Objective:To determine hepatitis C virus(HCV) genotypes and explore the associated risk factors in chronic HCY ***:A total of 116 patients with chronic hepatitis C were subjected to polymerase chain reaction(PCR) based detection out of which 112 chronic HCV patients[53 male(47.32%),59 female(52.68%);mean age(43.76±16.40) years;mean BMI(23.8± 3.9)kg]were enrolled in this *** frequency of 6 HCV genotypes and associated risk factors were evaluated from five districts of North West Frontier Province(NWFP).Results:Genotype 3was the most prevalent in 73 samples(65.17%) followed by genotype 1 in 24(21.42%) and genotype2 in 13(11.60%) ***3 had significantly high prevalence(P=0.0002).The results showed that 48(42.85%) samples were infected with HCV 3a:25(22.32%) with 3b;14(12.50%) with 1a;10(8.92%)with 1b;11(9.82%) with 2a;2(1.78%) with 2b;and 2 were *** distribution of HCV genotypes in ***,*** and Nowshehra districts was *** of unsterile equipment lor medication,barbers and previous history of hospitalization were the main risk factors for HCV ***:Cenotype 3a and 3b.1a.1b and 2a are the common genotypes in *** *** 6 can not be found in a single *** level of awareness about various modes ot transmission of HCV among the population is found to be verv low.

钻井液中水合物的生成是油气工业在深水油气资源开发过程中面临的严峻挑战之一。水合物一旦在钻井过程中生成,导致井底压力控制困难,严重时造成堵塞管道,从而引发一定的经济损失或严重的事故。本文采用黄原胶(XG)和羧甲基纤维素(CMC)水溶液在垂直的流动环路装置上模拟钻井流动条件,进行了不同浓度、不同流速下的甲烷水合物生成实验。实验表明,水合物生成过程是一个传质过程,由于水合物生成动力学和水合物壳的剥落,水合物生成过程经历了四个不同的阶段。与过冷度相比,水溶液流速和添加剂浓度对水合物形成的影响更大。流体流速的增加以及作为抑制剂的添加剂(如XG和CMC)浓度的增加都会提高水合物的生成速率。此外,本文详细分析和讨论了水合物壳层动力学、水合物剥落动力学、流速以及XG和CMC浓度对水合物生成的影响机理。本文基于甲烷气体分子从气相向液相扩散的机理,建立了水合物生成的传质模型。针对水合物壳层动力学的影响,引入了总传质系数,考察了流体流速和添加剂浓度对水合物壳层动力学的影响。引入经验总传质系数后,预测水合物生成速率的XG模型的误差由145%减小到11%,预测水合物生成速率的CMC模型的误差由15%降低到1.5%

The flight control system designer is increasingly concerned with the problem of providing adequate stability of the elastic modes of the flight vehicle. The problem of stabilizing bending modes can be solved by the use of different bending filters. But continuously changing behavior of the elastic modes frequencies makes it impossible to suppress the elastic modes. In this paper, adaptive tracking filter is used to solve this problem. Where it can track the frequency of predominant oscillatory component of its input signal and automatically adjust the shaping characteristics as a function of this frequency. Simulation results are presented to show the frequency tracking accuracy and response of the flight launch vehicle, which are based on the assumption that, only first bending mode is selected at a time. Comparison with the second order band pass filter is carried out in order to emphasis the effectiveness of this design methodology.

前言:双颌前突是一种以双唇前突和上下颌切牙唇倾为特征的错畸形,影响患者的容貌。治疗双颌前突的主要目的是改善患者的颌面部和牙齿的美观。本文报道了一例拔除上颌第一前磨牙和下颌第二前磨牙治疗的患者,旨在评估其治疗前后的美学变化。方法:选取大连医科大学附属第二医院收治的11岁女性患者一例,其主诉为唇部前突。经过临床检查和头影测量分析,诊断为骨性Ⅱ类伴双颌前突。通过对患者治疗前后的记存模型和口内相的测量得到上颌中切牙牙冠宽高比、上颌前牙的邻面接触部位的高度、上颌侧切牙的龈缘水平、正面观前牙牙冠宽度的百分比例这四项微笑美学要素。该患者的治疗方法为拔除上颌第一前磨牙和下颌第二前磨牙的固定直丝弓矫治器治疗。结果:总疗程为21个月,治疗后的头影测量分析显示上下颌中切牙直立(U1-SN93°,IMPA 93°),患者侧貌得到改善。治疗后的微笑美学要素测量值较治疗前明显改善。讨论:该病例对拔除上颌第一前磨牙的微笑美学效应进行研究。为了获得最佳的微笑美学效果,我们必须仔细分析治疗前后微笑美学的所有构成要素,并设定合理的治疗目标。美学要素测量值只要在一定范围内均可视为正常或理想的。结论:拔除前磨牙是减小面部突度的一种有效方法。治疗后的微笑美学四要素测量值提示绝对理想的数值很难获得。在正畸治疗的结束阶段重点注意微笑美学的改善是必要的,尤其是对于拔牙病例。

This paper presents a review of the promoting programs of solar and wind energies in different countries including Germany, Austria, France, Spain, Great Britain, Italy, Japan, USA, Australia, China and India with an emphasis on Germany as a notable example. The success of each program is discussed in detail. The results of the investigation conducted in the paper have shown that some renewable energy laws have proven to be extremely successful. Among such laws, is the Renewable Energy Act (EEG) in Germany, which guaranteed 20 years of stable prices for green power and has already brought many homeowners and businesses to install photovoltaic modules and to feed their electricity into the national grid. By the year 2010, the clean production of electricity by renewable energies in Germany has risen to around 202,000 GWh. In addition, about 70 million tons of CO2 emissions in 2009 were avoided through the use of renewable energies in electricity generation in Germany.
