Objective:While a rushed operation can omit essential procedures,prolonged operative time results in higher ***,the optimal operative time range remains *** study aimed to estimate the ideal operative time range and evaluate its applicability in laparoscopic cancer ***:A prospectively collected multicenter database of 397 patients who underwent laparoscopic distal gastrectomy were retrospectively *** ideal operative time range was statistically calculated by separately analyzing the operative time of uneventful ***,intraoperative and postoperative outcomes were compared among the shorter,ideal,and longer operative time ***:The statistically calculated ideal operative time was 135.4-165.4 *** longer operative time(LOT)group had a lower rate of uneventful,perfect surgery than the ideal or shorter operative time(IOT/SOT)group(2.8%vs.8.8%and 2.2%vs.13.4%,all Pyed diet and discharge(all P<0.05).Particularly,an uneventful,perfect surgery could not be achieved when the operative time exceeded 240 *** of ideal time range,SOT group achieved the highest percentage of uneventful surgery(13.4%),which was possible by surgeon's ability to retrieve a higher number of lymph nodes and perform≥150 gastrectomies ***:Operative time longer than the ideal time range(especially≥240 min)should be *** the essential operative procedure were faithfully conducted without compromising oncological safety,an operative time shorter than the ideal range leaded to a better *** to minimize operative time should be attempted with sufficient surgical experience.

To examine the contralateral repeated bout effect(CL-RBE)on muscle damage markers and motor unit(MU)control strategies,seventeen healthy adults performed two bouts of 60 eccentric contractions with elbow flexor(EF group;n=9)or index finger abductor(IA group;n=8)muscles,separated by 1 *** participants randomly performed eccentric exercise on either the right or left arm or hand muscles,and muscle damage markers and submaximal trapezoid contraction tests were conducted pre,post,1-and 2-day post eccentric *** week after the first bout,the same exercise protocol and measurements were performed on the contralateral *** electromyographic(EMG)signals were collected from biceps brachii(BB)or first dorsal interosseous(FDI)during maximal and submaximal *** linear regression analyses were used to examine MU recruitment threshold versus mean firing rate and recruitment threshold versus derecruitment threshold *** amplitude from BB(bout 1 *** 2=65.71%±22.92%vs.43.05%±18.97%,p=0.015,d=1.077)and the y-intercept(group merged)from the MU recruitment threshold versus derecruitment threshold relationship(bout 1 *** 2=7.10±14.20 vs.0.73±16.24,p=0.029,d=0.513)at 50%MVIC were significantly different between two ***,other muscle damage markers did not show any CL-RBE in both muscle ***,despite changes in muscle excitation and MU firing behavior,our results do not support the existence of CL-RBE on BB and FDI muscles.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of a 1-h downhill running exercise on the elbow flexor muscles’neuromuscular *** adults(Control[CON]:n=9;Experimental[EXP]:n=8)completed this *** CON rested for 30 min while the EXP performed the downhill ***,10 min,24 h,and 48 h after the interventions,dependent variables(knee extensor muscle soreness,elbow flexion and knee extension isometric strength,elbow flexion resting twitch and voluntary activation[VA],and the biceps surface electromyography[EMG]amplitude)were *** extensor muscle soreness was significantly greater in the EXP than the CON group following the intervention throughout the entire 48 *** was accompanied by the greater decline in the knee extension strength in the EXP than the CON(mean±SD:-6.9±3.4%vs.1.0±3.2%,p=0.044).The elbow flexion strength,VA,and EMG amplitude were not affected by the ***,the decline of the elbow flexion resting twitch was greater in the EXP than the CON(±19.6±6.3%vs.8.7±5.9%,p=0.003).Therefore,the downhill running impaired the remote elbow flexor muscles at a peripheral level.

BACKGROUND Acute severe lower gastrointestinal bleeding(LGIB)is an uncommon but challenging complication of Crohn’s disease(CD).AIM To identify the predictors of acute severe LGIB and to evaluate the impact of acute severe LGIB on the subsequent clinical course in CD *** A retrospective inception cohort study was conducted in 75 CD patients with acute severe LGIB and 1359 CD patients without acute severe LGIB who were diagnosed between February 1991 and November 2019 at Asan Medical Center,a tertiary university hospital in *** analysis with Cox proportional hazard regression was performed to identify the risk factors for acute severe LGIB.A matched analysis using 72 patients with bleeding and 267 matched patients without within the cohort was also conducted to investigate whether acute severe LGIB is a predictor of clinical outcomes of *** Multivariable Cox regression analysis revealed that early use of thiopurines[hazard ratio(HR):0.23,95%confidence interval(CI):0.12-0.48;Pyears;P=0.012).However,if hospitalizations due to bleeding episodes were excluded from the analysis,the hospitalization rate was not significantly different between the bleeding group and the matched nonbleeding group(14.5/100 vs 13.2/100 patient-years;P=0.631).CONCLUSION Early use of thiopurines may reduce the risk of acute severe *** of acute severe LGIB may not have a significant prognostic value in patients with CD.

The East Asian Very Long Baseline Interferometry(VLBI) Network(EAVN) is a rapidly evolving international VLBI array that is currently promoted under joint efforts among China,Japan and *** aims at forming a joint VLBI Network by combining a large number of radio telescopes distributed over East Asian *** the combination of the Korean VLBI Network(KVN) and the VLBI Exploration of Radio Astrometry(VERA) into Ka VA,further expansion with the joint array in East Asia is actively *** we report the first imaging results(at 22 and 43 GHz) of bright radio sources obtained with Ka VA connected to Tianma 65-m and Nanshan 26-m Radio Telescopes in *** test the EAVN imaging performance for different sources,we observed four active galactic nuclei(AGN) having different brightness and *** a result,we confirmed that the Tianma 65-m Radio Telescope(TMRT) significantly enhances the overall array sensitivity,a factor of 4 improvement in baseline sensitivity and 2 in image dynamic range compared to the case of Ka VA *** addition of the Nanshan 26-m Radio Telescope(NSRT) further doubled the east-west angular *** the resulting high-dynamic-range,high-resolution images with EAVN(Ka VA+TMRT+NSRT),various fine-scale structures in our targets,such as the counter-jet in M87,a kink-like morphology of the 3 C 273 jet and the weak emission in other sources are successfully *** demonstrates the powerful capability of EAVN to study AGN jets and to achieve other science goals in *** expansion of EAVN will further enhance the angular resolution,detection sensitivity and frequency coverage of the network.

生态福利是进入新时代以来备受关注的议题,是影响区域可持续发展的重要因素。文章基于DEA方法构建生态福利绩效指标体系,采用考虑非期望产出的两阶段Super-NSBM模型评估福建省2012—2019年生态福利绩效水平,并进一步构建Tobit回归模型检验生态福利绩效的影响因素。结果表明:(1)福建省整体生态福利绩效较高,但区域间差距较大;(2)经济规模、产业结构、人口密度、森林资源对福建省生态福利绩效产生负向作用;(3)森林生态补偿的不足阻碍了生态福利绩效的提升,绿色发展技术创新的薄弱也导致科技进步对生态福利绩效的提升作用未能发挥。提出对策建议如下:(1)强化绿色发展模式,优先推动绿色创新;(2)优化生态补偿机制,推动海陆协同发展;(3)加快公共服务体系建设,因地制宜推动城市扩张;(4)持续有效强化环保投入,深化对外经贸技术交流。

针对单一的出口竞争力指数难以充分反映一国出口竞争力的真正面貌这一问题,本文在传统显性比较优势指数和前向关联增加值出口的显性比较优势指数等基础上,进一步考虑产业的后向联系、出口中隐含的碳排放等特征,在全球价值链视角下提出了产业出口竞争力的多维分析方法。利用WIOD数据库,通过综合对比分析中国制造业在传统RCA指数、前向和后向产业关联增加值出口RCA指数、前向和后向产业关联的隐含碳出口RCA指数五个维度的典型事实,可以发现:不同类型制造业部门具有差异化的出口竞争力特征,体现为部门之间的整体竞争力差异,部门内部出口竞争力偏向差异,以及出口竞争力偏向的演化差异等。整体而言,国内增加值率和单位产出碳排放是影响中国制造业在全球价值链中出口竞争优势的关键因素,中国制造业在前者的全球排名相对靠后,后者的全球排名相对靠前,亟需通过创新驱动和绿色发展实现中国制造业迈向价值链的中高端。

作为新质生产力的重要载体,数字经济是落实“两山”理念,持续赋能生态产品价值实现的重要驱动力。本研究采用2011—2021年中国245个地级市面板数据,引入“金山银山”系统与“绿水青山”系统的耦合协调度作为生态产品价值实现的代理变量,从“有为政府”和“有效市场”两个维度实证评估了数字经济对生态产品价值实现的影响效应及渠道机制。结果表明:数字经济对生态产品价值实现的赋能效应显著,在经过一系列稳健性检验后该结论依然成立;异质性检验表明,数字经济对生态产品价值实现的赋能效应存在区域异质性,呈现出东、中、西部皆为正向影响的格局且对资源型城市的影响效应更加显著;从作用机制看,数字经济分别通过“有为政府”的环保治理优化效应和“有效市场”的科技创新驱动效应两条路径赋能生态产品价值实现。基于此,本研究提出结合不同地区资源禀赋,加强数字基础设施建设赋能生态产品价值实现等政策建议。

利用沉积物解读古环境信息的前提是必须清楚它的物源。金沙江干热河谷中存在的黄土状物质为解读金沙江河谷环境演化提供了一种物质载体。论文从物质组成相似性方面来研究金沙江干热河谷中黄土状物质的主要来源。通过测试分析黄土状物质以及其可能的物源,包括金沙江河漫滩、古堰塞湖沉积物以及金沙江流域山原红壤的元素和矿物组成后发现:金沙江古堰塞湖沉积物在常量元素、微量元素和矿物组成上与黄土状物质最为接近,说明古堰塞湖沉积可能是金沙江干热河谷黄土状物质的主要物源,这一结论与作者在野外观察到的凡有黄土状物质分布的地区,在附近就能找到古堰塞湖沉积的现象是一致的。
