Current fusion methods for infrared and visible images tend to extract features at a single scale,which results in insufficient detail and incomplete feature *** address these issues,we propose an infrared and visible image fusion network based on a multiscale feature learning and attention mechanism(MsAFusion).A multiscale dilation convolution framework is employed to capture image features across various scales and broaden the perceptual ***,an attention network is introduced to enhance the focus on salient targets in infrared images and detailed textures in visible *** compensate for information loss during convolution,jump connections are utilized during the image reconstruction *** fusion process utilizes a combined loss function consisting of pixel loss and gradient loss for unsupervised fusion of infrared and visible *** experiments on the dataset of electricity facilities demonstrate that our proposed method outperforms nine state-of-theart methods in terms of visual perception and four objective evaluation metrics.

Matroid theory has been developed to be a mature branch of mathematics and has extensive applications in combinatorial optimization,algorithm design and so *** the other hand,quantum computing has attracted much attention and has been shown to surpass classical computing on solving some computational ***,crossover studies of the two fields seem to be missing in the *** paper initiates the study of quantum algorithms for matroid property *** is shown that quadratic quantum speedup is possible for the calculation problem of finding the girth or the number of circuits(bases,flats,hyperplanes)of a matroid,and for the decision problem of deciding whether a matroid is uniform or Eulerian,by giving a uniform lower boundΩ■on the query complexity of all these *** the other hand,for the uniform matroid decision problem,an asymptotically optimal quantum algorithm is proposed which achieves the lower bound,and for the girth problem,an almost optimal quantum algorithm is given with query complexityO■.In addition,for the paving matroid decision problem,a lower boundΩ■on the query complexity is obtained,and an O■ quantum algorithm is presented.

Study on the tribological properties of metal rolling bearing under lubrication with diketone lubricants

In this article, 1-(4-ethylphenyl)-nonane-1,3-dione(0206) was prepared by Claisen condensation. By mixing 0206, chelate, and base oil in a ratio of 3.2:4.8:2, a diketone lubricant(PAO=14(20%)) that can achieve superlubricity was prepared and applied to bearing lubrication experiments. The experimental results show that when the bearing was lubricated by base oil, the friction coefficient(COF) and temperature rise decreased with the decrease of the viscosity of PAO. When PAO=14(20%) was used as the lubricant, the COF of the bearing was the lowest(0.001), and the wear morphology was comparable to that of the bearing lubricated with commercial lubricant. Compared with the base oil with the same viscosity, it is found that the COF and temperature rise of the bearing lubricated by PAO=14(20%) were lower under any experimental conditions. And when the amount of lubricant added was 10 μL, the COF of the bearing lubricated by PAO=14(20%) reached a very low value(0.0004).Bearing ball surface analysis identified the formation of diketone adsorption films. Combined with the previous PAO=14(20%)superlubricity mechanism, it was considered that the occurrence of tribochemical reaction and the bearing effect of chelates were the main reasons for the existence of ultra-low friction coefficient and low wear. In addition, when there were polar molecules in the lubricant, they were adsorbed on the metal surface through tribochemical reactions, resulting in many irregular pits on the surface.

How to achieve synergistic improvement of permittivity（εr） and breakdown strength（Eb） is a huge challenge for polymer ***,for the first time,the π-conjugated comonomer（MHT） can simultaneously promote theεrand Ebof linear poly（methyl methacrylate）(PMMA) *** PMMA-based random copolymer films(P（MMA-co-MHT）),block copolymer films（PMMA-b-PMHT）,and PMMA-based blend films were prepared to investigate the effects of sequential structure,phase separation structure,and modification method on dielectric and energy storage properties of PMMA-based dielectric *** a result,the random copolymer P（MMA-coMHT） can achieve a maximum εrof 5.8 at 1 kHz owing to the enhanced orientation polarization and electron *** electron injection and charge transfer are limited by the strong electrostatic attraction ofπ-conjugated benzophenanthrene group analyzed by the density functional theory（DFT）,the discharge energy density value of P（MMA-co-PMHT）containing 1 mol% MHT units with the efficiency of 80% reaches15.00 J cm-3at 872 MV m-1,which is 165% higher than that of pure *** study provides a simple and effective way to fabricate the high performance of polymer dielectrics via copolymerization with the monomer of P-type semi-conductive polymer.

HetNets Under Decoupled Uplink and Downlink Access with UE Random Discontinuous Transmission: Local Delay and Energy Efficiency

Due to the limited uplink capability in heterogeneousnetworks (HetNets), the decoupled uplinkand downlink access (DUDA) mode has recently beenproposed to improve the uplink performance. In thispaper, the random discontinuous transmission (DTX)at user equipment (UE) is adopted to reduce the interferencecorrelation across different time slots. By utilizingstochastic geometry, we analytically derive themean local delay and energy efficiency (EE) of an uplinkHetNet with UE random DTX scheme under theDUDA mode. These expressions are further approximatedas closed forms under reasonable *** results reveal that under the DUDA mode, there isan optimal EE with respect to mute probability underthe finite local delay constraint. In addition, with thesame finite mean local delay as under the coupled uplinkand downlink access (CUDA) mode, the HetNetsunder the DUDA mode can achieve a higher EE witha lower mute probability.
