介绍湿热组合指数(视温)的概念及其对人体健康的重要性。文中选取了全国110个具有代表性的气象站10年(1981-1990)的气象资料进行了分析、统计、计算,绘制出了我国7月湿热组合指数分布图,并分析了视温的地理分布规律及其成因,供从事这方面研究的工作者参考和为夏季高视温的预防服务。

Subcutaneous Emphysema Associated with Pneumomediastinum and Complicated Pneumopericardium in a 14-Month-Old Infant

Pneumomediastinum is sometimes observed in adult patients but its occurrence in pediatric patients (especially infants) is very rare. We here report a 14-month-old male infant who had subcutaneous emphysema, pneumomediastinum, and importantly, pneumopericardium. He had no particular past histories. He abruptly had cough, fever, and eruption on the abdomen. Computed tomography and echocardiography revealed pneumomediastinum and pneumopericardium. Antibiotics, rest, and supportive therapy ameliorated the condition. We must be aware that pneumomediastinum, and importantly pneumopericardium, can be present in a pediatric patient with subcutaneous emphysema. The infant’s symptoms disappeared under strict monitoring of respiratory status, nasal oxygen therapy and antibiotic therapy.

对祁连山南麓相同土壤类型 ,相同立地条件 ,相同植被类型 ,相同林龄的样地进行对比 ,分析随着植物根系分布和数量差异 ,对土壤理化性质的影响 ,以及这种影响对提高土壤抗冲性的作用。结果表明 ,丰富的根系能够增加土壤有机质、水稳性团聚体含量 ,降低土壤容重 ,增加非毛管孔隙度 ,进而增强土壤疏松性和透水性 ,增强土壤下渗能力 ,增强土壤抗冲性。通过研究指出 ,为了防治青海省大通县水土流失。

Cordyceps sinensis（***.） is a well known tonic food or invigorant with broad-spectrum medicinal properties that is widely used in *** gunnii（berk.）Berk（***）,is also widely known as the Chinese rare caterpillar fungus and has similar pharmacological activities to *** water-soluble polysaccharide CPS50-I was extracted from the mycelia of *** and further purified by DEAE-Sephadex A-25 and Sephadex ***50-1 is a white powder contained 94.57% carbohydrate and four kinds of monosaccharides including xylose,mannose,glucose and galactose with a molar ratio of 0.13:0.89:0.54:*** vitro antioxidant assay,CPS50-I showed strong antioxidant activities of hydroxyl radical,superoxide radical and DPPH free radical *** antioxidant testing in vivo,the protective effect of CPS50-I was investigated against oxidation resistance in D-galactose（Dgal）-induced aging *** results showed that CPS50-I had an obviously protective effect against D-gal-induced aging mice.
