Viral diseases have been studied in-depth for reducing quality,yield,health and longevity of the fruit,to highlight the economic ***-sense single-stranded RNA viruses are more devastating among all viruses that infect fruit *** of the best examples is papaya ringspot virus(PRSV).It belongs to the genus Potyvirus and it is limited to cause diseases on the family Chenopodiaceae,Cucurbitaceae and *** virus has a serious threat to the production of papaya,which is famous for its high nutritional and pharmaceutical *** plant parts such as leaves,latex,seeds,fruits,bark,peel and roots may contain the biological compound that can be isolated and used in pharmaceutical industries as a disease *** disease symptoms consist of vein clearing and yellowing of young *** ring spot patterns with concentric rings and spots on fruit reduce its quality and *** virus has two major strains P and *** former cause disease in papaya and cucurbits while the later one in *** comprises 94.4%protein,including a 36 kDa coat protein which is a component responsible for a non-persistent transmission through aphids,and 5.5%nucleic *** protection,development of transgenic crops,exploring the resistant sources and induction of pathogen derived resistance have been recorded as effective management of *** with these practices reduced aphid population through insecticides and plant extracts have been found ecofriendly approaches to minimize the disease *** of transgenic crops is a big challenge for the success of disease resistant papaya *** aim of this review is to understand the genomic nature of PRSV,detection methods and the different advanced control meth*** review article will be helpful in developing the best management strategies for controlling PRSV.

In Pakistan more than 10 million people are living with Hepatitis C virus (HCV), with high morbidity and mortality. This article reviews the prevalence, genotypes and factors associated with HCV infection in the Pakistani population. A literature search was performed by using the keywords; HCV prevalence, genotypes and risk factors in a Pakistani population, in Pubmed, PakMediNet and Google scholar. Ninetyone different studies dating from 1994 to May 2009 were included in this study, and weighted mean and standard error of each population group was calculated. Percentage prevalence of HCV was 4.95% ± 0.53% in the general adult population, 1.72% ± 0.24% in the pediatric population and 3.64% ± 0.31% in a young population applying for recruitment, whereas a very high 57% ± 17.7% prevalence was observed in injecting drug users and 48.67% ± 1.75% in a multi-transfused population. Most prevalent genotype of HCV was 3a. HCV prevalence was moderate in the general population but very high in injecting drug users and multi-transfused populations. This data suggests that the major contributing factors towards increased HCV prevalence include unchecked blood transfusions and reuse of injection syringes. Awareness programs are required to decrease the future burden of HCV in the Pakistani population.

Robust Face Recognition Against Expressions and Partial Occlusions

Facial features under variant-expressions and partial occlusions could have degrading effect on overall face recognition performance. As a solution, we suggest that the contribution of these features on final classification should be determined. In order to represent facial features＇ contribution according to their variations, we propose a feature selection process that describes facial features as local independent component analysis （ICA） features. These local features are acquired using locally lateral subspace （LLS） strategy. Then, through linear discriminant analysis （LDA） we investigate the intraclass and interclass representation of each local ICA feature and express each feature＇s contribution via a weighting process. Using these weights, we define the contribution of each feature at local classifier level. In order to recognize faces under single sample constraint, we implement LLS strategy on locally linear embedding （LLE） along with the proposed feature selection. Additionally, we highlight the efficiency of the implementation of LLS strategy. The overall accuracy achieved by our approach on datasets with different facial expressions and partial occlusions such as AR, JAFFE, FERET and CK% is 90.70%. We present together in this paper survey results on face recognition performance and physiological feature selection performed by human subjects.

This paper mainly studies Weather Stations part of the wind power station. The use of wind energy in practice is carried out using the facilities of the wind in which the kinetic energy of the windscreen flow is converted into mechanical energy wind speed, then electrical energy alternator. The effective operation of the wind turbine is dependent on the direction of the wind. Speed air density, which in turn depends on the temperature and humidity. Thus, the speed of the wind worked effectively in its composition must include the weather. Meteorological station also performs the role of prevention. When the sharp wind speed or increase wind speed above the maximum value, it sends a signal to the lock assembly wind to prevent wind turbine technology from damage. The work of the meteorological stations design as part of the Wind Energy Station is considered. The complex technical devices are used for its implementation. A set of technical means used to its implementation and designed system consists of a temperature, humidity, wind speed, wind direction and rain gauge sensors that are connected to PIC16f876A microcontroller.

BACKGROUND： Microbes affect the growth of plants. In this study, the diversity and plant growth-supporting activities of wheat rhizospheric bacteria were examined. METHODS： Sampling was performed thrice at different phases of plant growth. Microbes associated with the rhizoplane of three wheat varieties （Seher, Lasani, and Faisalabad） were cultured and assessed for their plant growth-promoting abilities based on auxin production, hydrogen cyanide production, phosphate solubilization, and nitrogen fixation. RESULTS： Bacterial load （CFU/mL） declined, and the succession of bacterial diversity occurred as the plants aged. Most auxin-producing bacteria and the highest concentrations of auxin （77 ~tg/mL） were observed during the second sampling point at the filleting stage. The Seher variety harbored the most auxin-producing as well as phosphate-solubilizing bacteria. Most of the bacteria belonged to Bacillus and Pseudomonas. Planomicrobium, Serratia, Rhizobium, Brevundimonas, Stenotropho- monas, and Exiguobacterium sp. were also found. CONCLUSIONS： These results suggest that the rhizoplane microbiota associated with higher-yield plant varieties have better plant growth-promoting abilities as compared to the microbiota associated with lower-yield plant varieties.
