Financial market has systemic complexity and *** investors,return and risk often *** to rationally allocate funds into different assets and achieve excess returns with effectively controlling risk are main problems to be solved in the field of portfolio optimization(PO).At present,due to the influence of modeling and algorithm solving,the PO models established by many researchers are still mainly focused on single-stage single-objective models or single-stage multiobjective *** is actually considered as a multi-stage multi-objective optimization problem in real investment *** is more difficult than the previous single-stage PO model for meeting the realistic *** this paper,the authors proposed a mean-improved stable tail adjusted return ratio-maximum drawdown rate(M-ISTARR-md)PO model which effectively characterizes the real investment *** order to solve the multi-stage multi-objective PO model with complex multi-constraints,the authors designed a multi-stage constrained multi-objective evolutionary algorithm with orthogonal learning(MSCMOEA-OL).Comparing with four well-known intelligence algorithms,the MSCMOEA-OL algorithm has competitive advantages in solving the M-ISTARR-md model on the proposed constructed carbon neutral stock *** paper provides a new way to construct and solve the complex PO model.

Aiming at simulating micro gas flows with accurate boundary conditions,an efficient hybrid algorithm is developed by combining the molecular dynamics(md)method with the direct simulation Monte Carlo(DSMC)*** efficiency comes from the fact that the md method is applied only within the gas-wall interaction layer,characterized by the cut-off distance of the gas-solid interaction potential,to resolve accurately the gas-wall interaction process,while the DSMC method is employed in the remaining portion of the flow field to efficiently simulate rarefied gas transport outside the gas-wall interaction layer.A unique feature about the present scheme is that the coupling between the two methods is realized by matching the molecular velocity distribution function at the DSMC/md interface,hence there is no need for one-toone mapping between a md gas molecule and a DSMC simulation *** improvement in efficiency is achieved by taking advantage of gas rarefaction inside the gas-wall interaction layer and by employing the“smart-wall model”proposed by Barisik et *** developed hybrid algorithm is validated on two classical benchmarks namely 1-D Fourier thermal problem and Couette shear flow *** the accuracy and efficiency of the hybrid algorithm are *** an application,the hybrid algorithm is employed to simulate thermal transpiration coefficient in the free-molecule regime for a system with atomically smooth *** is utilized to validate the coefficients calculated from the pure DSMC simulation with Maxwell and Cercignani-Lampis gas-wall interaction models.

Linear mixed effects models with general skew normal-symmetric （SNS） error are considered and several properties of the SNS distributions are obtained. Under the SNS settings, ANOVA-type estimates of variance components in the model are unbiased, the ANOVA-type F-tests are exact F-tests in SNS setting, and the exact confidence intervals for fixed effects are constructed. Also the power of ANOVA-type F-tests for components are free of the skewing function if the random effects normally distributed. For illustration of the main results, simulation studies on the robustness of the models are given by comparisons of multivariate skew-normal, multivariate skew normal-Laplace, multivariate skew normal-uniform, multivariate skew normal-symmetric, and multivariate normal distributed errors. A real example is provided for the illustration of the proposed method.

不同植物对污染土壤中铜和镉的生物移除效率

为筛选重金属富集植物,在江西省某铜(Cu)和镉(Cd)污染土壤上种植巨菌草、芝麻、高粱、伴矿景天、海州香薷和狗尾草6种植物,考察修复植物生物量及重金属富集特征,比较植物重金属提取量及生物移除效率。结果表明,污染土壤Cu和Cd含量分别为560.0和0.80 mg·kg^(-1),分别是农用地土壤风险筛选值(GB 15168—2018,pH值≤5.5时,Cu和Cd筛选值分别为50和0.3 mg·kg^(-1))的11.20和2.67倍。巨菌草生物量最高,达41.40 t·hm^(-2),是伴矿景天的11.82倍。仅有海州香薷对Cu的生物富集系数(BCF)大于1,伴矿景天对Cd的BCF最高(46.16),显著高于其余植物(1.47~9.69)。巨菌草和海州香薷对Cu的提取量最高,分别为7.7和6.9 kg·hm^(-2),但其生物移除效率仅分别为0.61%和0.55%;巨菌草和伴矿景天对Cd的提取量最高,分别为156.17和122.32 g·hm^(-2),其生物移除效率分别为8.68%和6.80%。巨菌草可用于生物质发电,芝麻籽粒重金属含量(0.49 mg·kg^(-1))符合食品安全国家标准(GB 2762—2022,Cd含量限值为0.5 mg·kg^(-1)),具有一定的经济效益。因此,采用伴矿景天-芝麻轮作或巨菌草单作模式既具有较高的Cd生物移除效果,又可以实现一定的经济收益,具有应用推广潜力。

AIM: To investigate the associations between demographic and clinical factors with the rate of visual field mean derivation(md) decline in retinitis pigmentosa(RP) ***: Correlations of mds with the visual acuity and retinal pigmentation were analyzed in 928 RP patients. md decreasing rate in 10 y and potential influences of gender, age, family history and retinal pigmentation on the rate were explored in 201 RP patients. RESULTS: In the 928 patients, average md and visual acuity were-14.44±8.61 dB and 0.79±0.35 respectively and when md was lower than-9.18 dB the visual acuity would be below 1.0(20/20). The average md medium between eyes with or without retinal pigmentation was-14.82 dB. In 123 non-pigmented eyes, the average md were lower than the medium but in 153 pigmented eyes it was higher than that. In the 201 patients, the average decreasing value of md in 10 years’ period was-8.01±3.66 dB and the value were correlated to retinal pigmentation but not to gender, age or RP family history. CONCLUSION: The rate of md decline in RP eyes is significantly related to retinal pigmentation. Our study demonstrates the quantitative rate of md decline in RP patients and the value of md could well reflect the severity of RP.

Background：Remote ischemic postconditioning （RIPostC） appears to protect distant organs from ischemia-reperfusion injury （IRI）. However, cerebral protection results have remained inconclusive. In the present study, a meta-analysis was performed to compare stroke patients with and without ***：CNKI, WanFang, VIP, CBM, PubMed, and Cochrane Library databases were searched up to July 2016. Data were analyzed using both fixed-effects and random-effects models by Review Manager. For each outcome, risk ratio （RR） and mean difference （md） with 95% confidence interval （CI） were ***：A total of 13 randomized controlled trials that enrolled a total of 794 study participants who suffered from or are at risk for brain IRI were selected. Compared with controls, RIPostC significantly reduced the recurrence of stroke or transient ischemic attacks （RR = 0.37; 95% CI： 0.26–0.55; P 〈 0.00001）. Moreover, it can reduce the levels of the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale score （md： 1.96; 95% CI： 2.18–1.75; P 〈 0.00001）, modified Rankin Scale score （md： 0.73; 95% CI： 1.20–0.25; P = 0.00300）, and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein （md： 4.17; 95% CI： 4.71–3.62; P 〈 0.00001） between the two groups. There was no side effect of RIPostC using tourniquet cuff around the limb on ischemic stroke treating based on different intervention ***：The present meta-analysis suggests that RIPostC might offer cerebral protection for stroke patients suffering from or are at risk of brain IRI.

The grain filling of inferior spikelets is much less complete than that of superior spikelets in rice cultivars with large panicles and numerous spikelets and is promoted by moderate soil drying(md)post-anthesis.A growing body of evidence has shown that microRNAs function in regulating grain ***,little is known about the mechanism of microRNA control of grain filling of inferior spikelets in response to *** this study,grain filling of inferior spikelets was promoted by md treatment in ***-RNA profiling at the most active grain-filling stage was conducted in inferior spikelets under control(CK)and md *** 521 known and 128 novel miRNAs,38 known and 9 novel miRNAs were differentially expressed between the CK and md *** genes of differentially expressed miRNAs were involved in multiple developmental and signaling pathways associated with catalytic activity,carbohydrate metabolism,and other *** miR1861 and miR397 were upregulated by md,leading to a decrease in OsSBDCP1 and OsLAC,two negative regulators of SSIIIa activity and BR signaling,*** contrast,miR1432 abundance was reduced by md,resulting in upregulation of OsACOT and thus an elevated content of both ABA and *** results suggest that both starch synthesis and phytohormone biosynthesis are regulated by differentially expressed miRNAs in inferior spikelets in response to md *** results suggest the molecular mechanisms by which miRNAs regulate grain filling in inferior spikelets of rice under moderate soil drying,providing potential application in agriculture to increase rice yields by genetic approaches.

High-Speed Rail(HSR)has increasingly become an important mode of inter-city transportation between large ***-city interaction facilitated by HSR tends to play a more prominent role in promoting urban and regional economic integration and *** the impact of HSR’s interaction on cities and people is therefore crucial for long-term urban and regional development planning and policy *** develop an evaluation framework using toponym information from social media as a proxy to estimate the dynamics of such *** paper adopts two types of spatial information:toponyms from social media posts,and the geographical location information embedded in social media *** framework highlights the asymmetric nature of social interaction among cities,and proposes a series of metrics to quantify such impact from multiple perspectives-including interaction strength,spatial decay,and channel *** results show that HSRs not only greatly expand the uneven distribution of inter-city connections,but also significantly reshape the interactions that occur along HSR routes through the channel effect.
