Identifying seasonal shift in phytoplankton community is essential for understanding the significance of eutrophication and finding biological indicators of ecological health of a lotic *** communities,as well as the seasonal changes in the Ashi River Basin(ASRB)of Heilongjiang Province were investigated from April 2018 to January 2019.A survey in April(spring),July(summer),October(autumn),and January(winter)at 16 sampling sites was *** composition,abundance,and biodiversity indices of phytoplankton were studied and 127 taxa of phytoplankton were *** them,Bacillariophyta dominated the phytoplankton communities in the whole *** were significant spatio-temporal changes in the structures of the phytoplankton communities during the study *** state index(TSI)show that the nutritional status of the ASRB was at mesotrophic-middle eutrophic *** analysis(RDA)revealed that total nitrogen(TN),water temperature(WT),oxidation reduction potential(ORP),pH,and dissolved oxygen(DO)were the critical factors in the dynamic phytoplankton community *** multivariate regression tree(MRT)analysis showed that Chlamydomonas microsphaerella Pascher et Jahoda,Melosira granulata(Ehrenberg)Ralfs,Merismopedia tenuissima Lemmermann,and Asterionella formosa Hassall were valuable indicators in the determination of water quality in *** findings provide a scientific basis for water quality protection and management at basin scale.

An interesting group of cymbelloid diatoms was collected from lakes in Yunnan Province,China,and observations on their valve morphology made using light and scanning electron *** cymbelloid species all have apical pore fields,slit-like areolae,and areolar occlusions,and they all lack of *** this paper we propose the new genus Qinia *** these taxa and describe them as new:*** ***.,*** ***.,and *** *** genus Qinia *** lanceolate valves asymmetrical about their apical axes,raphe located in the middle of valve,distal raphe ends bent to the dorsal margin that bisects the apical pore fields(APFs),no stigmata,areolae with slit-like external openings and projections occluding the areolar openings *** genus resembles the genus Cymbella in the presence of APFs,but differs from Cymbella by a lack of stigmata,and by having external distal raphe ends that bisect the apical pore *** Reimeria,the external distal raphe ends bisect the lobes of the APF,but Qinia species differ from Reimeria in that they have no stigmata and the distal raphe ends are deflected dorsally,not *** were made between Qinia and other cymbelloid genera whose members possess apical pore *** that distinguish each species of the new genus are also discussed.

In recent years,manganese-based oxides as an advanced class of cathode materials for zinc-ion batteries(ZIBs)have attracted a great deal of attentions from numerous ***,their slow reaction kinetics,limited active sites and poor electrical conductivity inevitably give rise to the severe performance *** solve these problems,herein,we introduce abundant oxygen vacancies into the flower-likeδ-MnO_(2)nanostructure and effectively modulate the vacancy defects to reach the optimal level(δ-MnO_(2)-x-2.0).The smart design intrinsically tunes the electronic structure,guarantees ion chemisorption-desorption equilibrium and increases the electroactive sites,which not only effectively accelerates charge transfer rate during reaction processes,but also endows more redox reactions,as verified by first-principle *** merits can help the fabricatedδ-MnO_(2)-x-2.0 cathode to present a large specific capacity of 551.8 mAh g^(-1) at 0.5 A g^(-1),high-rate capability of 262.2 mAh g^(-1) at 10 A g^(-1) and an excellent cycle lifespan(83%of capacity retention after 1500 cycles),which is far superior to those of the other metal compound *** addition,the charge/discharge mechanism of theδ-MnO_(2)-x-2.0 cathode has also been elaborated through ex situ *** work opens up a new pathway for constructing the next-generation high-performance ZIBs cathode materials.

普通生态学作为一门研究人类生存的科学,是指导人们解决生态环境问题的重要依托。为积极应对我国乃至全球的生态环境问题,迫切需要高等院校培养出大批高质量生态学专业人才。本文以普通生态学课程为例,从专业筑基、思想引领、人文浸润和实践赋能四个维度,以培养学生牢固的专业基础、良好的生态素养、深厚的家国情怀和扎实的实践能力为目标,将专业教育和课程思政育人紧密结合,使学生具备认识问题的知识广度、解决问题的思维深度和积极广博的人生宽度,以适应社会需求。同时,对课程思政的多元化和系统性进行了展望,以期为深入开展普通生态学课程思政提供参考。

Establishment of a diatom-total phosphorus transfer function for lakes on the Songnen Plain in northeast China

To understand the relationship between planktonic diatoms and environmental variables in the lakes on the Songnen Plain,northeast(NE)China,we investigated water quality and planktonic diatoms from 71 sampling points in 27 lakes,based on which Canonical Correspondence Analysis(CCA)was *** result show that planktonic diatoms displayed certain responses to environment gradients,and the total phosphorus(TP)explained the maximum variation of planktonic diatom species among the 15 environmental variables,suggesting that TP was the most important and significant environmental parameter affecting the distribution of diatom *** addition,we established a diatom-total phosphorus transfer(DTPT)function,of which component 5 of the weighted averaging partial least squares regression(WAPLS)was chosen to and compared with a series of weighted average regression(WA)models and WA-PLS *** to the jackknifing statistical test,the component 5 of WA-PLS models provided a lower root-mean-square error prediction(RMSEP=0.202)and a higher correlation coefficient between observation and prediction(R^2_Jack=0.759).After deletion of three outliers,the root-mean-square error prediction of the DTPT function was reduced(RMSEP=0.169)while the correlation coefficient between observation and prediction was increased(R^2_Jack=0.823).Therefore,this DTPT function performed better than other regional TP models in the ***,it remains demanding for expanding the background dataset to improve the prediction ability of the model.

Automated optical inspection(AOI)is a significant process in printed circuit board assembly(PCBA)production lines which aims to detect tiny defects in *** AOI equipment has several deficiencies including low throughput,large computation cost,high latency,and poor flexibility,which limits the efficiency of online PCBA *** this paper,a novel PCBA defect detection method based on a lightweight deep convolution neural network is *** this method,the semantic segmentation model is combined with a rule-based defect recognition algorithm to build up a defect detection *** improve the performance of the model,extensive real PCBA images are collected from production lines as *** optimization methods have been applied in the model according to production demand and enable integration in lightweight computing *** results show that the production line using our method realizes a throughput more than three times higher than traditional *** method can be integrated into a lightweight inference system and pro-mote the flexibility of *** proposed method builds up a general paradigm and excellent example for model design and optimization oriented towards industrial requirements.

扎龙湿地藻类优势种生态位及其种间联结性动态分析

为了解扎龙湿地藻类群落结构的季节特征和演替规律,对扎龙湿地藻类群落进行了分析,主要涉及藻类优势度、生态位、MFG功能群划分、生态位重叠值及联结系数分析。结果表明:①在检出的8门311种藻类中,夏季种类丰富度最高,全年优势种为狭形纤维藻和啮蚀隐藻。②优势种种类和密度季节性差异较大,春季以金藻-绿藻种类为主,夏季以绿藻-隐藻种类为主,秋季以隐藻-绿藻种类为主。③生态位宽度值与MFG功能群划分结合分析表明,优势种可分为3个大类别,不同种类对资源利用情况的差异较大,各季节广生态位种能较好的反映扎龙湿地水体环境的季节变化趋势。④生态位重叠值在不同季节上有较大差异,O_(ik)>0.6的占比分别为42.86%(春)、28.57%(夏)和25.00%(秋),表明春季优势种种间资源的竞争最为突出,种间竞争强于夏、秋两季。⑤种间联结性检验结果显示,扎龙湿地藻类优势种间总体联结上呈正关联关系,但是种间联结较为松散,种与种之间相对独立。研究表明,扎龙湿地藻类群落结构生态位测度均存在明显的季节波动,较好反映出水环境季节变化特征,可用来指示湿地水体环境的变化。

MoS_(2)光学性质的第一性原理计算

为研究不同层数MoS_(2)的光学性质以及缺陷对单层MoS_(2)光学性质的影响,利用基于密度泛函理论的第一性原理,计算1~3层MoS_(2)的能带结构、拉曼光谱和光学性质以及具有空位缺陷的单层MoS_(2)的拉曼光谱和光学性质.研究结果表明:单层MoS_(2)为直接带隙半导体,而2~3层MoS_(2)为间接带隙半导体.对于1~3层MoS_(2)的拉曼光谱,随着层数的减少,约在380 cm^(-1)处的拉曼峰会发生蓝移,约在400 cm^(-1)处的峰值发生红移.对于含有空位缺陷的单层MoS_(2),Mo空位的拉曼峰出现在369、389和401 cm^(-1)附近,而464 cm^(-1)处的拉曼峰是S空位的标志.为了进一步确定构型的产生,计算出S空位的形成能为2.69 eV,Mo空位的形成能为7.98 eV.对于介电函数的虚部,缺陷单层MoS_(2)与1~3层MoS_(2)的介电函数虚部具有相似的外形,但由于空位缺陷的局域效应,缺陷单层MoS_(2)的介电函数虚部发生略微红移.
