This paper investigates the pseudo-compressibility method for the incompressible Navier-Stokes equations and the preconditioning technique for accelerating the time marching for stiff hyperbolic equations,and derives and presents the eigenvalues and eigenvectors of the Jacobian matrix of the preconditioned pseudo-compressible Navier-Stokes equations in generally cur-vilinear *** on the finite difference discretization the cored for efficiently solving incompressible flows numerically is *** reliability of the procedures is demonstrated by the application to the inviscid flow past a circular cylinder,the laminar flow over a flat plate,and steady low Reynolds number viscous incompressible flows past a circular *** is found that the solutions to the present algorithm are in good agreement with the exact solutions or experimental *** effects of the pseudo-compressibility factor and the parameter brought by preconditioning in convergence characteristics of the solution are investigated *** results show that the upwind Roe’s scheme is superior to the second order central scheme,that the convergence rate of the pseudo-compressibility method can be effectively improved by preconditioning and that the self-adaptive pseudo-compressibility factor can modify the numerical convergence rate significantly compared to the constant form,without doing artificial tuning depending on the specific flow *** validation is also performed by numerical simulations of unsteady low Reynolds number viscous incompressible flows past a circular *** results are also found in good agreement with the existing numerical results or experimental data.

We investigate the two-hop multiple source-destination relay channels using the rate splitting trans-mission scheme where each source can split its message into private and public *** determine the system error probability via integrated exponent function under amplify-and-forward(AF)and decode-and-forward(DF)relay *** most significant difference between AF and DF system error probability evaluations lies in a minimized cut-set bound of transmission rate under the DF *** are many cases among transmission rate intervals for different system parameters(*** power)and it is extremely complex to derive the system error probability for the DF *** obtain a relatively simple result,which unifies various cases by a few *** results show that the system error probability decreases with the increase of the public ***,in order to draw deep insight into the reliability requirement of each source node in this network,we provide the error exponent region(EER)for different source nodes to show the trade-off of error probability among source nodes.

This paper studies the problem of H2 control for a class of discrete time-delay systems with D-stability constraints. The corresponding suffcient conditions are given in terms of linear matrix inequalities. In particular, the conditions are delay-dependent, and so they are less conservative. The obtained controller can provide an upper bound for the H2 cost function. A numerical example is given to illustrate the proposed method.

Balancing electron transfer and intermediate adsorption ability of bifunctional catalysts via tailoring electronic structures is crucial for green hydrogen production,while it still remains challenging due to lacking efficient ***,one efficient and universal strategy is developed to greatly regulate electronic structures of the metallic Ni-Fe-P catalysts via in-situ introducing the rare earth(RE)atoms(Ni-Fe-RE-P,RE=La,Ce,Pr,and Nd).Accordingly,the as-prepared optimal Ni-Fe-Ce-P/CC self-supported bifunctional electrodes exhibited superior electrocatalytic activity and excellent stability with the low overpotentials of 247 and 331 mV at 100 mA cm^(-2) for HER and OER,*** the assembled electrolyzer,the Ni-Fe-Ce-P/CC as bifunctional electrodes displayed low operation potential of 1.49 V to achieve a current density of 10 mA cm^(-2),and the catalytic performance can be maintained for 100 *** results combined with density functional theory(DFT)calculation reveal that Ce doping leads to electron decentralization and crystal structure distortion,which can tailor the band structures and d-band center of Ni-Fe-P,further increasing conductivity and optimizing intermediate adsorption *** work not only proposes a valuable strategy to regulate the electron transfer and intermediate adsorption of electrocatalysts via RE atoms doping,but also provides a deep under-standing of regulation mechanism of metallic electrocatalysts for enhanced water splitting.

The photoluminescence (PL) properties of porous silicon (PS) have been studied based on n-type single-crystal (111) silicon wafers (80-90 Omega .cm in the resistivity). The porous silicon layers (PSL) were created by anodizing the wafers with a denuded zone of 20-40 mum formed by neutron transmutation doping (NTD) and thermal treatment at 940 degreesC for 4 h and then 700 degreesC for 2 h, two-step heating of the floating-zone silicon (FZ Si) grown in a hydrogen (H,) ambience. By surface modification with stannic chloride or amine immersion and rapid thermal oxidation (RTO), the PL peak position from the PS can be qualitatively controlled factitiously. The as-prepared PS shows an orange-yellow luminescence, while the modified samples emit red, green and blue luminescence. Mechanisms for the different colors of the PL are discussed. Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) is carried out to analyze the differences in the structural configuration of the PS samples.

Molecular Dynamics Simulation and Experimental Proof of Hydrogen-enhanced Dislocation Emission in Nickel

A quasi three dimensions molecular dynamic method was used to simulate the effect of hydrogen on dislocation emission and crack propagation in nickel. In situ observation in a transmission electron microscope (TEM) was used to confirm the simulation results. The simulation result indicated that hydrogen solubilized in nickel decreased the critical stress intensity for the dislocation emission, i.e., hydrogen enhanced dislocation emission. In situ observation in TEM showed that hydrogen enhanced dislocation emission and motion before the initiation of hydrogen-induced crack.

The communication system is composed of more than one processes, which realize the functions of the system together. In most of the distributed environments, the message is the way that they are communicated α with each other. But they can not be guaranteed to arrive at the right time. In this paper, we discuss the save functions in the Specification and Description Language (SDL) language. With these functions, a new way of transferring message can be realized reliably and efficiently. Finally, we give the simulation result according to the tools—? 玈DT .

The microstructural formation of the semi-solid AlSi7Mg alloy stirred by electromagnetic field is investigated together withthe tempeatre field of the stirred melt at continuously cooling. A impoat kinetic factor for primny a-Al nucleation is proposed. It isfound that a low temperatUre gradient exists in the electromagnetic stirred melt. This is why the first dendritic arms and secondary de-ndritic arms are refmed. Experimefltal results also show that the root remelting of secontw dendritic arms is an twortat mechanismfor the primary α-Al refmement. Strong electromagnetic stirring greatly reduces the composition supercooling in the melt and eliminatesprefedrig growth of the first dendritic arms. Therefore, many rosettes or spherical Primary α-Al phase particles form finally.
