The task of automatically analyzing sentiments from a tweet has more use now than ever due to the spectrum of emotions expressed from national leaders to the average *** this data can be critical for any *** are often expressed with different intensity and topics which can provide great insight into how something affects *** analysis in Twittermitigates the various issues of analyzing the tweets in terms of views expressed and several approaches have already been proposed for sentiment analysis in *** used for analyzing tweet emotions are also briefly presented in literature survey *** this paper,hybrid combination of different model’s LSTM-CNN have been proposed where LSTMis Long Short TermMemory andCNNrepresents ConvolutionalNeural ***,the main contribution of our work is to compare various deep learning and machine learning models and categorization based on the techniques *** main drawback of LSTM is that it’s a timeconsuming process whereas CNN do not express content information in an accurate way,thus our proposed hybrid technique improves the precision rate and helps in achieving better *** step of our mentioned technique is to preprocess the data in order to remove stop words and unnecessary data to improve the efficiency in terms of time and accuracy also it shows optimal results when it is compared with predefined approaches.

BACKGROUND Endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography(ERCP)is an essential therapeutic tool for biliary and pancreatic *** and elderly patients,especially those aged≥90 years are generally considered a higher-risk population for ERCP-related *** To investigate outcomes of ERCP in the Non-agenarian population(≥90 years)concerning *** This is a cohort study using the 2018-2020 National Readmission *** aged≥90 were identified who underwent ERCP,using the international classification of diseases-10 code with clinical *** Hopkins’s adjusted clinical groups frailty indicator was used to classify patients as frail and *** primary outcome was mortality,and the secondary outcomes were morbidity and the 30 d readmission rate related to *** used univariate and multivariate regression models for *** A total of 9448 patients were admitted for any indications of *** and non-frail patients were 3445(36.46%)and 6003(63.53%)*** for ERCP were Choledocholithiasis(74.84%),Biliary pancreatitis(9.19%),Pancreatico-biliary cancer(7.6%),Biliary stricture(4.84%),and Cholangitis(1.51%).Mortality rates were higher in frail group[adjusted odds ratio(aOR)=1.68,P=0.02].The Intra-procedural complications were insigni-ficant between the two groups which included bleeding(aOR=0.72,P=0.67),accidental punctures/lacerations(aOR=0.77,P=0.5),and mechanical ventilation rates(aOR=1.19,P=0.6).Post-ERCP complication rate was similar for bleeding(aOR=0.72,P=0.41)and post-ERCP pancreatitis(aOR=1.4,P=0.44).Frail patients had a longer length of stay(6.7 d vs 5.5 d)and higher mean total charges of hospitalization($78807 vs$71392)compared to controls(P<0.001).The 30 d all-cause readmission rates between frail and non-frail patients were similar(P=0.96).CONCLUSION There was a significantly higher mortality risk and healthcare burden amongst nonagenarian frail patients undergoing ERCP compared

Worldwide,a majority of routine endoscopic procedures are performed under some form of sedation to maximize patient ***,benzodiazepines and opioids continue to be widely ***,in recent years,Remimazolam is gaining immense popularity for procedural sedation in gastrointestinal(GI)*** is an ultra-short-acting benzodiazepine sedative which was approved by the Food and Drug Administration in July 2020 for use in procedural *** has shown a favorable pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic profile in terms of its non-specific metabolism by tissue esterase,volume of distribution,total body clearance,and negligible drug-drug *** also has satisfactory efficacy and has achieved high rates of successful sedation in GI ***,studies have demonstrated that the efficacy of Remimazolam is non-inferior to Propofol,which is currently a gold standard for procedural sedation in most parts of the ***,the use of Propofol is associated with hemodynamic instability and respiratory *** contrast,Remimazolam has lower incidence of these adverse effects intra-procedurally and hence,may provide a safer alternative to Propofol in procedural *** this comprehensive narrative review,highlight the pharmacologic characteristics,efficacy,and safety of Remimazolam for procedural *** also discuss the potential of Remimazolam as a suitable alternative and how it can shape the future of procedural sedation in gastroenterology.

BACKGROUND Short bowel syndrome(SBS)hospitalizations are often complicated with *** is a significant paucity of data on adult SBS hospitalizations in the United States and across the *** To assess trends and outcomes of SBS hospitalizations complicated by sepsis in the United *** The National Inpatient Sample was utilized to identify all adult SBS hospitalizations between *** study cohort was further divided based on the presence or absence of *** were identified,and hospitalization characteristics and clinical outcomes were *** of mortality for SBS hospitalizations complicated with sepsis were *** Of 247097 SBS hospitalizations,21.7%were complicated by *** SBS hospitalizations had a rising trend of hospitalizations from 20.8%in 2005 to 23.5%in 2014(P trend<0.0001).Compared to non-septic SBS hospitalizations,septic SBS hospitalizations had a higher proportion of males(32.8%vs 29.3%,P<0.0001),patients in the 35-49(45.9%vs 42.5%,P<0.0001)and 50-64(32.1%vs 31.1%,P<0.0001)age groups,and ethnic minorities,i.e.,Blacks(12.4%vs 11.3%,P<0.0001)and Hispanics(6.7%vs 5.5%,P<0.0001).Furthermore,septic SBS hospitalizations had a higher proportion of patients with intestinal transplantation(0.33%vs 0.22%,P<0.0001),inpatient mortality(8.5%vs 1.4%,P<0.0001),and mean length of stay(16.1 d vs 7.7 d,P<0.0001)compared to the non-sepsis cohort.A younger age,female gender,White race,and presence of comorbidities such as anemia and depression were identified to be independent predictors of inpatient mortality for septic SBS *** Septic SBS hospitalizations had a rising trend between 2005-2014 and were associated with higher inpatient mortality compared to non-septic SBS hospitalizations.

Response of hydrogenase enzymes (ALDH and ADH) in <i>Trapa natans</i>under physiological stress

The present study screens activity of different enzymes in Trapa natans under aerobic and anaerobic physiological conditions. Experimental analysis was carried out to assay the activities of ALDH and ADH in the seed extract of T. natans. These enzymes are associated with the alcohol metabolism of the T. natans. It was observed that a metabolic pathway shifts from aerobic respiration to anaerobic fermentation under anoxic conditions. Physiological stress related response in trapa seeds gives the leads to understand the other model for better fermentable products. During the experiment it was found that there is difference between the concenteration of enzymes in anaerobic and aerobic conditions. Concentration was check with the help of spectrophotometer at 340 nm.
