In this paper,we use FNL grid data obtained from the National Centers for Environmental Prediction(NCEP)to analyze an explosive cyclone(EC)that occurred over the northwestern Pacific Ocean from January 11 to 13,*** simulate the EC,we used the Weather Research and Forecasting model(WRFV3.5).The cyclone outbreak occurred east of Japan from January 11 to 12 and weakened near the Kamchatka Peninsula on January *** analysis results show a distinct frontal structure,in which the high potential vorticity(PV)of the upper troposphere extends downward to the surface,which can facilitate EC development.A low-level jet stream develops with the EC,which can lead to more distinct *** results of sea surface temperature(SST)sensitivity tests suggest that changes in the SST can affect cyclone intensity,but have little effect on its *** small changes are made to the SST,the air pressure at the cyclonic center responds more distinctly to an increased SST than a decreased *** results of our latent heat release test suggest that diabatic heating processes lead to maximum PV values in the lower *** heat is also one of the important factors influencing EC development.

Spatial distribution and seasonal variation of explosive cyclones （ECs） over the North Atlantic from October 2000 to September 2016 are investigated using the reanalysis data of Final Analysis （FNL）, Mean Sea Level Pressure （MSLP） and Optimum Interpolation （OI） Sea Surface Temperature （SST） provided by the National Centers for Environmental Prediction （NCEP）, the European Centre for Medium-Range Weather Forecasts （ECMWF） and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration （NOAA）, respectively. Considering the meridional distribution of ECs and 10-m height wind field associated with the ECs, the definition of EC given by Yoshida and Asuma （2004） is modified. It is found that the ECs occurred mainly in four regions during winter season, namely, North America continent （NAC）, the Northwest Atlantic （NWA）, the North-centzal Atlantic （NCA）, and the Northeast Atlantic （NEA）, depending on the spatial distribution of EC＇s maximum deepening rate of central sea level pressure （SLP）. According to the magnitude of maximum deepening rate, the trend of EC numbers basically decrease with the increase of EC＇s maximum deepening rate over the North Atlantic during the whole time period. Over the North Atlantic basin, for monthly statistics, the NEA, NCA, and NWA cyclones occur mainly in December, from December to March, and from January to February, respectively. NWA, NCA and NEA cyclones in winter are associated with low-level barocliincity, both low-level baroclinicity and upper-level forcing and upper-level forcing, respectively. According to monthly variation, the averaged maximum deepening rate of central SLP firstly increases and then decreases from July to June. Overall, the distribution of ECs＇ tracks is basically in the southwest-northeast direction. Measurement of City Clusters' Economic Growth Effects and Analysis of the Influencing Factors

Based on the panel data of 202 prefecture-level cities within 14 national-level city clusters in China from 2007 to 2016, we established a dynamic panel model to measure the economic growth effects of city clusters and analyzed the main influencing factors. The results show that:(i) Technology has a significant impact on the economic growth of city clusters; the narrowing development gap between regions can help city clusters produce good economic growth effects;the city clusters, if more agglomerated, can help better utilize factors, and thus promote coordinated regional development.(ii) City clusters with multiple central cities boast a stronger engine of economic growth, and the impacts of factors such as technology and clustering degree on their economic growth are more noticeable.(iii) Geographical factors will also affect city clusters’ economic growth. The economic growth of city clusters in Southern China has been more strongly powered by the factors such as technology, clustering degree and human capital than those in Northern China. From the spatial perspective and by using the threshold panel method,we further explored the mechanisms with which the central cities within a city cluster can influence economic growth depending on their accessibility. The results manifest that the more accessible the central cities within a city cluster are, the stronger role they can play in leading and driving the economic growth of surrounding areas. In the future, it is important to promote the transformation of single-core and dual-core city clusters into multi-core city clusters, and give full play to the role of central cities in leading the development of surrounding areas. It is also necessary to vigorously develop technology and transportation to further facilitate the high-quality growth of city clusters.

Due to the high efficiency of ammonia nitrogen degradation,a novel Candida *** N6 was applied for wastewater treatment by using immobilization *** conditions and corresponding ammonia removal capacity of immobilized N6 beads were *** immobilized N6 beads were applied to degrade simulated ammonia nitrogen *** showed that the optimum formula of immobilized materials was 9%polyvinyl alcohol,1.5%sodium alginate,and 2%calcium chloride,under which the ammonia nitrogen removal rate of the immobilized N6 beads reached 97.97%.The following immobilization conditions were observed to be optimal:the immobilization time was 24 h,the inoculum of N6 was 3%,and the pH was *** immobilized N6 beads exhibited excellent ammonianitrogen degradation ability in *** ammonia nitrogen removal rate was stable at 95%-99%in the *** results indicated that immobilized N6 beads possess good application prospects in the treatment of ammonia nitrogen wastewater.

Mitochondrial dysfunction is a hallmark of Alzheimer’s *** previously showed that neural stem cell-derived extracellular vesicles improved mitochondrial function in the cortex of AP P/PS1 *** Alzheimer’s disease affects the entire brain,further research is needed to elucidate alterations in mitochondrial metabolism in the brain as a ***,we investigated the expression of several important mitochondrial biogenesis-related cytokines in multiple brain regions after treatment with neural stem cell-derived exosomes and used a combination of whole brain clearing,immunostaining,and lightsheet imaging to clarify their spatial ***,to clarify whether the sirtuin 1(SIRT1)-related pathway plays a regulatory role in neural stem cell-de rived exosomes interfering with mitochondrial functional changes,we generated a novel nervous system-SIRT1 conditional knoc kout AP P/PS1mouse *** findings demonstrate that neural stem cell-de rived exosomes significantly increase SIRT1 levels,enhance the production of mitochondrial biogenesis-related fa ctors,and inhibit astrocyte activation,but do not suppress amyloid-β***,neural stem cell-derived exosomes may be a useful therapeutic strategy for Alzheimer’s disease that activates the SIRT1-PGC1αsignaling pathway and increases NRF1 and COXIV synthesis to improve mitochondrial *** addition,we showed that the spatial distribution of mitochondrial biogenesis-related factors is disrupted in Alzheimer’s disease,and that neural stem cell-derived exosome treatment can reverse this effect,indicating that neural stem cell-derived exosomes promote mitochondrial biogenesis.

The efficient utilization of metallic lithium(Li)is the key to enable application of Li metal full-cell with low amount of excess Li,contributing to higher safety and energy ***,we report an extraordinary Li metal full-cell with only 20%excess Li,which demonstrated significantly improved reversibility and high Coulombic *** simulated missile guidance and confinement system(SMGCS)was designed to guide and confine Li deposition through constructing compatible silver lithiophilic sites and nitrate *** sites act as effective Li nuclei to attract Li ions and direct the initial *** generated nitrate layer affords an interfacial environment favorable for confined and uniform deep Li deposition,which is theoretically verified by molecular dynamics(MD)*** two combined merits offer a robust and dendrite-free Li deposition,enabling the application of Li metal full-cell with slight excess *** also result in an outperformed Li cycling efficiency of ca.99%for over 300 cycles along with deep cycling at a high capacity of 10 mA h cm^(-2)in carbonate *** unprecedented high degree of Li utilization opens a new avenue for the future development of highly efficient Li metal full-cells.
