In view of the serious threat to people's health caused by the Coronavirus Disease 2019(COVID-19),according to the relevant spirit of the Notice on Establishing the Cooperation Mechanism of traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in the Prevention and Treatment of COVID-19 and other Infectious Diseases issued by the National Health Commission of the People's Republic of China,National Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine of the People's Republic of China,on the basis of our early clinical research of using press needle embedding(intradermal acupuncture)to prevent and treat related diseases,the symptoms,etiology and pathogenesis of the disease were *** try to use the simple and easy intradermal acupuncture therapy to prevent and assist the treatment of the disease and its complications,hoping to make a modest contribution to help patients relieve part of suffering,and also provide advice for the doctors in the treatment of the disease.

通过查阅相关文献,从放血部位耳尖放血、浅表小静脉放血、病灶处或病痛局部放血、病理反应点放血来探讨刺络放血疗法的适应证。刺血疗法不仅广泛用于治疗急证、实热、瘀血及痛证,亦在慢性、反复发作性疾病中应用,目前在肿瘤病症中运用逐渐拓展。刺络放血疗法可归结为具有退热、止痛、镇静、降压、降低血黏度、活血、消炎、强心、急救、止痒、抗过敏作用。总结分析刺络放血疗法的适宜病证,以指导临床更好地应用该疗法。

Differential mucin phenotypes and their significance in a variation of colorectal carcinoma

AIM: To investigate mucin expression profiles in colorectal carcinoma (CRC) histological subtypes with regard to clinicopathologic variables and prognosis. METHODS: Mucin (MUC)2 and MUC5AC expressions were assessed by immunohistochemistry for a total of 250 CRC cases that underwent surgical resection. CRCs included 63 well-to-moderately differentiated adenocar-cinomas (WMDAs), 91 poorly differentiated adenocarcinomas (PDAs), 81 mucinous adenocarcinoma (MUAs), and 15 signet-ring cell carcinomas (SRCCs). MUC2 and MUC5AC were scored as positive when ≥ 25% and ≥ 1% of cancer cells were stained positive, respectively. The human mutL homolog 1 and human mutS homolog 2 expressions were assessed by immunohistochemistry in PDAs to investigate mismatch-repair (MMR) *** that did not express either of these two were considered MMR-deficient. Results were analyzed for associations with clinicopathologic variables and the prognosis in individual histological CRC subtypes. RESULTS: MUC2-positive and MUC5AC-positive WMDA percentages were 49.2% and 30.2%, respectively. In contrast, MUC2-positive and MUC5AC-positive PDA percentages were 9.5% and 51.6%, respectively. MUC2 levels tended to decrease and MUC5AC levels tended to increase from WMDA to PDA. In 21 tumors comprising both adenoma and adenocarcinoma components in a single tumor (4 WMDAs, 7 PDAs, and 10 MUAs), MUC2 was significantly downregulated in PDA and MUC5AC was downregulated in PDA and MUA in the adenoma-carcinoma sequence. These results suggested that MUC2 levels might be associated with malignant potential and that MUC5AC expression was an early event in tumorigenesis. Despite worse prognoses than WMDA, high MUC2 expression levels were maintained in MUA (95.1%) and SRCC (71.5%), which suggested a pathogenesis for these subtypes distinct from that of WMDA. 2-Hydroxyethyl methacrylate (HEMA) and styrene copolymers are prepared by photopolymerization. The electrooptical behavior and microstructure of the polymer dispersed liquid crystal films are investigated by using He-Ne laser and scanning electron microscopy, respectively. With increasing E7 content in the copolymer, droplet size increased, threshold voltage decreased.

An ultrasonic evaluation method of echo feature of diffusion bond joint between two dissimilar materials is presented. The echo signal was acquired by an automatic ultrasonic C-scan test system. It is found that the intensity of echo and its phase can be used to evaluate the joint quality, and interface products of dissimilar materials bonding can be evaluated by ultrasonic method.

The present study discusses the relationships between two independently developed models of games with incomplete information, hypergames （Bennett, 1977） and Bayesian games （Harsanyi, 1967）. The authors first show that any hypergame can naturally be reformulated in terms of Bayesian games in an unified way. The transformation procedure is called Bayesian representation of hypergame. The authors then prove that some equilibrium concepts defined for hypergames are in a sense equivalent to those for Bayesian games. Furthermore, the authors discuss carefully based on the proposed analysis how each model should be used according to the analyzer＇s purpose.

This paper discusses the relationship of two independently developed models of games with incomplete information,hierarchical hypergames and Bayesian *** can be considered as a generalization of the previous study on the theoretical comparison of simple hypergames and Bayesian games(Sasaki and Kijima,2012) by taking into account hierarchy of perceptions,i.e.,an agent's perception about the other agents' perceptions,and so *** authors first introduce the general way of transformation of any hierarchical hypergames into corresponding Bayesian games,which was called as the Bayesian representation of hierarchical *** authors then show that some equilibrium concepts for hierarchical hypergames can be associated with those for Bayesian games and discuss implications of the results.
