目的探讨高龄产妇产褥期疲乏现状并分析影响因素,为采取针对性干预措施提供参考。方法便利选取唐山市3所医院产后6周复查的353名高龄产妇,采用产后疲乏量表、积极心理资本问卷、家庭关怀度指数、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数进行调查。基于随机森林模型与LASSO回归探讨产褥期疲乏的影响因素。结果高龄产妇产褥期疲乏总分为(15.29±2.81)分,疲乏发生率为90.9%。积极心理资本、产后出血量、BMI、妊娠并发症、睡眠质量是高龄产妇产褥期疲乏的影响因素(均P<0.05),共解释44.7%的变异量。结论高龄产妇产褥期疲乏水平较高,需重点关注BMI较高及有妊娠并发症的产妇,可通过提高心理资本水平,减少产后出血量,改善睡眠质量,减轻高龄产妇产褥期疲乏。

Drosophila sodium channel 1 (DSC1) encodes a voltage-gated divalent cation channel that mediates neuronal excitability in insects. Previous research revealed that DSC1 knockout Drosophila melanogaster conferred different susceptibility to insecticides, which indicated the vital regulation role of DSC1 under insecticide stress. Haedoxan A (HA) is a lignan compound isolated from Phryma leptostachya, and we found that HA has excellent insecticidal activity and is worthy of further study as a botanical insecticide. Herein, we performed bioassay and electrophysiological experiments to test the biological and neural changes in the larval Drosophila with/without DSC1 knockout in response to HA. Bioassay results showed that knockout of DSC1 reduced the sensitivity to HA in both w1118 (a common wild-type strain in the laboratory) and parats1 (a pyrethroid-resistant strain) larvae. Except for parats1/DSC1−/−, electrophysiology results implicated that HA delayed the decay rate and increased the frequency of miniature excitatory junctional potentials of Drosophila from w1118, parats1, and DSC1−/− strains. Moreover, the neuromuscular synapse excitatory activities of parats1/DSC1−/− larvae were more sensitive to HA than DSC1−/− larvae, which further confirmed the functional contribution of DSC1 to neuronal excitability. Collectively, these results indicated that the DSC1 channel not only regulated the insecticidal activity of HA, but also maintained the stability of neural circuits through functional interaction with voltage-gated sodium channels. Therefore, our study provides useful information for elucidating the regulatory mechanism of DSC1 in the neural system of insects involving the action of HA derived from P. leptostachya.

Background:Currently,building resilience in nurses is recognized as an important factor that helps maintain their health and stay in their profession;thus,identifying which factors can help them build resilience is ***:A cross-sectional survey design was used,and 1356 nurses from 11 general hospitals in Guangzhou,China,were assessed using the Chinese version of the Conner-Davidson Resilience Scale,the General Self-Efficacy Scale,the Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire,and the Job Stress Scale of Chinese *** demographic characteristics of participants were also ***:The mean total score of nurses' resilience is 59.99 (SD 13.59),which was significantly lower (P < 0.001) than that of the general people in *** regression analysis affirmed that the factors which influence the resilience of nurses include self-efficacy,coping style,job stress,and education level (R2 =49.4%,P < 0.001).Conclusion:Nurses had low *** could not effectively cope with job challenges and recover from *** self-efficacy,choosing active coping,decreasing job stress,and enhancing educational training can effectively improve their resilience.

In this paper, a type of general nonholonomic systems is proposed, which contains both the Brockett’s two example systems, and their extended n-dimensional chained forms, as special cases. For the stabilization of such systems, a stabilizing controller is proposed based on the fully actuated system(FAS)approach, which is discontinuous at the origin but time-invariant when the open-loop system is time-invariant,and drives the feasible trajectories of the system to the origin exponentially. Furthermore, the proposed FAS approach is also extended to the sub-normal system case and the time-delay system case.

In this paper, continuous time-varying stabilizing controllers for the type of general nonholonomic systems proposed and treated in part 1 are designed using the fully actuated system(FAS) approach. The key step is to differentiate the first scalar equation, and by control of the obtained second-order scalar system, a proportional plus integral feedback form for the first control variable is obtained. With the solution to this designed second-order scalar system, the rest equations in the nonholonomic system form an independent time-varying subsystem which is then handled by the FAS approach. The overall designed controller contains an almost arbitrarily chosen design parameter, and is proven to guarantee the uniformly and globally exponential stability of the closed-loop system. The proposed approach is simple and effective,and is demonstrated with a practical example of ship control.
