Background:The Chinese appropriate use criteria(AUC)for coronary revascularization was released in 2016 to improve the use of coronary *** study aimed to evaluate the association between the appropriateness of coronary revascularization based on the Chinese AUC and 1-year outcomes in stable coronary artery disease(CAD)***:We conducted a prospective,multi-center cohort study of stable CAD patients with coronary lesion stenosis≥50%.After the classification of appropriateness based on Chinese AUC,patients were categorized into the coronary revascularization group or the medical therapy group based on treatment *** primary outcome was a composite of death,myocardial infarction,stroke,repeated revascularization,and ischemic symptoms with hospital ***:From August 2016 to August 2017,6085 patients were consecutively *** revascularization was associated with a lower adjusted hazard of 1-year major adverse cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events(MACCEs;hazard ratio[HR]:0.62;95%confidence interval[CI]:0.45-0.86;P=0.004)than medical therapy in patients with appropriate indications(n=1617).No significant benefit in 1-year MACCEs was found after revascularization compared to after medical therapy in patients with uncertain indications(n=2658,HR:0.81;95%CI:0.52-1.25;P=0.338)and inappropriate indications(n=1810,HR:0.80;95%CI:0.51-1.23;P=0.308).Conclusions:In patients with appropriate indications according to Chinese AUC,coronary revascularization was associated with significantly lower risk of MACCEs at 1 *** benefit was found in coronary revascularization in patients with inappropriate *** findings provide evidence for using Chinese AUC to guide clinical decision-making.

目的：探讨临床肾移植术后肝脏损害的病因及其诊断和治疗原则。方法：收集１９８０年１月～１９９６年５月间所作肾移植患者中发生肝脏损害的病例２０５例４１９例次，按发病原因进行分类，并分析各种原因引起的肝脏损害的特点、治疗方法及转归。结果：药物性肝脏损害占５３．７０％，病毒性肝炎占２７．６６％，其它原因引起者占７．６４％，原因不清楚者占１０．９８％。治疗后痊愈７５．６１％，未愈１５．１２％，死亡９．２７％。结论：免疫抑制药物的肝毒性及病毒性肝炎是肾移植术后肝脏损害的主要原因，在临床上各有其特点。

In this paper,the flow field around NACA0015 hydrofoil is calculated under the condition of two-phase cavitating flow to provide a theoretical guidance for reducing the cavitation noise.A modified turbulence model coupled with the Zwart cavitation model is used to calculate the flow *** to the computed sound source data,the dipole sound pressure distribution diagrams for the extremely short time and the complete time around the hydrofoil under different working conditions are *** sound pressure distribution and the sound pressure amplitude are analyzed in *** addition,the field points around the hydrofoil are selected to generate the corresponding frequency response function curves,which are analyzed from the aspects of the trend,the variation and the extreme *** results show that the dipole characteristics are gradually diminished and finally disappear with the increase of the *** the frequency of the vapor volume fraction fluctuation,the noise level at the field point will have an extreme value.

Efficient coupling of evanescent waves in rectangular waveguides based on ultrathin planar capacitive metasurfaces

This work proposes an approach to enable efficient coupling of evanescent waves below the cutoff frequency of a standard rectangular waveguide(RWG) system based on ultrathin planar capacitive metasurfaces(CMSs). It is demonstrated that the CMS at the RWG’s cross-section can couple the evanescent wave from one port to the other, and thus enable an efficient frequency-selective transmission below the cutoff frequency. Theoretical formulas, together with the equivalent circuit, are presented to quantitatively illustrate the operational mechanism of the proposed approach. The performance characteristics, including out-of-band suppression, Q-factor, transmission loss, and coupling bandwidth, are studied in a comprehensive manner. Three CMS samples with different surface impedance values are designed, fabricated, and *** measurement results show good agreement with the numerical values, validating their highly efficient evanescent wave coupling performance characteristic at selected frequencies below the cutoff frequency, with approximately 100% transmission efficiency. Benefiting from the admirable low-frequency coupling performance,this approach has potential applications in many miniaturized and high-performance transmission components, such as compact evanescent wave resonators, filters, and antennas.

AIM To observe the changes in oxygen free radical (OFR) and the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine 'Qing yi tang' in acute necrotizing pancreatitis (ANP).METHODS After induction of ANP by injection of sodium taurocholate into pancreatic duct, 16 dogs were randomly divided into control group and Chinese medicine group. Serum amylase, SOD and Mda were determined on postoperative day 1, 2, 4 and 7. The animals were sacrificed on day 7. Large-strain deformation by single electroplastic rolling （EPR） was imposed on AZ31 magnesium alloy strips. During EPR at low temperature （150-250℃）, numerous twins formed in the alloy. After EPR at a high temperature （350℃）, the number of twins reduced and some dynamic recrystallization （DRX） grains formed at grain boundaries and twinned regions. The synergic thermal and athermal effects generated by electropulsing, which promoted dislocation motion, induced a few small DRX grains, and ductile bandings were mainly re- sponsible for large-strain deformation during EPR. The inclination angle of the basal pole stemmed from the counterbalance of the inclina- tion direction of the basal pole between the DRX grains and deformed coarse grains.
