Reconfigurable logic and in-sensor encryption operations in an asymmetrically tunable van der Waals heterostructure

Reconfigurable devices can be used to achieve multiple logic operation and intelligent optical sensing with low power consumption,which is promising candidates for new generation electronic and optoelectronic integrated ***,the versatility is still limited and need to be extended by the device architectures ***,we report an asymmetrically gate two-dimensional(2D)van der Waals heterostructure with hybrid dielectric layer SiO_(2)/hexagonal boron nitride(h-BN),which enable rich function including reconfigurable logic operation and in-sensor information encryption enabled by both volatile and non-volatile optoelectrical *** the partial gate is grounded,the non-volatile light assisted electrostatic doping endowed partially reconfigurable doping between n-type and p-type,which allow the switching of logic XOR and not implication(NIMP).When the global gate is grounded,additionally taking the optical signal as another input signal,logic AND and OR is realized by combined regulation of the light and localized gate *** on the high on/off current ratio approaching 105 and reliable&switchable logic gate,in-sensor information encryption and decryption is demonstrated by manipulating the logic ***,these results provide strong extension for current reconfigurable electronic and optoelectronic devices.

Due to the rapid advancements in network technology,blockchain is being employed for distributed data *** the Internet of Things(IoT)scenario,different participants manage multiple blockchains located in different trust domains,which has resulted in the extensive development of cross-domain authentication ***,the emergence of many attackers equipped with quantum computers has the potential to launch quantum computing attacks against cross-domain authentication sche.es based on traditional cryptography,posing a significant security *** response to the aforementioned challenges,our paper demonstrates a post-quantum cross-domain identity authentication sche.e to negotiate the session key used in the cross-chain asset exchange ***,our paper designs the hiding and recovery process of user identity index based on lattice cryptography and introduces the identity-based signature from lattice to construct a post-quantum cross-domain authentication ***,our paper utilizes the hashed time-locked contract to achieves the cross-chain asset exchange of blockchain nodes in different trust ***,the security analysis reduces the security of the identity index and signature to Learning With Errors(LWE)and Short Integer Solution(SIS)assumption,respectively,indicating that our sche.e has post-quantum *** but not least,through comparison analysis,we display that our sche.e is efficient compared with the cross-domain authentication sche.e based on traditional cryptography.

BACKGROUND Small cell lung carcinoma(SCLC)is highly susceptible to metastasis in the early stages of the ***,the stomach is an uncommon site of metastasis in SCLC,and only a few cases of this type of metastasis have been ***,SCLC gastric metastases have not been systematically characterized and are easily missed and *** SUMMARY We report three cases of gastric metastasis from SCLC in this *** first patient presented primarily with cough,hemoptysis,and epigastric *** other two patients presented primarily with abdominal discomfort,epigastric distension,and *** patients underwent gastroscopy and imaging ***,the immunohistoche.ical results of the lesions in three patients were suggestive of small cell ***,the three patients were diagnosed with gastric metastasis of SCLC through a comprehensive *** three patients did not receive appropriate treatment and died within a short *** Here,we focused on summarizing the characteristics of gastric metastasis of SCLC to enhance clinicians'understanding of this disease.

The laminated transition metal disulfides(TMDs),which are well known as typical two-dimensional(2D)semiconductive materials,possess a unique layered structure,leading to their wide-spread applications in various fields,such as catalysis,energy storage,sensing,*** recent years,a lot of research work on TMDs based functional materials in the fields of electromagnetic wave absorption(EMA)has been carried ***,it is of great significance to elaborate the influence of TMDs on EMA in time to speed up the *** this review,recent advances in the development of electromagnetic wave(EMW)absorbers based on TMDs,ranging from the VIB group to the VB group are *** compositions,microstructures,electronic properties,and synthesis methods are presented in ***,the modulation of structure engineering from the aspects of heterostructures,defects,morphologies and phases are systematically summarized,focusing on optimizing impedance matching and increasing dielectric and magnetic losses in the EMA materials with tunable EMW absorption *** as well as the challenges are also identified to guide the design of new TMDs based dielectric EMA materials with high performance.
