Objective：Statins are still undemsed for the prevention of cardiovascular disease （CVD） in ***,we conducted a systemic review on the pharmacology,clinical efficacy,and adverse events of atorvastatin,as well as on patient *** Sources：We conducted a systemic search in PubMed with the following keywords：＂atorvastatin＂（Supplementary concept） or ＂atorvastatin＂（All field） and （＂China＂ [AD] or ＂China＂ [all field] or ＂Chinese＂ [All field]）.Study Selection：Clinical or basic research articles on atorvastatin were ***：Atorvastatin is a reversible and competitive inhibitor of 3-hydroxy-3-methylglutaryl-coenzyme A reductase,decreasing the de novo cholesterol *** pharmacokinetics ofatorvastatin among Chinese is similar to those in Caucasians,and several gene polymorphisms have proved to be associated with the metabolism ofatorvastatin in the Chinese *** international multiple-center randomized control trials have demonstrated the benefit ofatorvastatin for primary and secondary prevention of *** of them,however,included the Chinese,and current evidence in the population is still inadequate,due to the small sample size,low study quality,short study duration,and the use of surrogate endpoints instead of clinical *** overall incidence of adverse events observed with atorvastatin did not increase in the 10-80 mg dose range,and was similar to that observed with placebo and in patients treated with other statins,which makes atorvastatin well-tolerated in the Chinese ***,high patient adherence was observed in clinical ***：Based on the current available evidence,there is no significant difference between Chinese and non-Chinese population in term of pharmacology and clinical efficacy/***-quality evidence is still needed to support the use ofatorvastatin in high-risk Chinese population.

The purity,preferred orientation,microstructure,microhardness,bonding strength,thickness uniformity and thermal stability of rhenium(Re)coatings prepared on graphite wafers by chemical vapor deposition(CVD)and electrodeposition(ED)in molten salts were comparatively studied in this *** was found that carbon(0.0140 wt%)and oxygen(0.0067 wt%)were the primary impurities for CVD and ED Re coatings,*** diffusion of carbon into CVD Re coating caused higher microhardness near the substrate and helped to improve the bonding strength at the same *** preferred orientation,microstructure and microhardness of ED Re coating were all susceptible to *** coating deposition uniformity of ED Re is obviously better than that of CVD Re coating,due to its intrinsic ***(002)-oriented,coarse columnar CVD Re coating exhibited better thermal stability compared with that of the-oriented,fiber-like columnar ED Re coating,while the ED Re grains grew remarkably and the microstructure evolved toward the similar structure of CVD Re after annealing *** diversity of Re coatings in microstructure could be attributed to the mobility of grain boundaries(affected by temperature and impurity)during deposition processes.

Background： The incidence of atherosclerosis-related myocardial infarction can be as much as 50-fold greater in young patients with systemic lupus e~,thematosus （SLE） than in age-matched controls. There are several explanations for this phenomenon, all of which result in a chronic state of low-grade inflammation. Recently, the neutrophil-to-lynlphocyte ratio （NLR） has been proposed as a useliil biomarker of inflammation. Pulse wave velocity （PWV） is a reliable indicator of vascular damage and atherosclerosis. There is a paucity of data concerning the relationship between NLR and atherosclerosis as measured by PWV in patients with SLE. This study aimed to verify whether there is a positive correlation between NLR and PWV and to explore factors that influence PWV in young SLE patients. Methods： A total of 90 female patients with SLE were enrolled in this cross-sectional investigation. Traditional and nontraditional cardiovascular risk factors were assessed on the same day that brachial-ankle PWV （baPWV） was examined. The patients were divided into three groups according to their mean baPWV values： patients whose mean baPWV value was lower than the first tertile were placed in Group 1 ： patients whose mean baPWV value was between the first tertile and the second tertile were placed in Group 2： and patients whose mean baPWV value was higher than the second tertile were placed in Group 3. SPSS 20.0 was used to perform all statistical analyses in this study. Both univariate linear regression and multivariate regression models were utilized to analyze the association between NLR and arterial stiffness. Results： Systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood presstire （DBP）. and triglycerides were all significantly different among Groups 1,2, and 3 （ 111.90 ± 12.85 mmHg vs. 114.60 ± 12.88 mmHg vs. 129.43 ±16.21 mmHg, P 〈 0.001 ： 68.77 ± 8.63 mmHg vs. 71.87 ± 9.77 mmHg vs. 82.57 ± 14.89 mmHg, P 〈 0.001 ; and 1.44 [0.91-2.47] mmol/L vs. 0.98 [0.78-1.26] mmol/L vs. 2.20 [0.94-3.66]

Element W can effectively improve the density of energetic structural materials. However, W is an inert element and does not combust in air. To change the reaction characteristics of W, 60 at.% Al was introduced into W through mechanical alloying. XRD analysis shows that after 50 h of ball milling, the diffraction peak of Al completely disappears and W(Al60) super-saturated solid solution powder is obtained. Further observation by HAADF and HRTEM reveals that the W(Al60) super-saturated solid solution powder is a mixture of solid solution and amorphous phase. Based on the good thermal stability of W(Al60) alloy powder below 1000℃, W(Al60)-Al composite was synthesized by hot pressing *** initiation experiments suggest that the W(Al60)-Al composite has excellent reaction characteristics, and multiple types of tungsten oxides are detected in the reaction products, showing that the modified W is combustible in air. Due to the combustion of tungsten, the energy release rate of the W(Al60)-Al composite at speed of 1362 m/s reaches 2.71 kJ/g.

A low-toxicity and environment-friendly NaCl−KCl−CsCl−K_(2)NbF_(7) system was used to prepare Nb coatings on Mo *** effects of temperature,current density and electrodeposition time on the micromorphologies and textures of the electrodeposited Nb coatings were *** results showed that Nb coatings obtained at 30−70 mA/cm^(2) in the temperature range of 700−750℃ were continuous and compact,with a hardness range of 2.16−2.45 *** the columnar crystals grew with time,the preferential growth orientations of the Nb coatings changed fromtoand then became *** increasing polarization,the morphologies of the Nb coatings changed from hexagonal star-like surface to conical or pyramid-like surface.

Ribophagy, the cellular process wherein ribosomes are selectively self-digested through autophagy,plays a pivotal role in maintaining ribosome turnover. Understanding the molecular regulatory mechanisms governing ribophagy is pivotal to uncover its significance. Consequently, the establishment of methods for detecting ribophagy becomes important. In this protocol, we have optimized, enriched,and advanced existing ribophagy detection techniques, including immunoblotting, fluorescence microscopy, and transmission electron microscopy(TEM), to precisely monitor and quantify ribophagic events. Particularly noteworthy is the introduction of TEM technology for yeast ribophagy detection. In summary, the delineated methods are applicable for detecting ribophagy in both yeast and mammals,laying a solid foundation for further exploring the physiological importance of ribophagy and its potential implications in diverse cellular environments.

Social robot accounts controlled by artificial intelligence or humans are active in social networks,bringing negative impacts to network security and social *** social robot detection methods based on graph neural networks suffer from the problem of many social network nodes and complex relationships,which makes it difficult to accurately describe the difference between the topological relations of nodes,resulting in low detection accuracy of social *** paper proposes a social robot detection method with the use of an improved neural ***,social relationship subgraphs are constructed by leveraging the user’s social network to disentangle intricate social relationships ***,a linear modulated graph attention residual network model is devised to extract the node and network topology features of the social relation subgraph,thereby generating comprehensive social relation subgraph features,and the feature-wise linear modulation module of the model can better learn the differences between the ***,user text content and behavioral gene sequences are extracted to construct social behavioral features combined with the social relationship subgraph ***,social robots can be more accurately identified by combining user behavioral and relationship *** carrying out experimental studies based on the publicly available datasets TwiBot-20 and Cresci-15,the suggested method’s detection accuracies can achieve 86.73%and 97.86%,*** with the existing mainstream approaches,the accuracy of the proposed method is 2.2%and 1.35%higher on the two *** results show that the method proposed in this paper can effectively detect social robots and maintain a healthy ecological environment of social networks.

Coordinated Capacitor Voltage Balancing Method for Cascaded H-bridge Inverter with Supercapacitor and DC-DC Stage

Cascaded H-bridge inverter(CHBI) with supercapacitors(SCs) and dc-dc stage shows significant promise for medium to high voltage energy storage applications. This paper investigates the voltage balance of capacitors within the CHBI, including both the dc-link capacitors and SCs. Balance control over the dc-link capacitor voltages is realized by the dcdc stage in each submodule(SM), while a hybrid modulation strategy(HMS) is implemented in the H-bridge to balance the SC voltages among the SMs. Meanwhile, the dc-link voltage fluctuations are analyzed under the HMS. A virtual voltage variable is introduced to coordinate the balancing of dc-link capacitor voltages and SC voltages. Compared to the balancing method that solely considers the SC voltages, the presented method reduces the dc-link voltage fluctuations without affecting the voltage balance of SCs. Finally, both simulation and experimental results verify the effectiveness of the presented method.
