为探究公益广告对中小学生文明行为习惯培养的影响,充分运用文献法、问卷调查法和实地观察法,在某地级市中心城区的多所中小学进行了实地调查。梳理分析中小学校园公益广告传播面临的主要问题和影响因素,提出新媒体环境下中小学校园公益广告“六大”传播路径。通过优化公益广告的内容设置、形式表达、年龄区分、经费投入、家校共育和社会参与等方面,提高中小学校的德育教育水平,依托公益广告的有效传播来切实培养中小学生良好的文明行为习惯。

Proline plays an important role in regulating synaptic neurotransmission in both mammalian and insect nervous systems. The full-length complementary DNA sequences encoding the proline transporter gene （CsProT） and its alternative spliced transcript （CsProT-ST） were cloned from the striped stem borer （SSB）, Chilo suppressalis, one of the most important rice pests in Asia. The comparison of amino acid sequences showed that CsProT is highly similar to the proline transporter isolated from Manduca sexta （MasProT）. The developmental changes of the relative messenger RNA expression levels of CsProT and CsProT-ST genes were examined in SSB. The expression level of CsProT-ST is much higher than that of CsProT in all developmental periods, suggesting that the Y-end spliced variant is the major transcript instead of CsProT. The highest ex- pression level of both genes in the pupal stage means that proline may be involved in some unclear functions in the metamorphosis from pupa to adulthood.

Graphene nanoplatelets/aluminum （GNPs/Al） nanocomposites were fabricated using a novel two-step method. High resolution transmission electron microscope （HRTEM）, Raman, field emission scanning electron microscopy （FESEM）, X-ray diffraction （XRD）, energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy （EDS）, EDS mapping, and mechanical testing system （MTS） were applied to characterize the microstructure and mechanical properties of the GNPs/Al nanocomposites. The GNPs were homogeneously dispersed in GNPs/Al nanocomposites, and presented a fine interface behavior and microstructure characteristics. A harmful phase, aluminum carbide （Al4C3）, was not observed in significant quantities in the nanocomposite. Compared with pure aluminum, the mechanical properties of the GNPs/Al nanocomposites containing a low volume fraction of GNPs were sharply improved. When 0.5 vol.%, 1.0 vol.%, and 2.0 vol.% GNPs were added to the aluminum matrix, the average compressive strength of GNPs/A1 nanocomposites was 297, 345, and 527 MPa, respectively, which remarkably increased the strength over the original aluminum by 330% to 586%.

Sonic boom reduction has been an urgent need for the development of future supersonic transport,because of the heavy damage of noise *** paper provides a novel concept for supersonic aircraft to reduce the sonic boom and drag coefficient,wherein a suction slot near the leading edge and an injection slot near the trailing edge on the airfoil suction surface are *** make sure of a zero net mass flux flow control,the mass flow sucked in near the leading edge is equal to the mass flow injected near the trailing *** diamond and NACA0008 airfoils are adopted as the baseline airfoil to verify the capability of the proposed design *** effects of the suction and injection location,the suction and injection slot size,the mass flow rate and the attack angle on the ground boom signature and drag coefficient are studied in *** results show that the optimized airfoils with the suction and injection have benefits in both sonic boom reduction and wave drag *** the reduction of the sonic boom intensity is more sensitive to the injection near the trailing edge than the suction near the leading *** the viewpoint of aerodynamics,opening the suction and injection slots will have no adverse effect on the aerodynamic performances of the supersonic aircraft and even increase the lift-drag ratio under some *** energy saving,the suction and injection slots can be selectively opened,which are opened when the supersonic aircraft flies over the city but are closed when the aircraft flies over the sea.

T型三通管是石油管道中重要的管道结构,通过对T型管道内部流场进行数值模拟,可以分析管径比对管道内速度、压力分布以及局部阻力损失的影响。基于COMSOL软件,将混合物模型与RANS(k-ε)算法进行耦合,对T型管内油水两相流动进行二维数值模拟,首先建立T型管道模型,得到管内流场的分布情况,而后改变径向支管管径,计算分析流场情况以及局部阻力损失。得到以下结论:①主管与支管的流体汇合前压力和速度保持稳定,汇合后压力先下降随后趋于稳定,速度则先增大后趋于平稳,同时在三通处产生一个高压区和一个低压回流区;②三通出口处的局部速度随着径向支管管径的增大而增大,高压区面积也将随之增大;③分析水平主管的轴向动压、静压和总压可知,主要的局部阻力损失发生在三通处,且随着径向支管管径的增大而增大。

Chlorantraniliprole was introduced into China from 2008 as a novel insecticide to control the rice stem borer, Chilo suppressalis （Walker）. Cotesia chilonis （Matsumura） is the major parasitoid of C. suppressalis. We collected seven populations of C. suppressalis and two populations of C. chilonis in different locations in China in 2009 to investigate the lethal effects of chlorantraniliprole on them. The populations of C. suppressalis from different regions showed various LD50 values ranging from 2.00 to 18.70 ng per larva. Chlorantraniliprole has negligible acute contact toxicity （LC50500 mg L-1） to C. chilonis and its oral toxicity is also much lower than that of fipronil （2 800-fold difference in LC50）. The results indicated that chlorantraniliprole is a good alterative in rice integrated pest management （IPM） programs. The susceptibility data of C. suppressalis will be useful for monitoring resistance levels in future.

We study symmetric tensor spaces and cones arising from polynomial optimization and physical *** prove a decomposition invariance theorem for linear operators over the symmetric tensor space,which leads to several other interesting properties in symmetric tensor *** then consider the positive semidefiniteness of linear operators which deduces the convexity of the Frobenius norm function of a symmetric ***,we characterize the symmetric positive semidefinite tensor(SDT)cone by employing the properties of linear operators,design some face structures of its dual cone,and analyze its relationship to many other tensor *** particular,we show that the cone is self-dual if and only if the polynomial is quadratic,give specific characterizations of tensors that are in the primal cone but not in the dual for higher order cases,and develop a complete relationship map among the tensor cones appeared in the literature.

The " Sharp Eagle” device is a wave energy converter of a hinged double floating body. The wave-absorbing floating body hinges on the semi-submerged floating body structure. Under the action of wave, the wave-absorbing floating body rotates around the hinge point, and the wave energy can be converted into kinetic energy. In this paper, the power take-off system of " Sharp Eagle Ⅱ” wave energy converter (the second generation of " Sharp Eagle”) was studied, which adopts the hydraulic type power take-off system. The 0-1 power generation mode was applied in this system to make the " Sharp Eagle Ⅱ” operate under various wave conditions. The principle of power generation was introduced in detail, and the power take-off system was simulated. Three groups of different movement period inputs were used to simulate three kinds of wave conditions, and the simulation results were obtained under three different working conditions. In addition, the prototype of " Sharp Eagle Ⅱ” wave energy converter was tested on land and in real sea conditions. The experimental data have been collected, and the experimental data and simulation results were compared and validated. This work has laid a foundation for the design and application of the following " Sharp Eagle” series of devices.

The last meal of sarcophagous maggots may be useful in identifying the species on whose flesh they have fed （the＂host＂species）. The DNA profile of the host species may indeed be detectable in the＂last meal＂. In this paper, mitochondrial DNA analysis of gut contents was used to identify the prior host of post-feeding larvae of Aldrichina grahami （Aldrich）（Diptera： Calliphoridae）. A modified logistic equation was fitted to estimate the probability of identifying the host under five different constant temperatures （16, 20, 24, 28 and 32 ℃）. Our results shows that the detected time ranged from a maximum of 24 h at 32℃ to 42 h at 16℃ and a minimum of 12 h at 32~C to 30 h at 16℃. Furthermore, the host detection time was also calculated to give the maximal time after larval hatching from the egg. These results indicate that, in criminal cases where the maggots stray from the corpse, the last meal of the larvae should not be overlooked as potentially critical evidence.
