平衡,呈现东部-东北部-中部-西部依次递减态势;地方高校高质量发展水平存在显著的区域差异,主要来源于区域间差异,但有缩小的趋势,且西部和东北地区伴有极化情况出现。

目的:在家庭系统理论视角下探讨父母冲突与大学生人际冲突解决策略的关系及其内部机制。方法:采用父母冲突子女觉知量表、亲子三角关系量表和冲突解决策略问卷对1444名大学生进行集体施测,用SPSS 22.0和AMOS 24.0进行数据分析。结果:(1)亲子三角关系的三种亚型(固定/非固定跨代联盟和攻击性迂回)在父母冲突与子女冲突解决策略之间具有中介效应。(2)父母冲突→非固定跨代联盟/攻击性迂回→顺从策略,父母冲突→非固定跨代联盟→妥协策略的中介机制存在性别差异。与女生相比,男生非固定跨代联盟在父母冲突和顺从策略间的中介效应不显著;在妥协策略上,父母冲突既可以直接显著负向预测妥协策略,也可以通过非固定跨代联盟起作用,女生组则表现为完全中介模型。结论:本研究揭示了父母冲突对大学生冲突解决策略的复杂影响,父母冲突通过影响亲子三角关系的不同亚型,进而影响到子女在社会生活中的冲突应对。为高校开展家庭教育和危机干预工作,培养学生冲突解决能力提供了有效切入点。

Recently,the great potential of seismic dispersion attributes in oil and gas exploration has attracted extensive *** frequency-dependent amplitude versus offset(FAVO)technology,with dispersion gradient as a hydrocarbon indicator,has developed *** on the classical AVO theory,the technology works on the assumption that elastic parameters are frequency-dependent,and implements FAVO inversion using spectral decomposition methods,so that it can take dispersive effects into account and effectively overcome the limitations of the classical ***,the factors that affect FAVO are *** this end,we construct a unified equation for FAVO inversion by combining several Zoeppritz *** study and compare two strategies respectively with(strategy 1)and without(strategy 2)velocity as inversion input *** theoretical models,we investigate the influence of various factors,such as the Zoeppritz approximation used,P-and S-wave velocity dispersion,inversion input data,the strong reflection caused by non-reservoir interfaces,and the noise level of the seismic *** results show that FAVO inversion based on different Zoeppritz approximations gives similar *** addition,the inversion results of strategy 2 are generally equivalent to that of strategy 1,which means that strategy 2 can be used to obtain dispersion attributes even if the velocity is not *** also found that the existence of non-reservoir strong reflection interface may cause significant false ***,logging,geological,and other relevant data should be fully used to prevent this undesirable *** the P-and S-wave related dispersion obtained from FAVO can be used as good indicators of a hydrocarbon reservoir,but the P-wave dispersion is more *** fact,due to the mutual coupling of P-and S-wave dispersion terms,the P-wave dispersion gradient inverted from PP reflection seismic data has a stronger hydrocarbon detection ability than

目的研究活性维生素D对高糖条件下大鼠肾小管上皮细胞(NRK-52E)肾素、(前)肾素受体[(Pro)renin receptor,PRR]、核因子κB(nuclear factor kappa-B,NF-κB)的影响及NF-κB在其中所起的作用。方法将体外培养的NRK-52E细胞分为7组,分别命名为对照组、高糖组、高糖+PDTC(吡咯烷二硫代氨基甲酸铵)组、高糖+0.1/1.0/10.0/100.0 nM帕立骨化醇组。分别用实时荧光定量PCR和蛋白质印迹检测各组肾素、PRR、NF-κB p65的mRNA和蛋白表达,用染色质免疫沉淀-定量PCR检测NF-κB p65与肾素基因启动子的关系。结果与对照组相比,高糖组肾素、PRR、NF-κB的表达均有增加(P<0.05)。与高糖组相比,高糖+PDTC组肾素和NF-κB的表达下降(P<0.05),高糖+100.0 nM帕立骨化醇组肾素、PRR、NF-κB的表达均下调(P<0.05),染色质免疫沉淀-定量PCR证明NF-κB直接与肾素的基因启动子区域结合。结论活性维生素D可能通过抑制NF-κB减少高糖诱导的肾小管上皮细胞肾素的表达。

Profile grinding is the most crucial method for the ultra-precision machining of special-shaped ***,profile grinding produces a unique machining profile,and many random factors in the machining process lead to complex surface *** this study,the structural and probabilistic characteristics of the profile grinding of a special-shaped surface were analyzed,and a probabilistic algorithm for the forming and 3D characterization of special-shaped surfaces under profile grinding was *** forming process of a GH738 blade tenon tooth surface was considered as an example to demonstrate the *** comparison results showed that the simulation results had similar surface characteristics to the measurement results,and the relative error range of the 3D roughness parameter was 0.21%–19.76%,indicating an accurate prediction and characterization of the complex special-shaped surface under the action of multiple factors.

Warming and nitrogen(N)addition may impact soil nitrous oxide(N_(2)O)emissions,but the relationship between plant community composition and soil microbial activities remains *** a two-year field study in the qinghai-Tibet Plateau,open-top chambers were used to quantify the effects of warming,N-addition,and their interactions on N_(2)O *** found that the N-addition greatly increased N_(2)O emissions by 77.4%in 2018 when compared to the control *** contrast,warming showed little effect on N_(2)0 emissions but did increase the activity of enzymes associated with soil nitrification and denitrification.A combined effect of warming and N-addition of resulted in 208.6%(2018)and 90.8%(2019)increase in N_(2)0 emissions,respectively,compared to the individual treatments of warming or *** warming in alpine meadows is causally linked to increased legume biomass which is further intensified with the *** legume biomass(phed microbial carbon/nitrogen(MBC/MBN)(phe addition of warming further intensifies this *** increased dominance of legumes and microbial N content contributes to this *** outcomes suggest that warming and atmospheric N deposition can stimulate N_(2)O emissions of alpine meadows inthefuture.
