Lithium plating/stripping occurs at the a node/electrolyte interface which involves the flow of electrons from the current collector and the migration of lithium ions from the solid-electrolyte interphase（SEI）.The dual continuous rapid transport of interfacial electron/ion is required for homogeneous Li ***,we propose a strategy to improve the Li metal anode performance by rationally regulating the interfacial electron density and Li ion transport through the SEI *** key technique involves decreasing the interfacial oxygen density of biomass-derived carbon host by regulating the arrangement of the celluloses precursor *** higher specific surface area and lower interfacial oxygen density decrease the local current density and ensure the formation of thin and even SEI film,which stabilized Li+transfer through the Li/electrolyte ***,the improved graphitization and the interconnected conducting network enhance the surface electronegativity of carbon and enable uninterruptible electron *** result is continuous and rapid coupled interfacial electron/ion transport at the anode/electrolyte reaction interface,which facilitates uniform Li deposition and improves Li anode *** Li/C anode shows a high initial Coulombic efficiency of 98% and a long-term lifespan of over 150cycles at a practical low N/P（negative-to-positive） ratio of 1.44 in full cells.

Background knowledge is important for data mining, especially in complicated situation. Ontological engineering is the successor of knowledge engineering. The sharable knowledge bases built on ontology can be used to provide background knowledge to direct the process of data mining. This paper gives a common introduction to the method and presents a practical analysis example using SVM (support vector machine) as the classifier. Gene Ontology and the accompanying annotations compose a big knowledge base, on which many researches have been carried out. Microarray dataset is the output of DNA chip. With the help of Gene Ontology we present a more elaborate analysis on microarray data than former researchers. The method can also be used in other fields with similar scenario.

Fabricating three-dimensional(3D)composite lithium anodes via thermal infusion effectively addresses uncontrollable Li deposition and large volume ***,potential risks due to the long wetting time and high melting point remain a critical yet unconsidered ***,we report a stable 3D composite Li anode by infusing molten Li into a 3D scaffold within 3 s at 220℃.The key-enabling technique is the growth of a lithiophilic Mg-Al double oxide(LDO)nanosheet array layer on the *** in-situ formed lithiophilic alloy,combined with the capillary forces from the nanosheet arrays,enabled the transient infiltration of molten *** addition,the formed high ionic-conductivity Li phase can help construct a robust solid electrolyte interphase(SEI),stabilize the Li anode/electrolyte interface,and guide uniform Li *** 3D composite anode exhibited a long cycling life of 1,000 h under a current density of 1 mA·cm^(−2)and over 1,600 h under a current density of 2 mA·cm^(−2)with a high areal capacity of 4 mAh·cm^(−2)in Li/Li symmetric *** 3D composite anodes paired with high areal capacity LiFePO_(4)(LFP)and S cathodes demonstrate its practical application feasibility.

Lithium-sulfur batteries(LSBs)are one of the most promising energy storage devices because of their high theoretical energy density;however,inherent issues including poor electrical conductivity and severe dissolution of S and its discharged products hinder their practical *** have metallic conductivity,ultra-thin two-dimensional(2D)structures,rich surface functional groups,and macrostructural adjustability and have been widely used to design advanced sulfur hosts.3D network structures assembled by 2D MXene nanosheets have shown superior performance for improving reaction kinetics,accommodating and dispersing sulfur at the micro-/nanoscale,and capturing polysulfides due to their porous interconnected ***,the applications of MXene architectures related to 2D layered structures,3D multilayered structures,and 3D spherical structures as sulfur hosts are *** structure-performance relationship,challenges for current designs,and opportunities for future 3D architectures for LSBs are also analyzed.

Influence of aquatic plants on the hydrogen isotope composition of sedimentary long-chain n-alkanes in the Lake Qinghai region, Qinghai-Tibet Plateau

The hydrogen isotopic composition(δD) of leaf wax long-chain n-alkanes(C27, C29, and C31) from lacustrine sediments has been widely applied to reconstruct terrestrial paleoclimatic and paleohydrological changes. However, few studies have addressed whether the aquatic-derived n-alkanes can affect the δD values of lake sedimentary long-chain n-alkanes, which are usually regarded as a recorder of the terrestrial hydrological signals. Here we systematically investigated δD values of long-chain n-alkanes from modern aquatic plants, both near-shore and off-shore surface sediments, surrounding terrestrial plant litters, as well as river water and lake water in Lake Qinghai and its satellite lakes on the northeastern Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. Our data showed that(i) δD values of long-chain n-alkanes from aquatic plants varied from-184‰ to-132‰ for n-C27, from-183‰ to-138‰ for n-C29, and from-189‰ to-130‰ for n-C31, respectively, with no significant differences among the three n-alkanes homologues;(ii) δD values of long-chain n-alkanes from aquatic plants were generally more positive than those from surrounding terrestrial plants, possibly because that they recorded the D-enrichment of lake water in this semi-arid region;(iii) δD values of long-chain n-alkanes from surface sediments showed significant differences among the three n-alkanes homologues, due to the larger aquatic input of n-C27 to the sedimentary lipid pool than that of n-C31, and(iv) n-C27 δD values of near-shore aquatic plants and near-shore sediments are more negative than those from off-shore as a result of lower δD values of near-shore lake water. Our findings indicate that in this region(i) the offset between sedimentary n-C27 and n-C31 δD values(ΔδDC27-C31) could potentially be used to evaluate if sedimentary long-chain n-alkanes are derived from a single source;(ii) while δD values of n-C27 may be influenced by lake water hydrological changes, sedimentary n-C31 is derived predominantly from terrestrial plan

Insufficient intratumoral penetration greatly hurdles the anticancer performance of nanomedicine. To realize highly efficient tumor penetration in a precisely and spatiotemporally controlled manner, far-red light-responsive nanoclusters (NCs) capable of size shrinkage and charge conversion were developed and co-administered with iRGD to synergistically improve the intratumoral penetration and the anticancer efficacy. The NCs were constructed using the singlet oxygen-sensitive (SOS) polyethylene glycolpolyurethane-polyethylene glycol (PEG-(1O2)PU-PEG) triblock copolymer to encapsulate the doxorubicin (DOX)-loaded, chlorin e6 (Ce6)-conjugated polyamindoamine (PAMAM) dendrimer (DCD) via the double-emulsion method. Co-administration of iRGD notably increased the permeability of NCs within tumor vasculature and tumor tissues. In addition, upon far-red light irradiation (660 nm) of tumors at low optical density (10 mW/cm2), the generated 1O2 could disintegrate the NCs and release the DCD with positive surface charge and ultra-small size (~ 5 nm), which synergized with iRGD to enable deep intratumoral penetration. Consequently, the local 1O2 at lethal concentrations along with the released DOX efficiently and cooperatively eradicated tumor cells. This study provides a convenient approach to spatiotemporally promote the intratumoral penetration of nanomedicine and mediate programmed anticancer therapy.

为探究秦岭细鳞鲑(Brachymystax tsinlingensis Li, 1966)亚成体在不同群体的消化系统特性,并为其规模化人工繁育和资源养护利用提供参考,运用组织学和16S rRNA高通量测序技术检测分析了秦岭细鳞鲑人工繁育子二代[Bt,体长(15.40±0.82) cm,体质量(51.50±11.90) g]与自然生境野生群体[WBt,体长(18.17±2.57) cm,体质量(85.68±34.85) g]肠道组织、消化酶、抗氧化酶及肠道菌群多样性的特征。结果显示:Bt和WBt肠道组织结构一致,均有肠腺组织;其中,WBt的肌层厚度显著高于Bt (p0.05)。在肠道超氧化物歧化酶活性上,Bt显著高于WBt (pyersinia)和ZOR0006。BugBase表型预测结果显示,Bt中革兰氏阴性菌、好氧菌、移动元件菌、潜在致病菌和兼性厌氧菌的丰度更高,而革兰氏阳性菌、厌氧菌的丰度较低。研究表明,秦岭细鳞鲑野生群体在肠道发育、消化吸收能力、抗氧化应激能力及微生物多样性方面均优于子二代群体,而子二代的肠道菌群引发致病性的风险较低。

Irrigation scheduling for corn in a coastal saline soil

Currently,water scarcity is serious and the irrigation scheduling with efficient water use becomes important in *** this study,irrigation systems were scheduled in the saline area along Laizhou *** study was conducted to determine the relation of irrigation regime and crop yield from 2010 to 2012,and the representative rainfall years(high-flow year,normal-flow year and low-flow year)were calculated by analyzing rainfall frequency over 30 *** irrigation regimes were set according to local farmers’*** amounts of T1,T2,T3,T4,T5 and T6 were 225.0 mm,270.0 mm,337.5 mm,300.0 mm,360.0 mm and 450.0 mm,respectively,with the same frequency of four *** results showed that soil salt content decreased with the increase of irrigation water *** corn yield varied from 6560 kg/hm2 to 8060 kg/*** highest yield was obtained from *** functions related to irrigated water(I,mm)for corn yield(Y,kg/hm2)was Y=−0.0397I2+1059.6(R2=0.8892).Aiming at high corn yield,total water supply(irrigation and rainfall)to corn crops was 859 *** amounts at low-flow year(p=80%),normal-flow year(p=50%)and high-flow year(p=20%)were obtained by the simulation of rainfall frequency curve,which were 348 mm,457 mm and 604 mm respectively in the whole growth period(from late June to mid-October).In order to obtain the highest theoretical corn yield,according to field results and rainfall,the optimum irrigation frequency at low-flow year,normal-flow year or high-flow year was four times for corn in the saline area along Laizhou Bay.
