Mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs),the most well-studied cell type in the field of stem cell therapy,have multi-lineage differentiation and self-renewal ***-based thera-pies have been used to treat diverse diseases because of their ability to potently repair tissue and locally restore *** increasing body of evidence demonstrates that paracrine func-tion is central to the effects of MsC-based *** factors,cytokines,chemokines,extracellular matrix components,and extracellular vehicles all contribute to the beneficial ef-fects of MSCs on tissue regeneration and *** paracrine substances secreted by MSCs change depending on the tissue microenvironment and biological *** this review,we discuss the bioactive substances secreted by MsCs depending on the microenvironment and biological behavior and their regulatory mechanisms,which explain their potential to treat human diseases,to provide new ideas for further research and clinical cell-free therapy.

Although existing graph neural networks(GNNs) are influential instruments for representation learning to a UWG, they invariably adopt a unique node feature matrix for illustrating the sole node set of a UWG.

Freshwater input such as runoff and rainfall can enhance stratification in the Bay of Bengal(BOB) through the formation of a "barrier layer",which can lead to the formation of a temperature *** authors focused on the temperature inversion in spring,especially before the onset of the summer monsoon,because previous research has mainly focused on the temperature inversion in *** the hydrographic data from two cruises performed during 24-30 April 2010 and 1-4 May 2011,the authors found that inversions appeared at two out of nine Conductivity-Temperature-Depth Recorder(CTD) stations across the 10°N section and at seven out of 13 CTD stations across the 6°N section in the *** 2010,the inversions(at stations N02 and N05) occurred at depths of approximately 50-60 meters,and their formation was caused by the advection of cold water over warm *** 2010,the N02 inversion was mainly influenced by the warm saline water from the east sinking below the cold freshwater from the west,while the N05 inversion was affected by the warm saline water from its west sinking below the cold freshwater from its *** 2011,the inversions appeared at depths of 20-40 meters(at stations S01,S02,S07,S08,and S09) and near 50 m(S12 and S13).The inversions in 2011 were mainly caused by the net heat loss of the ocean along the 6°N section.

Rotor cross-tilt optimization for yaw control improvement of multi-rotor eVTOL aircraft

Manned multi-rotor electric Vertical Takeoff and Landing(eVTOL)aircraft is prone to actuator saturation due to its weak yaw control *** address this inherent problem,a rotor cross-tilt configuration is applied in this paper,with an optimization method proposed to improve the overall control efficiency of the ***,a flight dynamics model of a 500-kg manned multi-rotor eVTOL aircraft is *** accuracy of the co-axial rotor model is verified using a single arm test bench,and the accuracy of the flight dynamics model is verified by the flight test ***,an optimization method is designed based on the flight dynamics model to calculate an optimal rotor cross-tilt mounting angle,which not only improves the yaw control efficiency,but also basically maintains the efficiency of other control *** ideal rotor cross-tilt mounting angle for the prototype is determined by comprehensively considering the optimal results with different payloads,forward flight speeds,and rotor mounting angle ***,the feasibility of the rotor cross-tilt mounting angle is proved by analyzing the control derivatives of the flight dynamics model,the test data of a ground three Degree-of-Freedom(3DOF)platform,and the actual flight data of the *** results show that a fixed rotor cross-tilt mounting angle can achieve ideal yaw control effectiveness,improving yaw angle tracking and hold ability,increasing endurance time,and achieving good yaw control performance with different payloads and forward speeds.

The reactor-regenerator loop is the core facility of the maximizing iso-paraffin(MIP)*** the discrete particle method(DPM)simulation can provide detailed information at the particle scale,it has been unable to simulate such a complex loop system due to limitations of coarse-grained(CG)models,computing software,and *** this study,a newly proposed soft-shell CG-DPM model with a CG ratio of up to 800 is used to simulate a 3.5 Mt/a industrial-scale MIP reactor-regenerator *** solid fraction distribution obtained is found to agree well with in-situ *** properties including the distribution of solid fraction,gas and solid velocity,standard derivation of solid fraction with time,temporal distribution of the flow field,and particle residence time distribution are measured in the simulation,which are meaningful to better design and operate such systems in the future.

To explore the kinetic adsorption under continuous and nonequilibrium states, an integration of continuous measurement and adsorption platform kinetics method was proposed, which was initially called the ICM-AP kinetics method, and a corresponding kinetic adsorption experimental method was developed. Adsorption experiments of europium(Eu) on Ca-bentonite,Na-bentonite, and the D231 cation exchange resin were performed using the ICM-AP kinetics method and continuous measurements. Because the kinetic experimental results observed in this study were different from those of traditional batch adsorption data, pseudo-first-order or pseudo-second-order kinetic models were unsuitable for fitting the experimental ***, a liquid membrane diffusion(LMD) model was developed based on the assumption of simultaneous adsorption/desorption to discuss the mechanism of kinetic adsorption. The kinetic adsorption mechanism was also studied by using *** results indicated that the proposed adsorption model can fit the experimental data more suitably, and the adsorption/desorption behaviors of Eu on bentonite and the D231 resin were simultaneously observed, suggesting that the adsorption kinetics of Eu(Ⅲ) was mainly dominated by hydrated Eu(Ⅲ) ions on the liquid membrane.

This paper introduces an improvement to electrochemical drilling process by coupling flow field and electric field in pulsating state. A novel tube with half-wedged shape at the end(HW-tube) is prepared, with both sidewall and wedged part of the HW-tube insulated. Only the flat part is utilized to provide electric field for electrochemical drilling. By rotating the HW-tube, both flow field and electric field in pulsating state are generated, alternating in different positions within the inter-electrode gap(IEG). The pulsating flow field enhances the mass transfer process, while pulsating electric field disperses material dissolution process and distribution of electrolytic byproducts. Both pulsating fields are coupled at the same frequency, further enhancing the electrochemical drilling process. Simulation results indicate that both flow field and electric field in pulsating state are generated. Compared to the traditional tube, the HW-tube significantly reduces the number of residual particles in IEG, and this number is further reduced by increasing the rotation speed. Experimental results reveal that the surface quality and dimensional uniformity of small hole are improved with HW-tube. With feed rate of 2.22 mm/min, a small hole with diameter of 1.52± 0.017 mm is drilled, resulting in a surface roughness of 0.331 μm.
