Effect of dissolved-oxygen on the flotation behavior of pyrite at high altitude area

With the continuous development of mineral resources to high altitude areas,the study of sulfide ore flotation in unconventional systems has been *** is a consensus that moderate oxidation of sulfide ore is beneficial to flotation,but the specific suitable dissolved oxygen value is inconclusive,and there are few studies on sulfide ore flotation under low dissolved oxygen environment at high *** this paper,we designed and assembled an atmosphere simulation flotation equipment to simulate the flotation of pyrite at high altitude by controlling the partial pressure of N_(2)/O_(2) and dissolved oxygen under atmospheric conditions.X-ray photoelectron spec-troscopy(XPS),atomic force microscope(AFM),Fourier transform infrared spectrometer(FT-IR),UV-vis spectrophotometer,zeta po-tential,and contact angle measurements were used to reveal the effects of surface oxidation and agent adsorption on pyrite at high altitude(4600 m dissolved oxygen(DO)=4.0 mg/L).The results of pure mineral flotation indicated that the high altitude and low dissolved oxy-gen environment is favorable for pyrite *** angle measurements and XPS analysis showed that the high altitude atmosphere nslows down the oxidation of pyrite surface,facilitates S_(n)^(2-)/S^(0) production and enhances surface *** calcula-tions and zeta potential analysis showed that the influence of atmosphere on the form of pyrite adsorption is small,and the different atmo-spheric conditions are consistent with dixanthogen electrochemical adsorption,with lower Zeta potential under high altitude atmosphere and significant potential shift after sodium isobutyl xanthate(SIBX)*** results of FT-IR,UV-vis,and AFM analysis showed that SIBX adsorbed more on the surface of pyrite under high altitude atmosphere and adsorbed on the surface in a mesh structure com-posed of column/*** results of the experimental study revealed the reasons for the easy flotation of sul

This paper introduces an improvement to electrochemical drilling process by coupling flow field and electric field in pulsating state. A novel tube with half-wedged shape at the end(HW-tube) is prepared, with both sidewall and wedged part of the HW-tube insulated. Only the flat part is utilized to provide electric field for electrochemical drilling. By rotating the HW-tube, both flow field and electric field in pulsating state are generated, alternating in different positions within the inter-electrode gap(IEG). The pulsating flow field enhances the mass transfer process, while pulsating electric field disperses material dissolution process and distribution of electrolytic byproducts. Both pulsating fields are coupled at the same frequency, further enhancing the electrochemical drilling process. Simulation results indicate that both flow field and electric field in pulsating state are generated. Compared to the traditional tube, the HW-tube significantly reduces the number of residual particles in IEG, and this number is further reduced by increasing the rotation speed. Experimental results reveal that the surface quality and dimensional uniformity of small hole are improved with HW-tube. With feed rate of 2.22 mm/min, a small hole with diameter of 1.52± 0.017 mm is drilled, resulting in a surface roughness of 0.331 μm.

Understanding the impulse discharge behaviour of natural ester(NE)is crucial for its safe application in high-voltage *** ionisation potential(IP)of triglycerides plays a significant role in the process of molecular ionisation during impulse discharge for *** correlation coefficients between molecular size,frontier orbital,electrostatic potential,polarity,and IP were *** the quantitative microstructure-IP model for triglycerides were built,which revealed that IP is strongly related to the highest occupied molecular orbital(HOMO)energy EHM,as well as the average value of positive electrostatic potential V_(p)(t),the average value of negative electrostatic potential V_(p)(-),and the surface area of negative electrostatic potential S(-).The HOMO and negative electrostatic potentials of saturated triglycerides are predominantly linked to the carbonyl O ***,in unsaturated triglycerides,the influence of C=C double bonds on HOMO and negative electrostatic potentials is more ***,the IP of unsaturated NE with C=C bonds is lower than that of saturated NE,rendering it more susceptible to ionisation under a strong electric field which is unfavourable for impulse breakdown *** structure-property correlation analysis is valuable for understanding ionisation mechanism during the impulse discharge breakdown of NE at the microscopic level.

BACKGROUND Synaptotagmins(SYTs)are a family of 17 membrane transporters that function as calcium ion sensors during the release of Ca2+-dependent neurotransmitters and ***,few studies have reported whether members of the SYT family play a role in glucose uptake in diabetic retinopathy(DR)through Ca2+/glucose transporter-1(GLUT1)and the possible regulatory mechanism of *** To elucidate the role of the SYT family in the regulation of glucose transport in retinal pigment epithelial cells and explore its potential as a therapeutic target for the clinical management of *** DR was induced by streptozotocin in C57BL/6J mice and by high glucose medium in human retinal pigment epithelial cells(ARPE-19).Bioinformatics analysis,reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction,Western blot,flow cytometry,ELISA,HE staining,and TUNEL staining were used for *** Six differentially expressed proteins(SYT2,SYT3,SYT4,SYT7,SYT11,and SYT13)were found between the DR and control groups,and SYT4 was highly *** induces SYT4 overexpression,manipulates Ca2+influx to induce GLUT1 fusion with the plasma membrane,promotes abnormal expression of the glucose transporter GLUT1 and excessive glucose uptake,induces ARPE-19 cell apoptosis,and promotes DR *** deficiency inhibits the proteasomal degradation of SYT4 in DR,resulting in SYT4 accumulation and enhanced GLUT1 fusion with the plasma membrane,and these effects were blocked by oe-Parkin ***,dysregulation of the myelin transcription factor 1(Myt1)-induced transcription of SYT4 in DR further activated the SYT4-mediated stimulus-secretion coupling process,and this process was inhibited in the oe-MYT1-treated *** Our study reveals the key role of SYT4 in regulating glucose transport in retinal pigment epithelial cells during the pathogenesis of DR and the underlying mechanism and suggests potential therapeutic targets for clinical DR.

In the realm of molecular phase transition research,particularly for applications in sensors,data storage and switching technologies,the role of organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite materials has been increasingly recognized for their significant ***,hybrid post-perovskites,as a critical subclass of perovskites,have not been thoroughly studied and mainly limit in the instances based on polyatomic bridging agents like dicyanamide(dca^(-))and non-cyclic organic ***,a polar cyclic quaternary ammonium cation,N,N-dimethylpyrrolidinium(DMP^(+)),was used to assemble a new hybrid post-perovskite,(DMP)[Mn(dca)_(3)](1),which undergoes a phase transition from orthorhombic Bmmb to monoclinic P2_(1)/n space group at 249 *** employing multiple techniques such as differential scanning calorimetry,variable-temperature single-crystal X-ray analysis,dielectric measurements,and Hirshfeld surface analysis,we disclosed the role of polar cyclic quaternary ammonium DMP^(+)in elevating the phase-transition temperature by 48 K,generating significant dielectric switching effect and facilitating interlayer sliding of inorganic framework.

In the coming decades,the space-based gravitational-wave(GW)detectors such as Taiji,TianQin,and LISA are expected to form a network capable of detecting millihertz GWs emitted by the mergers of massive black hole binaries(MBHBs).In this work,we investigate the potential of GW standard sirens from the Taiji-TianQin-LISA network in constraining cosmological *** the optimistic scenario in which electromagnetic(EM)counterparts can be detected,we predict the number of detectable bright sirens based on three different MBHB population models,i.e.,popⅢ,Q3d,and *** results show that the TaijiTianQin-LISA network alone could achieve a constraint precision of 0.9%for the Hubble constant,meeting the standard of precision ***,the Taiji-TianQin-LISA network could effectively break the cosmological parameter degeneracies generated by the CMB data,particularly in the dynamical dark energy *** combined with the CMB data,the joint CMB+Taiji-TianQin-LISA data offerσ(w)=0.036 in the wCDM model,which is close to the latest constraint result obtained from the CMB+SN *** also consider a conservative scenario in which EM counterparts are not *** to the precise sky localizations of MBHBs by the Taiji-TianQin-LISA network,the constraint precision of the Hubble constant is expected to reach 1.2%.In conclusion,the GW standard sirens from the Taiji-TianQin-LISA network will play a critical role in helping solve the Hubble tension and shedding light on the nature of dark energy.

An Algorithm of Deformation Image Correction Based on Spatial Mapping

The original image undergoes geometric deformation in terms of position, shape, size, and orientation due to the shooting angle or capturing process during image acquisition. This leads to inconveniences and significant challenges in various image processing fields such as image fusion, denoising, recognition, and segmentation. To enhance the processing ability and recognition accuracy of deformation images, an adaptive algorithm for correcting image deformities is proposed for quadrilaterals and triangles. Firstly, the deformation image undergoes preprocessing, and the contour of the image edge is extracted. Then, discrete points on the image edge are identified to accurately locate the edges. Finally, the deformation of the quadrilateral or triangle is transformed into a standard rectangular or equilateral triangular image using the proposed three-dimensional homography transformation algorithm. This effectively completes the conversion from an irregular image to a regular image in an adaptive manner. Numerous experiments demonstrate that the proposed algorithm surpasses traditional methods like Hough transform and Radon *** improves the effectiveness of correcting deformation in images, effectively addresses the issue of geometric deformation, and provides a new technical method for processing deformation images.
