Continuous R-DA-EDOCH alternated with high-dose Ara-C induces deep remission and overcomes high-risk factors in young patients with newly diagnosed mantle cell lymphoma

Objective: Our previous studies have indicated potentially higher proliferative activity of tumor cells in Chinese patients with mantle-cell lymphoma(MCL) than those in Western. Given the success and tolerability of R-DA-EDOCH immunochemotherapy in treating aggressive B-cell lymphomas, we designed a prospective, phase 3 trial to explore the efficacy and safety of alternating R-DA-EDOCH/R-DHAP induction therapy for young patients with newly diagnosed MCL. The primary endpoint was the complete remission rate(CRR) at the end of induction(EOI).Methods: A total of 55 patients were enrolled. The CRR at the EOI was 89.1% [95% confidence interval(CI) 78%±96%], and the overall response rate was 98.1%(95% CI 90%±100%). Most patients with bone marrow involvement quickly attained minimal residual disease(MRD) negative status, with a 95.7% rate at the ***: The 3-year progression-free survival(PFS) and overall survival rates were 66.3% and 83.2%, respectively. No patients discontinued treatment because of adverse events. Univariate analysis identified pathologic morphology and TP53 mutations as risk factors for PFS. However, high tumor proliferative activity and certain cytogenetic abnormalities showed no significant adverse prognostic ***: Intensive therapy based on a high cytarabine dose and continuously administered EDOCH achieved a high MRDnegative rate and provides an optional induction choice for young patients with MCL with high-risk factors.

Na_(3)V_(2)(PO_(4))_(2)O_(2)F (VP) is recognized as a promising cathode material for sodium-ion batteries due to its stable structural framework and high specific *** functional theory (DFT) and finite element simulations show that incorporating SO_(4)^(2-)into VP decreases its band gap,lowers the migration energy barrier,and ensures a uniform Na+concentration gradient and stress distribution during charge and discharge ***,the average Na+diffusion coefficient of Na_(3)V_(2)(PO_(4))_(1.95)(SO_(4))_(0.05)O_(2)F(VPS-1) is roughly double that of VP,leading to enhanced rate capability (80 C,75.5 mAh g^(-1)) and cycling stability (111.0 mAh g^(-1)capacity after 1000 cycles at 10 C current density) for ***-1 exhibits outstanding fast-charging capabilities,achieving an 80%state of charge in just 8.1 *** assembled VPS-1//SbSn/NPC full cell demonstrated stable cycling over 200 cycles at a high 5 C current,maintaining an average coulombic efficiency of 95.35%.

Data-driven Analysis on the Spatio-temporal Characteristics and Influencing Factors of Carbon Emissions in Guangdong Province

Scientific analysis of carbon emission characteristics is a key link for precise policy implementation and orderly achievement of Carbon Peak and Carbon Neutrality. Taking 21 prefecture level cities in Guangdong Province as research objects，data including their economic activity，energy consumption，and population distribution from 2013 to 2022 was collected. First，the carbon emission accounting method was used to analyze the time changes and spatial distribution characteristics of carbon emissions in the past decade. Second，the principal component analysis and K-means method was used to reduce the dimensionality and cluster division for Guangdong urban characteristics. Third，the Generalized Schur Decomposition model was applied to analyze the influencing factors. Furthermore，carbon reduction strategies for four typical cities in Guangdong Province were proposed. The results showed that：① From 2013 to 2022，the total carbon emissions in Guangdong Province continued to increase and showed a significant regional imbalance in its spatial distribution. The carbon emissions contribution in the Pearl River Delta region was as high as 42.50%，whereas that in northern Guangdong was the lowest. ② Each city in Guangdong Province performed differently in green development，economic development，and industrial development. All 21 cities could be broadly divided into four categories，namely，Demonstration City，Resource-dependent City，Traditional Industrial City，and Emission-reducing City，accounting for approximately 14.29%，28.57%，19.05%，and 38.09%，respectively. ③ Economic activities were the common driving factors for carbon emissions in all cities，whereas energy consumption and lifestyle were the core driving factors for carbon emissions in resource-dependent cities and traditional industrial cities. Real-Time Error Analysis of Multi-Channel Capacitive Voltage Transformer Using Co-Prediction Matrix

Capacitive voltage transformers (CVTs) are essential in high-voltage systems. An accurate error assessment is crucial for precise energy metering. However, tracking real-time quantitative changes in capacitive voltage transformer errors, particularly minor variations in multi-channel setups, remains challenging. This paper proposes a method for online error tracking of multi-channel capacitive voltage transformers using a Co-Prediction Matrix. The approach leverages the strong correlation between in-phase channels, particularly the invariance of the signal proportions among them. By establishing a co-prediction matrix based on these proportional relationships, The influence of voltage changes on the primary measurements is mitigated. Analyzing the relationships between the co-prediction matrices over time allows for inferring true measurement errors. Experimental validation with real-world data confirms the effectiveness of the method, demonstrating its capability to continuously track capacitive voltage transformer measurement errors online with precision over extended durations.

Experimental Research on a Feasible Building Insulation Material Based Reed in China

The seemingly useless reeds are prepared as thermal insulation materials,which not only meet the requirements of environmental sustainability but also enhance the added value of reeds,creating new economic *** hydrophobicity of raw biomass surfaces leads to problems such as weak bonding strength and non-dense structure in the formed materials,as well as issues related to the residual insect infestations on the *** this study,reed straw was used as the raw material,and foamed geopolymer was used as the binder to prepare building insulation materials based *** improve the interfacial adhesion performance between reed straw and foamed geopolymer,a thermochemical modification method-thermal carbonization,was *** this study,the mechanical properties and hydraulic properties of the studied materials with different degrees of surface thermal modification were tested,especially the fire resistance performance,and weathering resistance performance rarely found in published *** the surface thermal modification condition of reed straw was 250℃(30 min),the comprehensive performance of reed-based building insulation materials was the best,when the studied material density was 321.3 kg/m^(3);the compressive strength was 0.59 MPa;the thermal conductivity was 0.101 W/(m·K);the pH was 11.27;the moisture absorption rate was 25.1%,and the compressive strength loss rate in wet-dry cycles was 18.5%.In addition,it had excellent fire resistance performance and weathering resistance *** new material can be widely used to improve the thermal insulation of traditional buildings and as sandwich filler in prefabricated buildings,such as preparing insulating walls.
