Modeling and analysis of air combustion and steam regeneration in methanol to olefins processes

Light olefins is the incredibly important materials in chemical *** to olefins(MTO),which provides a non-oil route for light olefins production,received considerable attention in the past ***,the catalyst deactivation is an inevitable feature in MTO processes,and regeneration,therefore,is one of the key steps in industrial MTO *** the MTO catalyst is regenerated by removing the deposited coke via air combustion,which unavoidably transforms coke into carbon dioxide and reduces the carbon utilization *** study shows that the coke species over MTO catalyst can be regenerated via steam,which can promote the light olefins yield as the deactivated coke species can be essentially transferred to industrially useful synthesis gas,is a promising pathway for further MTO processes *** this work,we modelled and analyzed these two MTO regeneration methods in terms of carbon utilization efficiency and technology *** shown,the steam regeneration could achieve a carbon utilization efficiency of 84.31%,compared to 74.74%for air combustion *** MTO processes using steam regeneration can essentially achieve the near-zero carbon *** addition,light olefins production of the MTO processes using steam regeneration is 12.81%higher than that using air combustion *** this regard,steam regeneration could be considered as a potential yet promising regeneration method for further MTO processes,showing not only great environmental benefits but also competitive economic performance.

The 2D sandwich model serves as a potent tool in exploring the influence of surface geometry on the combustion attributes of Ammonium perchlorate/Hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene(AP/HTPB)propellant under rapid pressure *** thickness of the sandwich propellant is derived from slicing the 3D random particle packing,an approach that enables a more effective examination of the micro-flame *** analysis of the predicted burning characteristics has been performed with experimental *** findings demonstrate a reasonable agreement,thereby validating the precision and soundness of the *** on the typical rapid depressurization environment of solid rocket motor(initial combustion pressure is 3 MPa and the maximum depressurization rate is 1000 MPa/s).A-type(a flatter surface),B-type(AP recesses from the combustion surface),and C-type(AP protrudes from the combustion surface)propellant combustion processes are numerically *** comparison of the evolution of gas-phase flame between 0.1 and 1 ms,it is discerned that the flame strength and form created by the three sandwich models differ significantly at the beginning stage of depressurization,with the flame structures gradually becoming harmonized over *** are drawn by comparison extinction times:the surface geometry plays a pivotal role in the combustion process,with AP protrusion favoring combustion the most.

WC-Co nanocrystalline nitrogen-containing cemented carbides were prepared by vacuum sintering and low pressure *** sintering processes of Cr_(2)(C,N)doped nano WC-Co powders were studied by using thermogravimetric analysis(TGA)and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC).The effect of sintering temperature on the microstructure and mechanical properties of nanocrystalline cemented carbide was studied by scanning electron microscope(SEM),high resolution transmission electron microscope(HRTEM)and mechanical property *** results showed that the nano WC grains began to grow in the solid phase sintering stage.A high-performance nano-nitrogen-containing cemented carbide with uniform microstructure and good interfacial bonding can be obtained by increasing the sintering temperature to 1380℃.It has a transverse rupture strength(TRS)of 5057 MPa and a hardness of 1956 HV30.

Objective: To investigate the indication, perioperative announcements, selection of prosthesis and clinical results of shoulder hemiarthroplasty for the treatment of complex proximal humeral ***: A total of 55 patients who suffered from com-plex proximal humeral fractures were treated by shoulder hemiarthroplasty. The mean age was 55.6 years and mean follow-up period was 25.1 months. The scoring system modi-fication for hemiarthroplasty (SSMH) had been adopted for evaluation at the latest ***: The pain was obviously relieved in all patients. Fifty patients were painless and 5 patients had slight pain. The mean range of motion was 100°(90°-110°) in abduction, 95°(80°-100°) in forward flexion, 35°(30°-40°) in extemal rotation and internal rotation was confined at L2 level (L1-L3). The mean SSMH score was 27.9 (24-29). Fifty patients (90.1%) were satisfied with the clinical ***: Shoulder hemiarthroplasty is an effective method to treat complex proximal humeral fractures. The proper selection of patients and prosthesis, good operation skill and enough functional exercise are the key points of successful treatment.

A resonant cavity based on the TM_(010)mode is an effective tool for noninvasive beam *** technique has the advantages of a high signal-to-noise ratio,compact structure,and is related to multiple parameters compared with other beam *** this study,high-precision measurements of the bunch charge,arrival timne,bunch length,and energy parameters based on the TM_(010)mode are discussed.A cavity beam arrival time monitor(BAM)utilizing a phase cavity has been widely used in many *** bunch-length measurermnents,the influence of the beam energy,beam offset,and longitudinal spectrum on the TM_(010)mode are ca rfully considered to reduce errors,and the theoretical resolution of two cavities with different frequencies is *** to the dependence of the beam velocity of the beam loss factor,this method can also be used for the detection low beam energy using two cavities with the same frequency but different cavity lengths.A set of three cavities with different lengths and frequencies of1902 and 1424 GHz is presented for measuring the four aforementioned parameters.

目的利用VOSviewer软件对我国胸痛中心质量管理研究进行分析,探索研究现状,为后续研究提供依据。方法检索中国知网数据库收录的胸痛中心质量管理相关文献,通过VOSviewer软件构建可视化知识图谱。结果领域内发文量逐年增长,近两年有所下滑。共有13位核心作者,9个相互关联的合作群体。出现频次最高的关键词分别为胸痛中心、急性心肌梗死、ST段抬高型心肌梗死、胸痛等。结论我国胸痛中心质量管理研究成果逐渐丰富,但尚未形成成熟的作者及合作群体,在护理领域开展较多,未来可加强跨团队、跨机构、跨学科间的合作。
