Prevalence of overweight and obesity has continued to increase among women of child bearing age all over the world in recent decades. Its impact on short-term and long-term maternal and fetal outcomes continued to grow, such as increased risk of gestational diabetes mellitus, gestational hypertension, preeclampsia, fetal macrosomia, perinatal mortality and chance for cesarean deliveries） What＇s more, underweight before pregnancy also has some hazardous effects on pregnant women and fetus, such as increased risk of delivering infants small for gestational age and preterm delivery.2 The present study determined the prevalence of each body mass index （BMI） group of an obstetric population of the mainland of China, and effects of the maternal pre-pregnancy BMI on multiple antepartum, intrapartum and neonatal outcomes.

By using the designed photonic crystal fiber filled with argon gas, the effect of gas pressure on modulation instability（MI） gain is analyzed in detail. The MI gain bandwidth increases gradually as the argon gas pressure rises from 1 P0 to 400 P0（P0 is one standard atmosphere）, while its gain amplitude slightly decreases. Moreover, the increase of the incident light power also results in the increase of MI gain bandwidth in the Stokes or anti-Stokes region when the incident power increases from 1 W to 200 W. Making use of the optimal parameters including the higher argon gas pressure（400 P0） and the incident light power（200 W）, we finally obtain a 100 nm broadband MI gain. These results indicate that controlling the MI gain characteristic by changing the argon gas pressure in PCF is an effective way when the incident light source is not easy to satisfy the requirement of practical application. This method of controlling MI gain can be used in optical communication and laser shaping.

Background:Core muscle functional strength training(CMFST)has been reported to reduce injuries to the lower ***,no study has confirmed whether CMFST can reduce the risk of low back pain(LBP).Objective:This study identified the effects of CMFST on the incidence of LBP in military ***,setting,participants and intervention:We performed a prospective,open-label,randomized,controlled study in a population of young healthy male naval recruits from a Chinese basic combat training *** were randomly assigned to either the core group or the control *** additional to normal basic combat training,recruits in the core group underwent a CMFST program for 12 weeks,while recruits in the control group received no extra *** outcome measures:At the beginning of the study and at the 12 th week,the number of participants with LBP was counted,and lumbar muscle endurance was *** addition,when participants complained of LBP,they were assessed using the visual analog scale(VAS)and Roland Morris Disability Questionnaire(RMDQ).Results:A total of 588 participants were included in the final analysis(295 in the core group and 293 in the control group).The incidence of LBP in the control group was about twice that of the core group over the 12-week study(20.8%vs 10.8%,odds ratio:2.161–2.159,P<0.001).The core group had better lumbar muscle endurance at 12 weeks than the control group([200.80±92.98]s vs[147.00±84.51]s,P<0.01).There was no significant difference in VAS score between groups,but the core group had a significantly lower RMDQ score at week 12 than the control group(3.33±0.58 vs 5.47±4.41,P<0.05).Conclusion:This study demonstrated that the CMFST effectively reduced the incidence of LBP,improved lumbar muscle endurance,and relieved the dysfunction of LBP during basic military training.

BACKGROUND With the development of the economy and improvements in living standards,the incidences of diabetes mellitus(DM)and diabetic retinopathy(DR),which is a complication of DM,are on the *** To analyze early DR in patients with macular zone changes in biological images using optical coherence tomography angiography METHODS A prospective case study was performed on 59 participants:35 healthy eyes(control group),35 eyes with diabetes but no DR group(no DR group),and 35 eyes with mild DR(NPDR group).All quantitative comparisons of parameters,including the fovea vascularity area,circularity index,and vascular complexity parameters,were performed using a biological image analysis *** The foveal avascular zone(FAZ)area,FAZ circularity index,number of branches in the area,and the total of the single branches’length in the area was 0.366±0.031,0.834±0.037,3241.8±268.3,and 3.860×107±0.194×107,and 0.421±0.030,0.739±0.023,2956.6±476.4,and 3.177×107±0.161×107 in the no DR group and the NPDR group,respectively,which were significantly different from the corresponding parameters of the control group(P<0.05).Moreover,there were significant differences between these two groups(P<0.05).CONCLUSION This study shows that early microcirculation changes in the macular area of the retina is associated with disease *** changes in DR can be analyzed using optical coherence tomography angiography.

Objective: The coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19) pandemic has had a serious impact on health all over the world. Cancer patient, whose immunity is often compromised, faces a huge ***, some COVID-19 vaccines are being developed and applied on general population;however,whether cancer patients should take COVID-19 vaccine remains unknown. Our study aimed to explore the knowledge, attitude, acceptance, and predictors of intention to receive the COVID-19 vaccine among cancer patients in Eastern ***: A cross-sectional study was conducted in Eastern China from June 17 th to September 3 rd, *** were selected using a convenience sampling method. A self-report questionnaire was developed to assess knowledge about the COVID-19 vaccine, attitude towards the vaccine and acceptance of the vaccine;following a review of similar studies previously published in the scientific literature, multivariate logistic regression analysis was used to determine the predictors associated with COVID-19 vaccine ***: A total of 2158 cancer patients were enrolled in this study. The rate of vaccine hesitancy was 24.05%(519/2158);further, among the participants of vaccine acceptance, 767 had taken COVID-19 vaccine(35.54%), and 872 were willing to get vaccinated(40.01%). A total of 24 variables including demographic characteristics, clinical status of cancer, impact of COVID-19 pandemic on study participants,patients’ knowledge about the COVID-19 vaccine, and attitude towards the vaccine, had significant differences between the ‘‘vaccine hesitancy" population and ‘‘vaccine acceptance" *** logistic regression analysis indicated that parameters including alcohol consumption(odds ratio [OR] = 1.849;95% confidence interval [CI]: 1.375–2.488;P-reference [P-Ref] < 0.001 vs nondrinkers), income impacted by COVID-19 pandemic(OR = 1.930, 2.037 and 2.688 for mild, moderate,and severe impact, respectively;all P-Ref < 0.01 vs no impact), know

直驱式风力发电系统使风力机与发电机之间直接相连,提高系统效率和可靠性。为此,采用了back-back的双PWM拓扑结构。机侧变换器采用间接转矩矢量控制,通过调节永磁同步发电机的转速,实现风能的最大跟踪;为了提高网侧并网逆变器的可靠性和抗电网电压波动,同时进一步降低并网逆变器的成本,提出了一种基于锁相环和虚拟电网磁链的无电网电压传感器的控制策略,并应用于直驱式风力发电系统中。仿真结果表明该控制策略实现了最大风能跟踪和并网逆变器功率因数为1的控制,从而验证了该方案的可行性和正确性。
