目的系统评价肝肾功能与利奈唑胺致血小板减少症(TP)风险的相关性及利奈唑胺的群体药物代谢动力学(PPK)特征,为肝肾功能不全患者利奈唑胺的个体化用药提供指导。方法检索国内外相关数据库中截至2023年11月肝肾功能不全与利奈唑胺致TP风险的相关文献,采用Rev Man 5.4统计软件进行meta分析,效应值为比值比(OR)和标准化均数差(SMD)及其95%置信区间(CI);对肝肾功能不全患者利奈唑胺的PPK研究文献进行汇总和系统评价。结果纳入meta分析的文献共32篇,包括4112例患者,其中TP患者1458例(35.5%),非TP患者2654例(64.5%)。meta分析结果显示,肾功能不全组利奈唑胺致TP的风险高于肾功能正常组[47.9%(594/1241)比25.8%(493/1912),OR=3.24,95%CI:2.31~4.53],较低的基线肌酐清除率(Ccr)和估算肾小球滤过率(eGFR)与利奈唑胺相关TP的发生风险有关(均P<0.05);肝功能不全组利奈唑胺致TP的风险高于肝功能正常组[47.6%(119/250)比33.9%(360/1061),OR=2.36,95%CI:1.73~3.22],较高的基线总胆红素(TBil)与利奈唑胺相关TP的发生风险有关(P<0.05)。纳入PPK研究的文献共15篇,其中11篇文献基于自建或公开发表的PPK模型,采用蒙特卡洛模拟不同给药方案的有效性和安全性概率,优化利奈唑胺的给药方案;5篇优化了肾功能不全患者利奈唑胺的给药方案,2篇优化了肝功能不全患者利奈唑胺的给药方案。结论肝肾功能不全增加了利奈唑胺致TP的风险,基线Ccr、eGFR和TBil水平可作为预测TP风险的敏感指标。肝肾功能不全患者在使用利奈唑胺治疗时可通过PPK模型优化利奈唑胺给药方案,减少TP的发生风险。

为了研究富氢水对茵陈的影响,采用不同含量的富氢水浇灌及喷洒进行茵陈植株生长试验,并运用精准靶向-黄酮/酚类定性定量分析。试验第15天,与对照组相比,非饱和组的植株横径和体积明显增加,而饱和组无明显变化。第25天,不同含量富氢水组的植株横径和体积明显增加,非饱和组的湿重和干重明显增加(P<0.05)。不同含量富氢水组可下调或上调13个差异代谢物(P<0.05),且能上调天竺葵素-3-氯化葡萄糖苷等6个化合物的含量。研究发现富氢水能增加芳香中药茵陈产量,并通过增加有效成分含量提高茵陈质量。

通过对前处理条件进行优化,建立了一套固相萃取(SPE)-高效液相色谱(HPLC)检测多介质中四环素残留量的方法。底泥和植物组织经Na_(2)EDTA-Mcllvaine的甲醇溶液(1∶1,v∶v,pH=4)提取后,分别以HLB小柱(底泥)和SAX/PSA-HLB串联柱(植物组织)富集净化;水样经Na_(2)EDTA溶液(pH=3.4)提取后,以HLB小柱富集净化后再进行HPLC检测。四环素添加浓度为5 mg/L(低浓度)和50 mg/L(高浓度)时,水体、底泥以及植物根系等3种基质中的加标回收率分别达到106.5±1.0%、90.7±8.0%、92.8±1.0%(5 mg/L)和93.9±1.8%、78.5±0.4%、78.8±0.4%(50 mg/L),方法准确度和精密度均较高。四环素在水体、底泥以及植物根系中的检出限分别为3.83μg/L、0.15 mg/kg以及1.53 mg/kg,方法在0~50 mg/L范围内具有良好的定量线性关系。应用该方法检测人工模拟畜禽养殖废水系统各介质样品,检出四环素浓度为nd~655.94μg/L(水体)和0.59~78.45 mg/kg(底泥、植物组织),表明该方法有效可行。

The origin of sedimentary dolomite has become a long-standing problem in the Earth *** carbonate minerals like ankerite have the same crystal structure as dolomite,hence their genesis may provide clues to help solving the dolomite *** purpose of this study was to probe whether microbial activity can be involved in the formation of ***-carbonation experiments associated with microbial iron reduction were performed in batch systems with various concentrations of Ca^(2+)(0–20 mmol/L),with a marine iron-reducing bacterium Shewanella piezotolerans WP3 as the reaction mediator,and with lactate and ferrihydrite as the respective electron donor and *** biomineralization data showed that Ca-amendments expedited microbially-mediated ferrihydrite reduction by enhancing the adhesion between WP3 cells and ferrihydrite *** bioreduction,siderite occurred as the principal secondary mineral in the Ca-free ***,Ca-Fe carbonates were formed when Ca^(2+)ions were *** CaCO_(3) content of microbially-induced Ca-Fe carbonates was positively correlated with the initial Ca2+*** Ca-Fe carbonate phase produced in the 20 mmol/L Ca-amended biosystems had a chemical formula of Ca_(0.8)Fe_(1.2)(CO_(3))_(2),which is close to the theoretical composition of *** ankeritelike phase was nanometric in size and spherical,Ca-Fe disordered,and structurally *** simulated diagenesis experiments further demonstrated that the resulting ankerite-like phase could be converted into ordered ankerite under hydrothermal *** introduced the term“proto-ankerite”to define the Ca-Fe phases that possess near-ankerite stoichiometry but disordered cation *** the basis of the present study,we proposed herein that microbial activity is an important contributor to the genesis of sedimentary ankerite by providing the metastable Ca-Fe carbonate precursors.

Secondary water supply systems(SWSSs)are important components of the water supply infrastructure that ensure residents’drinking water *** are characterized by long detention time,warm temperature,and unreasonable management,which may trigger the deterioration of water quality and increase *** this study,drinking water quality index(DWQI)and health risk assessment(HRA)were selected and modified to quantitatively assess the water quality and health risks of SWSSs in residential *** total,121 seasonal water samples were *** was observed that the water quality was excellent with the DWQI of 0.14±0.04,excluding one sample,which was extremely poor owing to its excessive total bacterial *** HRA results revealed that the health risks were low:negligible non-carcinogenic risk for any population;negligible and acceptable carcinogenic risk for children aged 6–17 and ***,samples revealed higher carcinogenic risk(7.63×10−5±3.29×10−6)for children aged 0–5,and arsenic was the major *** samples had poor water quality and higher health risks,which called for *** further investigate the water quality and health risks of SWSSs,monthly sampling was conducted during *** 24 water samples were qualified in Chinese standard(GB 5749-2022)and characterized as excellent *** HRA results were consistent with the seasonal samples’and the health risks were mainly concentrated in ***,our study provides a suitable framework for water quality security,advice for managers,and references for administrators in other cities.
