＜正＞It has been suggested that ezrin activation plays a key role in the regulation of cancer *** this study,we immunohistochemically investigated the expression patterns of total ezrin and its two phosphorylated forms,pEzrin-Thr567 and pEzrin-Tyr353,in 66 samples of invasive pancreatic carcinomas and 11 samples of normal pancreas *** expressions of ezrin and pEzrin-Thr567 were detected in most PdAC tissues,significantly higher than that of ***,over-expression of pEzrin-Tyr353 in pancreatic cancers was associated with positive lymphnode metastasis,less differentiation,pAkt over-expression and shorter survival ***-Tyr353 may be a potent prognosis predictor for pancreatic cancer.

A New Way for Capturing Adult Stem Cells

Most of the current methods to capture stem cells are very *** new discovery of acquiring adult stem cells by implanting three dimension(3-d)porous material into the spatium intermuseulare of mice hind limbs would bring hope to achieve autologous stem cells *** discovered that a great number of cells migrated into the 3-d porous material implanted in ***,the migrating cells exhibited stem cell properties(Cd34(+),Sca-1(+),GFAP(+),alphafetoprotein(+))and were hematogeous (Cd45(+))and Cd105(+).The ability of migrating cells to undergo differentiation into hematopoietic lineages was tested with methylcellulose *** findings demonstrate that the cells captured from spatium intermuseulare by implanting 3-d porous material exhibit the characteristics of stem *** method may be a new way for capturing adult stem cells in the future.
