Coagulation indices and fibrinogen degradation products as predictive biomarkers for tumor-node-metastasis staging and metastasis in gastric cancer

BACKGROUND Gastric cancer(GC)is a prevalent malignancy with a substantial health burden and high mortality rate,despite advances in prevention,early detection,and *** with the global average,Asia,notably China,reports disproportionately high GC *** disease often progresses asymptoma-tically in the early stages,leading to delayed diagnosis and compromised ***,it is crucial to identify early diagnostic biomarkers and enhance treatment strategies to improve patient outcomes and reduce *** Retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 148 patients with GC treated at the Civil Aviation Shanghai Hospital between December 2022 and December *** associations of coagulation indices-partial thromboplastin time(APTT),prothrombin time(PT),thrombin time(TT),fibrinogen,fibrinogen degradation products(FDP),fasting blood glucose,and D-dimer(D-D)with TNM stage and distant metastasis were *** Prolongation of APTT,PT,and TT was significantly correlated with the GC TNM ***,abnormal coagulation system activation was closely related to disease *** FDP and D-D were significantly associated with distant metastasis in GC(P<0.05),suggesting that increased fibrinolytic activity contributes to increased metastatic *** Our Results reveal coagulation indices,FDPs as GC biomarkers,reflecting abnormal coagulation/fibrinolysis,aiding disease progression,metastasis prediction,and helping clinicians assess thrombotic risk for early intervention and personalized treatment plans.

基于CLIP模型和知识数据库的零样本动作识别

零样本动作识别旨在从已知类别的动作样本数据中学习知识,并将其迁移到未知的动作类别上,从而实现对未知动作样本的识别和分类.现有的零样本动作识别模型依赖有限的训练数据,可学习到的先验知识有限,难以将视觉特征准确地映射到语义标签上,是限制零样本学习性能提升的关键因素.针对上述问题,本文提出了一种引入外部知识数据库和CLIP模型的零样本学习框架,利用多模态CLIP模型通过自监督对比学习方式积累的知识,来扩充零样本动作识别模型的先验知识.同时,设计了时序编码器,以弥补CLIP模型时序建模能力的欠缺.为了使模型学习到更丰富的语义特征,缩小视觉特征和语义标签之间的语义鸿沟,本文扩展了已知动作类别的语义标签,用更为详细的描述语句代替简单的文本标签,丰富了文本表示的语义信息;在此基础上,在模型外部构建了一个知识数据库,在不增加模型参数规模的条件下为模型提供额外的辅助信息,强化视觉特征与文本特征表示之间的关联关系.最后,本文遵循零样本学习规范,对模型进行微调,使其适应零样本动作识别任务,提高了模型的泛化能力.所提方法在HMDB51和UCF101两个主流数据集上进行了广泛实验,实验数据表明,该方法的识别性能相比目前的先进方法在上述两个数据集上分别提升了3.8%和2.3%,充分体现了所提方法的有效性.

MOTIVATION OF CHINESE INVESTMENT IN VIETNAM

China attracted a record of US$52.7× 10^9 in foreign direct investment （FDI） in the year 2002, surpassing the United States to become the world＇s largest FDI recipient. China＇s success in attracting FDI has received significant attention from academics. Several theoretical approaches have been developed to explain the determinants of FDI in China. However, it seems to be ignored that China has also become a growing provider of significant FDI to the rest of the world. According to United Nations Conference on Trade and Developlnent （UNCTAD）＇s 2004 report, as a developing country, replacing Japan, China has made the list of the expected top five home countries worldwide for the first time in terms of geographical coverage （2004-2005）. Vietnam is second largest market and another emerging transition tiger in Southeast Asia. Both China and Vietnam were and are experiencing transitions from centrally planned economy to free market economy. This paper, therefore, attempts to explore the development of Chinese investment in Vietnam, analysing the main motives for, and characteristics of, Chinese Multinational Enterprises＇（MNEs） investment in Vietnam.

Organisational Hierarchies and Decision Making Process of Chinese Multinational Enterprises in Vietnam

This paper examines the organisational hierarchies and decision making processes of two Chinese multinational enterprises operating in Vietnam—hina Luoyang Floating Glass Corp. （CLFG） and China TCL Holdings Co. Ltd. （TCL）. For this study, research data were obtained from in-depth interviews of more than 20 government officials in E R. China and Vietnam, and managers and staff of those two enterprises. Results indicate that the organisational structures of the two enterprises are still vertical but complex, although moderate changes made to them post the nationwide economic reform of China. Consequently, decision making process follows a ＂top-down＂ model, sometimes, with insufficient grassroots information. Findings are discussed in the light of political, social and cultural milieu, and implications are drawn for the management of Chinese multinational enterprises operating in overseas markets. Both CLFG and China TCL are structured on task specialisations. However, departmentalisation in TCL＇s overseas division in head office is not only based on products, but also on geographical regions of markets. The organisational structure of TCL in Vietnam is less complex than the international division, but it is more centralised. Decision making at TCL combines more traditional Chinese business philosophy with modern western organisational characteristics. TCL has a strong western influence in its management style. However, some traditional characteristics such as ＂hero＂ leadership influence and political influence are involved with decision making at TCL. Amongst others, the transitional economy, social culture, poor management system and political sensitivity have been major elements influencing decision making. In the case of CLFG. some decisions have been made before proper information has been gathered and analysed.

基于小波去噪的分布式光纤形变监测预警优化研究

提出一种基于噪声数据特征确定预警阈值的方法,并将该方法应用于分析隧洞单次和总应变监测数据在时间和空间尺度上的潜在风险。首先基于模拟测试,对小波去噪方法的有效性进行验证;然后在隧洞现场布设千米级长度的分布式光纤进行应变监测,并将小波变换应用于监测数据的去噪分析中。结果显示,小波去噪可以较好地还原有效信号,基于噪声数据特征确定的预警阈值能够更高效地识别风险监测点位,在较大程度上降低无效预警发生的概率。人工现场排查发现的两处洞体破坏位置与基于光纤监测数据分析获得的风险点位较为一致,在一定程度上验证了通过分析得到的风险点位的准确性。同时,结合隧洞及山体的人工测斜和深部位移监测数据分析结果,发现所监测隧洞其赋存坡体存在整体持续缓慢蠕变及局部突变的现象,具有一定的风险性,建议加强监测,并进一步采取防范措施,保证线路运营安全。研究结果可为将小波去噪方法应用于从工程监测的海量数据中提取有效数据以及将分布式光纤应用于各类岩土体的形变监测预警等工作提供参考。

Assessment and validation of liquid breakup models for high-pressure dense diesel sprays

Liquid breakup in fuel spray and atomization significantly affects the consequent mixture formation, combustion behavior, and emission formation processes in a direct injection diesel engine. In this paper, different models for liquid breakup processes in high-pressure dense diesel sprays and its impact on multi-dimensional diesel engine simulation have been evaluated against experi- mental observations, along with the influence of the liquid breakup models and the sensitivity of model parameters on diesel sprays and diesel engine simulations. It is found that the modified Kelvin-Helmholtz （KH）-Rayleigh-Taylor （RT） breakup model gives the most reasonable predicted results in both engine simulation and high-pressure diesel spray simulation. For the standard KH-RT model, the model constant Cbl for the breakup length has a significant effect on the predictability of the model, and a fixed value of the constant Cbl cannot provide a satisfactory result for different operation conditions. The Taylor-analogy- breakup （TAB） based models and the RT model do not provide reasonable predictions for the characteristics of high-pressure sprays and simulated engine performance and emissions.

Nonlinear effect induced in thermally poled glass waveguides

Thermally poled germanium-doped channel waveguides are presented. Multilayer waveguides containing a silicon oxynitride layer were used as charge trapper in this investigation on the effect of the internal field inside the waveguide. Compared to waveguides without the trapping layer, experimental results showed that the induced linear electro-optic (EO) coefficient increases about 20% after poling, suggesting strongly that the internal field is relatively enhanced, and showed it is a promising means for improving nonlinearity by poling in waveguides.

近年来深度学习在软件工程领域任务中取得了优异的性能.众所周知,实际任务中优异性能依赖于大规模训练集,而收集和标记大规模训练集需要耗费大量资源和成本,这限制了深度学习技术在实际任务中的广泛应用.随着深度学习领域预训练模型(pre-trained model,PTM)的发布,将预训练模型引入到软件工程(software engineering,SE)任务中得到了国内外软件工程领域研究人员的广泛关注,并得到了质的飞跃,使得智能化软件工程进入了一个新时代.然而,目前没有研究提炼预训练模型在软件工程领域的成功和机遇.为阐明这一交叉领域的工作(pre-trained models for software engineering,PTM4SE),系统梳理当前基于预训练模型的智能软件工程相关工作,首先给出基于预训练模型的智能软件工程方法框架,其次分析讨论软件工程领域常用的预训练模型技术,详细介绍使用预训练模型的软件工程领域下游任务,并比较和分析预训练模型技术这些任务上的性能.然后详细介绍常用的训练和微调PTM的软件工程领域数据集.最后,讨论软件工程领域使用PTM面临的挑战和机遇.同时将整理的软件工程领域PTM和常用数据集发布在https://***/OpenSELab/PTM4SE.

Ballistic Transport through a Strained Region on Monolayer Phosphorene

We investigate quanturn transport of carriers through a strained region on monolayer phosphorene theoretically. The electron tunneling is forbidden when the incident angle exceeds a critical value. The critical angles for electrons tunneling through a strain region for different strengths and directions of the strains are different. Owing to the anisotropic effective masses, the conductance shows a strong anisotropic behavior. By tuning the Fermi energy and strain, the channels can be transited from opaque to transparent, which provides us with an efiqcient way to control the transport of monolayer phosphorene-based microstruetures.

RISE: A RelIable and SEcure Scheme for Wireless Machine to Machine Communications

Wireless Machine to Machine （M2M） communications enable ubiquitous sensing, controlling, and acting via sensors, actuators, and actors. Reliability and security are of foremost importance in wireless M2M systems. A simple, target distinguishing attack can result in M2M＇s failure. This paper presents a Reliable and SEcure scheme, RISE, which is a package of policies that guarantee the reliability of data （including sensor reports and actuator instructions） and devices （including sensors, actuators, and actors）. The data reliability is improved by four algorithms, ChooseMedian, ChooseMost, ChooseNearest, and Trust-based Enhancement. Report attainability is improved via m repeat-sending and n multiple-reporting algorithms. Device reliability is guaranteed by device-indistinguishability, which comprises data-indistinguishability and behavior-indistinguishability. The security requirements are formally defined, and the security analysis proves the soundness and completeness of the scheme,
