The synaptic transistor,which is a neuromorphic device with brain-like functions,has garnered significant attention due to characteristics such as low energy consumption,high integration,multiple functions,and high computational ***,the current synaptic transistor possesses a complicated structure and involves complex manufacturing steps,which is not conducive to low-cost,large-scale bionic ***,we introduce a simple MoS2synaptic transistor exhibiting robust synaptic *** transistor utilizes magnetron sputtering manufacture to combine the process of device metal electrode deposition and the introduction of defect states,which helps streamline the manufacturing process into a single *** long-term potentiation and long-term depression in photoelectric coordination are initially ***,biological functions,such as double pulse facilitation and the transformation behavior of short-term memory to long-term memory,are thoroughly evaluated,along with learning-forgetting-relearning ***,the device exhibits robust synaptic plasticity until incident light angles down to 30° to imitate the multi-to-one axon-cellular ***,a classical simulation of Pavlov's dog conditioned reflex is demonstrated along with the multiview extraction *** experimental results demonstrate a promising synaptic transistor with a simple structure,manufacturing technique,and excellent *** further indicates the potential for large-scale integration of bionic neuromorphic systems.

circT P63-N suppresses the proliferation and metastasis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma via engaging with HSP90AB1 to modulate the YAP1/Hippo signaling pathway

Circular RNAs(circRNAs) play pivotal roles in the development and progression of various diseases, including malignant tumors. However,the biological functions and the underlying mechanisms of many circRNAs remain elusive. In this study, we identified a novel circRNA,circTP63-N, generated through the splicing of exons 2–4 of the TP63 gene in nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC). circTP63-N was found to be downregulated in clinical samples of NPC. Both in vitro and in vivo experiments unequivocally demonstrated that circTP63-N inhibits the proliferation and metastasis of NPC cells. Further investigations revealed that circTP63-N interacted with the HSP90AB1 protein, leading to the recruitment of LATS/YAP1 proteins. This, in turn, induced phosphorylation and ubiquitination-dependent degradation of YAP1, resulting in reduced nuclear translocation of YAP1 and inhibition of the transcriptional activation of downstream oncogenic genes, including INHBA, MMP3, and CCNE2. Our findings highlight the identification of circTP63-N, a novel circRNA encoded by an important tumor-relevant gene TP63 and elucidate its molecular mechanism as a tumor suppressor in NPC. These insights offer novel potential molecular markers and therapeutic targets for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of NPC.

Heart failure(HF)is a complex syndrome characterized by the reduced capacity of the heart to adequately fill or eject ***,HF remains a leading cause of morbidity and mortality worldwide,imposing a substantial burden on global healthcare *** advancements have highlighted the therapeutic potential of mesenchymal stromal cells(MSCs)in managing ***,umbilical cord-derived MSCs(UC-MSCs)have demonstrated superior clinical potential compared to traditional bone marrow-derived MSCs;this is evident in their non-invasive collection process,higher proliferation efficacy,and lower immunogenicity and tumorigenicity,as substantiated by preclinical *** the feasibility and safety of UC-MSCs have been tested in animal models,the application of UC-MSCs in HF treatment remains challenged by issues such as inaccurate targeted migration and low survival rates of ***,further research and clinical trials are imperative to advance the clinical application of UC-MSCs.

Tunable non-Markovian and quantum coherence in the single-qubit dephasing noise channel

In this paper,we construct a single-qubit dephasing noise channel based on the nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)system by employing the bath-engineering technology,and achieve the construction of the tunable non-Markovian environment in the dephasing noise *** findings indicate that for the single-qubit system,the transition of system dynamics from Markovian to non-Markovian can be achieved by adjusting the base frequency of the noise power ***,the base frequency corresponding to this phase transition point is not fixed,and there is a certain relationship between it and the total evolution time of the single-qubit *** our research,we discovered a fundamental relationship:if the single-qubit system dynamics undergoe a transition from Markovian to non-Markovian atω_(0) within 0-2t ms,shortening the evolution time to 0-t ms results in an increase of the phase transition point to 2ω_(0).This insight offers crucial guidance for artificially crafting non-Markovian environments across arbitrary time scales in single-qubit systems,and it is not limited by the type of *** from system dynamics,quantum coherence is also a focal point of our *** find that when the system dynamics exhibit non-Markovian behavior,the quantum coherence of the single-qubit system experiences ***,the timing of these coherence revivals aligns with the instants of the non-Markovianity ***,our research also serves as a pivotal foundation for the artificial manipulation and realization of quantum coherence revivals within diverse single-qubit systems.

Plastic flow and interfacial bonding behaviors of embedded linear friction welding process:Numerical simulation combined with thermophysical experiment

In this study,a new linear friction welding(LFW)process,embedded LFW process,was put forward,which was mainly applied to combination manufacturing of long or overlong loadcarrying titanium alloy structural components in *** interfacial plastic flow behavior and bonding mechanism of this process were investigated by a developed coupling EulerianLagrangian numerical model using software ABAQUS and a novel thermo-physical simulation method with designed embedded hot compression *** addition,the formation mechanism and control method of welding defects caused by uneven plastic flow were *** results reveal that the plastic flow along oscillating direction of this process is even and *** the direction perpendicular to oscillation,thermo-plastic metals mainly flow downward along welding interface under coupling of shear stress and interfacial pressure,resulting in the interfacial plastic zone shown as an inverted“V”*** upward plastic flow in this direction is relatively weak,and only a small amount of flash is extruded from top of ***,the wedge block and welding components at top of joint are always in un-steady friction stage,leading to nonuniform temperature field distribution and un-welded *** to the results of numerical simulation,high oscillating frequency combined with low pressure and small amplitude is considered as appropriate parameter selection scheme to improve the upward interfacial plastic flow at top of joint and suppress the un-welded *** results of thermo-physical simulation illustrate that continuous dynamic recrystallization(CDRX)induces the bonding of interface,accompanying by intense dislocation movement and creation of many low-angle grain *** the interfacial bonding area,grain orientation is random with relatively low texture density(5.0 mud)owing to CDRX.

A supramolecular nanoprodrug for prevention of gallstone formation

Cholelithiasis affects approximately 10%-20% of the adult population globally. And cholesterol accumulation and nucleation of cholesterol crystals are commonly recognized as the primary process in the initiation and progression of gallstones. Hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin(HPCD) is a supramolecular host compound that can solubilize cholesterol, potentially serving as a preventative or therapeutic agent for cholelithiasis. However, we found that the administration of HPCD treatment did not impede the formation of gallstones in mice, mainly attributed to the pre-complexation of its cavity during the transition process. Here we synthesized a prodrug of HPCD and prepared a HPCD nanoparticle(HPCD-NP), which can be transported efficiently to the gallbladder through the hepatobiliary system following an intravenous injection. In the bile, the HPCD-NP degraded into free HPCD, bound to cholesterol crystals and gallstones within the gallbladder and effectively increased cholesterol solubilization, leading to gallstones regression. Given the established safety of both HPCD and cyclodextrin-based nanoparticles in numerous animal and human studies, HPCD-NP shows considerable promise for the prevention and treatment of human cholelithiasis.

本文利用百度搜索大数据、金融风险指标滞后项以及结构数据变量滞后项建立金融风险预测模型,研究发现:(1)包含百度搜索大数据的风险预测模型有助于提升金融风险预测的准确度,并且模型在金融风险上升时期的预测效果要好于金融风险下降时期的预测效果。(2)公众搜索宏观经济类风险、银行机构类风险和互联网金融类风险产生"追涨杀跌"的非理性行为,搜索非银行机构类风险的当期产生"追涨杀跌"的非理性行为,随后转变为"追跌杀涨"的理性行为。

High-temperature experiments were carried out for the slag systems of“FeO”−SiO_(2)−CaO−Al_(2)O_(3)and“FeO”−SiO_(2)−CaO−MgO at 1200℃and p(O_(2))of 10^(−7)*** equilibrated samples were quenched,and the phase compositions were measured by electron probe microanalysis(EPMA).A series of pseudo-ternary and pseudo-binary phase diagrams are constructed to demonstrate their applications in copper smelting process and evaluation of the thermodynamic *** and tridymite are identified to be the major primary phases in the composition range related to the copper smelting *** is found that the operating window of the smelting slag is primarily determined by w_(Fe)/w_(SiO_(2))ratio in the *** MgO and Al_(2)O_(3)in the slag reduce the operating window which requires extra fluxing agent to keep the slag to be fully *** spinel solid solutions cause inaccurate predictions of the current thermodynamic database.

针刺联合紫杉醇对小鼠Lewis肺癌细胞凋亡的影响

目的:采用针刺联合抗癌新药紫杉醇对Lewis肺癌小鼠进行治疗,探讨针药结合对肿瘤的治疗作用及机制。方法:Lewis肺癌小鼠48只,体重18-22 g,随机分为4组,即模型组、针刺组、药物组、针药结合组,每组12只。针刺选取“肺俞”穴,施以手针疗法,每日1次,共治疗10次;紫杉醇以腹腔注射给药,10 mg/kg,每日1次,连续给药10 d。通过检测瘤重抑制率及瘤细胞凋亡率,观察针刺联合紫杉醇对小鼠Lewis肺癌的疗效及诱导细胞凋亡的作用。结果:针刺、紫杉醇、针刺联合紫杉醇均有抑瘤作用,但针药结合抑瘤作用最强。光镜下3个治疗组可见到癌细胞排列较规整,肿瘤团块较小,异型性不明显,病理性核分裂较少,瘤组织有坏死,针药结合组效果最佳。TUNEL法检测针药结合组的凋亡指数为(11.09±2.98)%,与针刺组(4.58±1.93)%和药物组(8.20±2.82)%比较明显增高(P<0.05);与模型组(1.03±0.81)%比较,针刺组、药物组的凋亡指数也有明显增高(P<0.05)。结论:针刺加紫杉醇具有联合诱导小鼠Lewis肺癌细胞凋亡的作用,两者表现为协同效应。
