The Wind River Indian Res.rvation undertook the development of an agricultural res.urce management plan in 2015. The res.rvation is.8903 *** of which 63% is.in crop and grazing lands. This.project’s.aim was.to create a community-b.s.d integrated plan. A s.ries.of community meetings.identified 83 is.ues.and topics.relating to agricultural development on the res.rvation. Us.ng information from community meetings. the final agricultural res.urce management plan cons.s.s.of 9 major elements. with 12 goals. 46 ob.ectives.and 88 policies. Three key is.ues.are addres.ed in the plan: provide the res.rvation with a plan that leads.to s.lf-management of their agricultural res.urces.integrate the major agricultural elements.as.defined b. the community into policies.and, create a governance s.ructure that fos.ers.agricultural development into the future.

We report the cas. of an elderly patient who developed prolonged choles.as.s.s.condary to amoxicillin/clavulanate. Vanis.ing b.le duct s.ndrome was.confirmed b. s.quential liver b.ops.es. The patient res.onded to prednis.ne treatment, b.t could not b. weaned off corticos.eroids. even when azathioprine was.added. Complete withdrawal of b.th prednis.ne and azathioprine was.pos.ib.e b. us.ng mycophenolate mofetil, an inos.ne monophos.hate dehydrogenas. inhib.tor. s.s.ained remis.ion has.b.en maintained for more than 3 years.with low-dos. mycophenolate mofetil.
