The formation of nerve bundles,which is partially regulated by neural cell adhesion molecule 1(NCAM1),is important for neural network organization during peripheral nerve ***,little is known about how the extracellular matrix(ECM)microenvironment affects this ***,we seeded dorsal root ganglion tissue blocks on different ECM substrates of peripheral nerve ECM-derived matrixgel,Matrigel,laminin 521,collagen I,and collagen IV,and observed well-aligned axon bundles growing in the peripheral nerve ECM-derived *** confirmed that NCAM1 is necessary but not sufficient to trigger this phenomenon.A protein interaction assay identified collagen VI as an extracellular partner of NCAM1 in the regulation of axonal *** VI interacted with NCAM1 by directly binding to the FNIII domain,thereby increasing the stability of NCAM1 at the *** in vivo experiments on a rat sciatic nerve defect model also demonstrated orderly nerve bundle regeneration with improved projection accuracy and functional recovery after treatment with 10 mg/m L Matrigel and 20μg/m L collagen *** findings suggest that the collagen VI-NCAM1 pathway plays a regulatory role in nerve bundle *** study was approved by the Animal Ethics Committee of Guangzhou Medical University(approval ***2019048)on April 30,2019.

Background:There is no consensus on whether triplet regimen is better than doublet regimen in the first-line treatment of advanced gastric cancer(AGC).We aimed to compare the efficacy and safety of oxaliplatin plus capecitabine(XELOX)and epirubicin,oxaliplatin,plus capecitabine(EOX)regimens in treating ***:This phase III trial enrolled previously untreated patients with AGC whowere randomly assigned to receive the XELOXor *** primary endpoint was non-inferiority in progression-free survival(PFS)for XELOX as compared with EOX on an intention-to-treat ***:Between April 10,2015 andAugust 20,2020,448AGCpatientswere randomized to receive XELOX(n=222)or EOX(n=226).The median PFS(mPFS)was 5.0 months(95%confidence interval[CI]=4.5-6.0 months)in the XELOX arm and 5.5 months(95%CI=5.0-6.0 months)in the EOX arm(hazard ratio[HR]=0.989,95%CI=0.812-1.203;P_(non-inferiority)=0.003).There was no significant difference inmedian overall survival(mOS)(12.0 vs.12.0months,P=0.384)or objective response rate(37.4%vs.45.1%,P=0.291)between the two *** patients with poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma and liver metastasis,the EOX arm had a significantly longer mOS(P=0.021)and a trend of longer mPFS(P=0.073)than the XELOX *** rate of grade 3/4 adverse events(AEs)was 42.2%(90/213)in the XELOX arm and 72.5%(156/215)in the EOX arm(P=0.001).The global health-related quality of life(QoL)score was significantly higher in the XELOX arm than in the EOX arm during ***:This non-inferiority trial demonstrated that the doublet regimen was as effective as the triplet regimen and had a better safety profile and QoL as a first-line treatment for AGC ***,the triplet regimen might have a survival advantage in patients with poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma and liver metastasis.

目的探讨表观遗传学药物对2D和3D胆管癌系统性药效毒理学研究。方法采用将单层培养的TFK-1细胞接种于2％polyHEMA100μ1包被的u型底-96孔板中制备TFK-13D肿瘤细胞球。采用wsT法和FDA／PI荧光染色法检测表观遗传学药物作用后2D和3D胆管癌肿瘤模型中肿瘤细胞的存活率。采用甲基化特异性PCR检测药物作用前后APC、E—Cadherin和p16INK4A基因甲基化程度的改变。结果3D培养方法能形成外观圆形内部紧密的肿瘤小球，球体的平均直径为350-400μm。TFK-1胆管癌细胞3D模型比2D模型对药物治疗抵抗更明显。与2D肿瘤模型相比，高剂量的药物才能逆转3D模型中肿瘤细胞的高甲基化状态，但是2D模型表现的剂量相关的去甲基化特点在3D模型中并未出现。结论实验成功建立胆管癌上皮细胞3D模型。立体的3D肿瘤模型比单细胞层的2D模型生物学特点更为复杂，该特点能影响表观遗传学药物的药效。实验证实，3D人胆管上皮细胞模型可作为表观遗传学药物治疗胆管癌研究中的一种有效可靠的模型。

The Large sky Area Multi-Object Fiber Spectroscopic Telescope（LAMOST） general survey is a spectroscopic survey that will eventually cover approximately half of the celestial sphere and collect 10 million spectra of stars, galaxies and QSOs. Objects in both the pilot survey and the first year regular survey are included in the LAMOST DR1. The pilot survey started in October 2011 and ended in June 2012, and the data have been released to the public as the LAMOST Pilot Data Release in August 2012. The regular survey started in September 2012, and completed its first year of operation in June 2013. The LAMOST DR1 includes a total of 1202 plates containing 2 955 336 spectra, of which 1 790 879 spectra have observed signalto-noise ratio（SNR） ≥ 10. All data with SNR ≥ 2 are formally released as LAMOST DR1 under the LAMOST data policy. This data release contains a total of 2 204 696 spectra, of which 1 944 329 are stellar spectra, 12 082 are galaxy spectra and 5017 are quasars. The DR1 not only includes spectra, but also three stellar catalogs with measured parameters： late A,FGK-type stars with high quality spectra（1 061 918 entries）, A-type stars（100 073 entries）, and M-type stars（121 522 entries）. This paper introduces the survey design, the observational and instrumental limitations, data reduction and analysis, and some caveats. A description of the FITS structure of spectral files and parameter catalogs is also provided.

This paper describes the data release of the LAMOST pilot survey, which includes data reduction, calibration, spectral analysis, data products and data access. The accuracy of the released data and the information about the FITS headers of spectra are also introduced. The released data set includes 319 000 spectra and a catalog of these objects.

As one of the three payloads for the Advanced Space-based Solar Observatory(ASO-S)mission,the Lyman-alpha(Lyα)Solar Telescope(LST)is composed of three instruments:a Solar Corona Imager(SCI),a LyαSolar Disk Imager(SDI)and a full-disk White-light Solar Telescope(WST).When working in-orbit,LST will simultaneously perform high-resolution imaging observations of all regions from the solar disk to the inner corona up to 2.5 R⊙(R⊙stands for the mean solar radius)with a spatial resolution of 4.8′′and 1.2′′for coronal and disk observations,respectively,and a temporal resolution of 30–120 s and 1–120 s for coronal and disk observations,*** maximum exposure time can be up to20 s due to precise pointing and image stabilization *** the three telescopes of LST,SCI is a dual-waveband coronagraph simultaneously and independently observing the inner corona in the HI Lyα(121.6±10 nm)line and white light(WL)(700±40 nm)wavebands by using a narrowband Lyαbeam splitter and has a field of view(FOV)from 1.1 to 2.5 R⊙.The stray-light suppression level can attain<10^-6 B⊙(B⊙is the mean brightness of the solar disk)at 1.1 R⊙and≤5×10^-8 B⊙at 2.5 R⊙.SDI and WST are solar disk imagers working in the Lyαline and 360.0 nm wavebands,respectively,which adopt an off-axis two-mirror reflective structure with an FOV up to 1.2 R⊙,covering the inner coronal edge area and relating to coronal *** present the up-to-date design for the LST payload.

Benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) is highly prevalent among older men, impacting on their quality of life, sexual function, and genitourinary health, and has become an important global burden of disease. Transurethral plasmakinetic resection of prostate (TUPKP) is one of the foremost surgical procedures for the treatment of BPH. It has become well established in clinical practice with good efficacy and safety. In 2018, we issued the guideline “2018 Standard Edition”. However much new direct evidence has now emerged and this may change some of previous recommendations. The time is ripe to develop new evidence-based guidelines, so we formed a working group of clinical experts and methodologists. The steering group members posed 31 questions relevant to the management of TUPKP for BPH covering the following areas: questions relevant to the perioperative period (preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative) of TUPKP in the treatment of BPH, postoperative complications and the level of surgeons’ surgical skill. We searched the literature for direct evidence on the management of TUPKP for BPH, and assessed its certainty generated recommendations using the grade criteria by the European Association of Urology. Recommendations were either strong or weak, or in the form of an ungraded consensus-based statement. Finally, we issued 36 statements. Among them, 23 carried strong recommendations, and 13 carried weak recommendations for the stated procedure. They covered questions relevant to the aforementioned three areas. The preoperative period for TUPKP in the treatment of BPH included indications and contraindications for TUPKP, precautions for preoperative preparation in patients with renal impairment and urinary tract infection due to urinary retention, and preoperative prophylactic use of antibiotics. Background Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder （ADHD） is one of the most common mental disorders during childhood, characterized by the core symptoms of hyperactivity, impulsivity and inattention and puts great burden on children themselves, their families and the society. Osmotic release oral system methylphenidate （OROS-MPH） is a once-daily controlled-release formulation developed to overcome some of the limitations associated with immediate-release methylphenidate （IR-MPH）. It has been marketed in China since 2005 but still lacks data from large-sample clinical trials on efficacy and safety profiles. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of OROS-MPH in children aged 6 to 16 years with ADHD under naturalistic clinical setting. Methods This 6-week, multi-center, prospective, open-label study enrolled 1447 ADHD children to once-daily OROS-MPH （18 mg, 36 mg or 54 mg） treatment. The effectiveness measures were parent-rated Inattention and Overactivity With Aggression （IOWA） Conners I/O and O/D subscales, physician-rated CGI-I and parent-rated global efficacy assessment scale. Blood pressure, pulse rate measurement, adverse events （AEs） and concomitant medications and treatment review were conducted by the investigator and were served as safety measures. Results A total of 1447 children with ADHD （mean age （9.52＋_2.36） years） were enrolled in this trial. Totally 96.8% children received an OROS-MPH modal dose of 18 mg, 3.1% with 36 mg and 0.1% with 54 mg at the endpoint of study. The parent IOWA Conners I/O score at the end of week 2 showed statistically significant （P 〈0.001） improvement with OROS-MPH （mean： 6.95±2..71） versus the score at baseline （10.45±2.72）. The change in the parent IOWA Conners O/D subscale, CGI-I and parent-rated global efficacy assessment scale also supported the superior efficacy for OROS-MPH treatment.
