Decision making in case of medical diagnosis is a complicated process.A large number of overlapping structures and cases,and distractions,tiredness,and limitations with the human visual system can lead to inappropriate *** learning(mL)methods have been employed to assist clinicians in overcoming these limitations and in making informed and correct decisions in disease *** academic papers involving the use of machine learning for disease diagnosis have been increasingly getting ***,to determine the use of mL to improve the diagnosis in varied medical disciplines,a systematic review is conducted in this *** carry out the review,six different databases are *** and exclusion criteria are employed to limit the ***,the eligible articles are classied depending on publication year,authors,type of articles,research objective,inputs and outputs,problem and research gaps,and ndings and *** the selected articles are analyzed to show the impact of mL methods in improving the disease *** ndings of this study show the most used mL methods and the most common diseases that are focused on by *** also shows the increase in use of machine learning for disease diagnosis over the *** results will help in focusing on those areas which are neglected and also to determine various ways in which mL methods could be employed to achieve desirable results.

Background: Polyamines stimulate DNA transcription and m RNA translation for protein synthesis in trophectoderm cells, as well as proliferation and migration of cells; therefore, they are essential for development and survival of conceptuses(embryo/fetus and placenta). The ovine conceptus produces polyamines via classical and non-classical pathways. In the classical pathway, arginine(Arg) is transformed into ornithine, which is then decarboxylated by ornithine decarboxylase(ODC1) to produce putrescine which is the substrate for the production of spermidine and spermine. In the non-classical pathway, Arg is converted to agmatine(Agm) by arginine decarboxylase(ADC), and Agm is converted to putrescine by agmatinase(AGmAT).methods: morpholino antisense oligonucleotides(mAOs) were designed and synthesized to inhibit translational initiation of the m RNAs for ODC1 and ADC, in ovine ***: The morphologies of mAO control, mAO-ODC1, and mAO-ADC conceptuses were normal. Double knockdown of ODC1 and ADC(mAO-ODC1:ADC) resulted in two phenotypes of conceptuses; 33% of conceptuses appeared to be morphological y and functional y normal(phenotype a) and 67% of the conceptuses presented an abnormal morphology and functionality(phenotype b). Furthermore, mAO-ODC1:ADC(a) conceptuses had greater tissue concentrations of Agm,putrescine, and spermidine than mAO control conceptuses, while mAO-ODC1:ADC(b) conceptuses only had greater tissue concentrations of Agm. Background: There has been a longstanding debate regarding whether keratoacanthomas (KAs) are neoplastic or reactive/inflammatory lesions. Aim: The aim of this case report is to, within the aforementioned debate, offer support in favor of the potential reactive nature of keratoacanthomas. Case Presentation: A 64-year-old male presented with an eruption of 25 keratoacanthomas within a red ink tattoo. Eruptions were partially resolved over a matter of months, and completely resolved with treatment using oral Acitretin therapy. We believe this to be the third such reported case of eruptive KAs within only the red ink portions of a tattoo. Prior cases involved 2 and 8 KAs each. Discussion: multiple studies suggest that KAs are neoplastic in nature and very distinct from cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma. Especially interesting is the finding that KAs have increased expression of apoptotic genes;this is particularly notable because of the tendency for these lesions to spontaneously involute. Skin tumorigenesis can occur in predisposed individuals after carcinogen exposure, thus red ink possesses theoretical potential as a carcinogen. KAs could be seen in this case as in fact a reactive neoplasm.

With this paper, we propose a network coding based cloud storage scheme. The storage system is in the form of an m * n data array. The n columns stand for n storage nodes, which are comprised of a part of systematic nodes storing source symbols and a part of nonsystematic nodes storing parity symbols. Every row of the data array is a (n, k) systematic maximum Distance Separable (mDS) code. A source symbol is only involved in the encoding with the unique row;it locates at and is not used by other rows. Such a design significantly decreases the complexity of encoding and decoding. moreover, in case of single node failures, we use interference alignment to further reduce repair bandwidth. Compared to some existing cloud storage schemes, our scheme significantly reduces resource consumption on storage, update bandwidth and repair bandwidth.

The maritime industry is currently facing the challenges of adopting new technologies and operational practices with stricter international, national and local rules in order to reduce exhaust gas emissions from ships. The most objective of regulations introduced and presented by the Worldwide Sea Organization such as International maritime Organization (ImO) and the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is to lessen the commitment shipping makes to worldwide and local discharges. This paper analyzes emissions from marine engines and the process of waste exhaust gas formation and provides a summary of the emission reduction technologies to satisfy mARPOL NOx tier III and EPA tier IV rules. The results showed the possibility of achieving a valuable emission reduction percentage if future diesel engines are equipped with pre-treatment, internal-treatment and/or post-treatment techniques. Economics impact for medium and low speed for category 3 marine diesel engines is also presented.

Land use changes profoundly affect the equilibrium of soil organic carbon(soC)sequestration and greenhouse gas *** the current global climatic changes,it is vital to understand the influence of ecological restoration and conservation management on the dynamics of soC under different land uses,especially in erosion-endangered Loess ***,we investigated changes in soc through a suit of labile fractions,namely:light fraction organic C(LFOC),heavy fraction organic C(HFOC),coarse particulate organic C(CPOC),fine particulate organic C(FPOC),and dissolved organic C(DOC),from two forests i.e.,Robinia pseudoacacia(RP)and Platycladus orientalis(PO),with different ages,in comparison with farmland(FL).The SOC and STN contents significantly increased over 42 years in the RP forest where the contents of CPOC and FPOC were significantly higher than in the ***,total SOC and its labile fractions,in the studied land use types,significantly correlated with soil CacO3,pH,and STN contents,indicating their key roles in SoC *** results reported here from different vegetation with different ages provide a better understanding of sOC and STN alterations at different stages of vegetation *** findings suggest that long-term natural vegetation restoration could be an effective approach for SoC sequestration and soil conservation on the Loess soil.
