Epstein-Barr virus(EBV),the first human oncovirus discovered in 1964,has become a focal point in virology,immunology,and oncology because of its unique biological characteristics and significant role in human *** we commemorate the 60th anniversary of EBV's discovery,it is an opportune moment to reflect on the major advancements in our understanding of this complex *** this review,we highlight key milestones in EBV research,including its virion structure and life cycle,interactions with the host immune system,association with EBV-associated diseases,and targeted intervention strategies.

The Completeness of Accreting Neutron Star Binary Candidates from the Chinese Space Station Telescope

A neutron star(NS)has many extreme physical conditions,and one may obtain some important information about an NS via accreting neutron star binary(ANSB)*** upcoming Chinese Space Station Telescope(CSST)provides an opportunity to search for a large sample of ANSB *** goal is to check the completeness of the potential ANSB samples from CSST *** this paper,we generate some ANSBs and normal binaries under the CSST photometric system by binary evolution and binary population synthesis method and use a machine learning method to train a classification *** the Precision(94.56%)of our machine learning model is as high as before study,the Recall is only about 63.29%.The Precision/Recall is mainly determined by the mass transfer rate between the NSs and their *** addition,we also find that the completeness of ANSB samples from CSST photometric data by the machine learning method also depends on the companion mass and the age of the *** candidates with a low initial mass companion star(0.1 M_(⊙)to 1 M_(⊙))have a relatively high Precision(94.94%)and high Recall(86.32%),whereas ANSB candidates with a higher initial mass companion star(1.1 M_(⊙)to 3 M_(⊙))have similar Precision(93.88%)and quite low Recall(42.67%).Our results indicate that although the machine learning method may obtain a relatively pure sample of ANSBs,a completeness correction is necessary for one to obtain a complete sample.

非对称Janus聚合物单链与纳米颗粒杂化体系具有精细结构及功能耦合特性,其规模制备具有重要意义.以三嵌段瓶刷聚合物为基础,基于静电介导单链分子内交联方法同时实现Fe_(3)O_(4)原位负载,规模合成了Janus纳米复合颗粒,最高合成浓度达150 mg/mL.该复合颗粒两侧的聚合物链可分别改性获得官能团,为组装和荧光染色观察提供了条件.在纳米复合颗粒表面通过溶胶-凝胶反应包覆SiO2并引入溴丙基,为终止活性阴离子聚合物提供位点.基于空间位阻效应,可在纳米复合颗粒表面顺次键接两根活性阴离子聚合物链,其结构与组成可控,获得了表面具有4根不同聚合物单链的多价态Janus聚合物单链@纳米颗粒功能杂化体,为组装构筑超结构提供重要材料.

Proton beam therapy in apneic oxygenation treatment of an unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma: A case report and review of literature

Presented here is the clinical course of a 63-yearold patient with a central, large and unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) with liver metastases and tumor invasion of the portal and hepatic veins. After the tumor had been diagnosed, the patient was immediately treated with proton beam therapy(PBT), at a total dose of 60 Gy(relative biological effectiveness) in 20 fractions administered within 4 wk. To manage the respiratory movements, at the Rinecker Proton Therapy Center, apneic oxygenation was given daily, under general anesthesia. The patient tolerated both the PBT and general anesthesia very well, and did now show any signs of acute or late toxicity. The treatment was followed by constant reductions in the tumor marker alpha-fetoprotein and the cholestatic parameters gamma-glutamyltransferase and alkaline phosphatase. The patient commenced an adjuvant treatment with sorafenib, given at 6-wk intervals, after the PBT. Follow-up with regular magnetic resonance imaging has continued for 40 mo so far, demonstrating remarkable shrinkage of the HCC(maximal diameter dropping from approximately 13 cm to 2 cm). To date, the patient remains free of tumor recurrence. PBT served as a safe and effective treatment method for an unresectable HCC with vascular invasion.

In this article, hybrid fillers with different dimensions, namely, 2-dimensional（2-D） expanded graphite（EG） and 1-dimensional（1-D） multi-walled carbon nanotubes（CNTs）, were added to aromatic nylon MXD6 matrix via melt-blending, to enhance its thermal and electrical conductivity as well as electromagnetic interference shielding effectiveness（EMI SE）. For ternary composites of MXD6/EG/CNTs, the electrical conductivity reaches up nine orders of magnitude higher compared to that of the neat MXD6 sample, which turned the polymer-based composites from an insulator to a conductor, and the thermal conductivity has been enhanced by 477% compared with that of neat MXD6 sample. Meanwhile, the EMI SE of ternary composite reaches ~50 d B at the overall filler loading of only 18 wt%. This work can provide guidance for the preparation of polymer composites with excellent thermal and electrical conductivity via using hybrid filler.

Accreting neutron star binary(ANSB)systems can provide some important information about neutron stars(NSs),especially on the structure and the equation of state of ***,only a few ANSBs are known so *** upcoming Chinese Space Station Telescope(CSST)provides an opportunity to search for a large number of ANSB *** aim to investigate whether or not a machine learning method may efficiently search for ANSBs based on CSST photometric *** this paper,we generate some ANSBs and normal binaries under CSST photometric system by binary evolution and binary population synthesis method and use a machine learning method to train a classification *** consider the classical multi-color disk and the irradiated accretion disk,then compare their effects on the classification *** find that no matter whether the X-ray reprocessing effect is included or not,the machine learning classification accuracy is always very high,i.e.,higher than 96%.If a significant magnitude difference exists between the accretion disk and the companion of an ANSB,machine learning may not distinguish it from some normal stars such as massive main sequence stars,white dwarf binaries,*** classifications of the ANSBs and the normal stars highly overlap in a color–color *** results indicate that machine learning would be a powerful way to search for potential ANSB candidates from the CSST survey.

A 3D-printed Robot Hand with Three Linkage-driven Underactuated Fingers

In this study, we improved an underactuated finger mechanism by using Solidworks to simulate the grasp operation of a finger in some different situations. In addition, a robot palm is designed for the three-finger robot hand with the designed underactuated fingers. A Solidworks simulation was used to verify the rationality of the design. Some parts of the hand were modified to fit for 3D printing, and a prototype of the hand was produced by 3D printing, which could reduce the cost of the production process, as well as provide design flexibility and other advantages. Finally, some grasping experiments were made with the prototype. The results showed that the robot could grasp objects with different sizes, and further verified the rationality of the design and feasibility of fabricating the robot hand using 3D printing.
