Intrauterine adhesion (IUA) is the fibrosis within the uterine cavity. It is the second most common cause of female infertility, significantly affecting women’s physical and mental health. Current treatment strategies fail to provide a satisfactory therapeutic outcome for IUA patients, leaving an enormous challenge for reproductive science. A self-healing adhesive hydrogel with antioxidant properties will be highly helpful in IUA prevention. In this work, we prepare a series of self-healing hydrogels (P10G15, P10G20, and P10G25) with antioxidant and adhesive properties. Those hydrogels exhibit good self-healing properties and can adapt themselves to different structures. They possess good injectability and fit the shape of the human uterus. Moreover, the hydrogels exhibit good tissue adhesiveness, which is desirable for stable retention and therapeutic efficacy. The in vitro experiments using P10G20 show that the adhesive effectively scavenges ABTS+, DPPH, and hydroxyl radicals, rescuing cells from oxidative stress. In addition, P10G20 offers good hemocompatibility and in vitro and in vivo biocompatibility. Furthermore, P10G20 lowers down the in vivo oxidative stress and prevents IUA with less fibrotic tissue and better endometrial regeneration in the animal model. It can effectively downregulate fibrosis-related transforming growth factor beta 1 (TGF-β1) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF). Altogether, these adhesives may be a good alternative for the clinical treatment of intrauterine adhesion.

This paper studies the problem of the space station short-term mission planning, which aims to allocate the executing time of missions effectively, schedule the corresponding resources reasonably and arrange the time of the astronauts properly. A domain model is developed by using the ontology theory to describe the concepts, constraints and relations of the planning domain formally, abstractly and normatively. A method based on time iteration is adopted to solve the short-term planning problem. Meanwhile, the resolving strategies are proposed to resolve different kinds of conflicts induced by the constraints of power, heat, resource, astronaut and relationship. The proposed approach is evaluated in a test case with fifteen missions, thirteen resources and three astronauts. The results show that the developed domain ontology model is reasonable, and the time iteration method using the proposed resolving strategies can successfully obtain the plan satisfying all considered constraints.

This paper studies the multi-objective optimization of space station short-term mission planning(STMP), which aims to obtain a mission-execution plan satisfying multiple planning demands. The planning needs to allocate the execution time effectively, schedule the on-board astronauts properly, and arrange the devices reasonably. The STMP concept models for problem definitions and descriptions are presented, and then an STMP multi-objective planning model is developed. To optimize the STMP problem, a Non-dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm II(NSGA-II) is adopted and then improved by incorporating an iterative conflict-repair strategy based on domain knowledge. The proposed approach is demonstrated by using a test case with thirty-five missions, eighteen devices and three astronauts. The results show that the established STMP model is effective, and the improved NSGA-II can successfully obtain the multi-objective optimal plans satisfying all constraints considered. Moreover, through contrast tests on solving the STMP problem, the NSGA-II shows a very competitive performance with respect to the Strength Pareto Evolutionary Algorithm II(SPEA-II) and the Multi-objective Particle Swarm Optimization(MOPSO).

目的构建具有良好机械性能、止血性能且快速成胶的新型聚乙二醇水凝胶。方法以聚乙二醇为基本结构,通过调控四臂聚乙二醇氨基聚合物、四臂聚乙二醇琥珀酰亚胺碳酸酯聚合物、四臂聚乙二醇苯甲醛比例,制备新型基于聚乙二醇的水凝胶。通过静态秒表-样本瓶倾斜法、扫描电子显微镜、溶胀性能试验和力学性能试验测试其基本理化性质,通过与小鼠成纤维细胞共培养及新西兰白兔肝穿刺止血试验研究其生物安全性和止血性能。结果制备的新型聚乙二醇水凝胶成胶时间短且可控。扫描电镜显示基于聚乙二醇新型水凝胶具有蜂窝状多孔结构,孔孔相连且均匀分布,孔径可以调控。溶胀性能测试显示,GEL-1、GEL-2、GEL-3平均溶胀率分别为1 540%、1 620%和1 780%。力学性能测试显示,随着CHO比例的增多,水凝胶的抗压能力减弱,但是当CHO占0.3份时,断裂压强仍然能够达到27 MPa。体外与小鼠成纤维细胞共培养显示,新型水凝胶对细胞生长无明显抑制作用,细胞毒性低。新西兰白兔肝穿刺止血试验显示,空白对照组的血量是实验组的3~8倍。结论新型水凝胶作为止血剂具有一定的临床应用前景,其在载药缓释、组织工程等领域的应用尚需进一步评价。

目的评估聚乙二醇(polyethylene glycol,PEG)基水凝胶(即SC水凝胶)对兔肝损伤出血模型的止血效果和安全性。方法15只雌性新西兰白兔随机分SC组(n=5)、纤维蛋白胶(n=5)和0.9%氯化钠注射液组(n=5)。制备标准化的部分肝创伤性损伤模型,分别用SC胶、纤维蛋白胶、0.9%氯化钠注射液用于伤口区域止血。记录出血时间和失血量。7d后测量体质量、血常规、凝血四项,同时评估腹腔内粘连的程度。结果SC组和纤维蛋白胶组的平均出血时间明显短于0.9%氯化钠注射液组[(34.8±1.30)s和(67.6±1.95)svs(175.8±9.71)s,P均0.05)。各组术后生存率均为100%。各组与术前基线值相比,术后第7天的体质量、血常规和凝血四项等多数参数未见差异,仅HCT和PLT两指标,整体差异出现了较小的P值;而仅PLT与基线相比有统计学差异(P<0.05),且SC组显著高于0.9%氯化钠注射液组(P<0.05)。三组之间的粘连严重程度差异均无统计学意义(P=0.40)。结论聚乙二醇基水凝胶与纤维蛋白胶具有相同的止血效果,体内生物相容性有待进一步研究。

Based on the TK7 high-temperature tunnel kiln computer control system, this article describes the control line system, the automatic loop control which has been realized in firing zone temperature, inner and bottom pressure and flow, and logic control of kiln doors and pusher, etc. In addition, this system integrates the product information management system of magnesite brick and efficiently ensures the important process parameters. During three months performance of the control system, all parameters and energy consumption have turned out a good result.

规划领域建模是解决空间站短期任务规划问题的关键技术之一。通过对比分析空间站短期任务规划问题,梳理了其规划领域特点,归纳总结了领域建模需求;基于本体理论分别建立了规划领域本体模型、对象概念本体模型和方法概念本体模型,进而构建了空间站短期任务规划领域体系,规范化描述了领域内的概念及其关系。最后通过在货运补给与微重力实验两类任务建模上的成功应用验证了所建立模型的有效性。

针对空间站在轨运营出现突发任务的情况,提出一种基于启发式规则的任务重规划方法,满足了方案重规划的快速响应需求。根据任务执行的连续性特点和冲突状态,建立了空间站突发任务规划领域模型。考虑重规划过程中任务包含活动间复杂约束关系传播的影响,提出了时间回溯迭代冲突化解策略,同时依据任务执行时间间隔,提出针对间隔插空的时间冗余启发式规则。基于时间回溯迭代冲突化解策略和时间冗余启发式规则,对原任务执行计划进行实时重规划,实现了突发任务的快速响应。应用算例分析表明,提出的重规划方法可以成功地满足空间站突发任务规划需求,实现实时更新空间站在轨任务执行详单的目的。

空间站运营任务规划技术是空间站长期稳定运营的核心技术。面向我国空间站建设运营需求,对空间站运营任务层建模与规划技术进行了研究。针对任务层规划任务类型多样、约束复杂及资源受限等问题,基于约束满足理论,建立了任务层规划模型;同时针对任务层规划问题规模大、耦合性强及难于求解的特性,提出了一种任务层规划问题并行求解方法。仿真结果表明,本文提出的并行求解方法相较传统的串行规划算法加速比可达14.19,能有效快速求解空间站运营任务层规划问题。研究结论可为我国空间站运营相关规划系统研制提供参考。
