Introduction of antineoplastic drug NSC631570 in an inpatient and outpatient setting:Comparative evaluation of biological effects

The aim of this study is to evaluate the effect of moderate physical exercise and treatment time on the organism’s response to NSC631570. The sensitivity of circulating phagocytes to the drug at different times of day was estimated in in vitro experiments. NSC631570 was administered intravenously to healthy volunteers (eleven men, 23 ± 2 years) in a single therapeutic dose in an inpatient and an outpatient setting. Blood samples were obtained before the drug administration, 30 min after the drug inj.ction and every fourth hour throughout the 24 hour period. Biochemical parameters were determined using the hematological analyzer. Flow cytometry was used to evaluate phagocyte metabolism. Treatment of circulating phagocytes with NSC631570 in vitro resulted in an increase in ROS production along with a decrease in their phagocytic activity, most expressed in the morning time. Drug inj.ction to sedentary persons resulted in pro-inflammatory metabolic polarization of circulating phagocytes. Introduction of NSC631570 to active persons was accompanied by a significant increase in phagocyte endocytosis along with a decrease in the daily mean of ROS generation. Significant oscillation (but in the normal ranges) of urea, creatinine, alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase after NSC631570 introduction in the outpatient setting was shown during the day. Physical activity interferes with immunomodulatory action of NSC631570 and abrogates pro-inflammatory shift of circulating phagocytes. Biochemical parameters of blood from patients treated with NSC631570 in the outpatient setting must be interpreted cautiously considering the effect of physical activity on some metabolic biomarkers.

The characteristics, performance and application of membrane electrode based on ion associate of diclofenac with base dye Safranine T are described. The electrode response to diclofenac has the sensitivity of 47 ± 1.0 mV decade(?1) over the range of 5 × 10(?5) to 5 × 10(?2) mol/L at pH 6–12, and the detection limit of 3.2 × 10(?5) mol/L. The electrode is easy assembled at a relatively low cost has fast response time (2–4 s) and can be used for a period up to 3.5 months without any considerable divergence in potential. The proposed sensor displayed good selectivity for diclofenac in the presence of different substances. It was used to determine diclofenac in pharmaceuticals by means of the standard addition method.

Mg(BH_(4))_(2) with several polymorphs,known as a high capacity(14.9 wt.%)hydrogen storage material,has become more intriguing due to the recently found new functions of gas physisorption and ionic *** we review the state-of-the-art on the energy related functions of Mg(BH_(4))_(2).Mg(BH_(4))_(2) tends to form the stable intermediate[B_(12)H_(12)]^(2−) when the dehydrogenation temperature is above 400℃,the strong B-B bonding of which makes the rehydrogenation condition very *** contrast,lower borane intermediate[B_(3)H_(8)]2−facilitates the rehydrogenation even at a mild condition of 100℃,suggesting the possibility of reversible hydrogen storage in Mg(BH_(4))_(2).The porous polymorphγ-Mg(BH_(4))_(2) shows attrac-tive gas adsorption properties in view of its unique hydridic surface and pore shape,and potentially can be applied in hydrogen adsorption and Kr/Xe selectivity.A new diffraction-based adsorption methodology was developed to characterize adsorption thermodynamics and kinetics ofγ-Mg(BH_(4))_(2),providing a novel idea for the characterization of crystalline porous ***,the potential of Mg(BH_(4))_(2) as an electrolyte is discussed in the last ***(BH_(4))_(2)·THF/DME acts as a liquid electrolyte in Mg-batteries,while anion substituted or neutral molecule derivatives of Mg(BH_(4))_(2) can act as solid-state electrolyte.

The aim of this study was to correlate plumage variation with the amount of genomic hybrid content in hybrids between Azure Tits Cyanistes cyanus(Pallas,1770)and European Blue Tit Cyanistes caeruleus(Linnaeus,1758),by re-sequencing the genomes of museum specimens of non-hybrids and presumed hybrids with varying *** proj.ct was funded by crowdsourcing and initiated when two presumed Azure Tits,observed by hundreds of Swedish birdwatchers,were rej.cted as hybrids based on minor plumage deviations assumed to indicate hybrid contents from the European Blue *** results confirm that hybrids with intermediate plumages,so called Pleske’s Tits,are first generation hybrids(F1 hybrids).Individuals,whose plumages are similar to Azure Tits,but assessed as hybrids based on minor plumage deviations,are all backcrosses but vary in their degree of hybrid ***,some individuals morphologically recognized as pure Azure Tits expressed similar degrees of hybrid *** results indicate that:(1)hybrid content may be widespread in Azure Tits in the western part of its habitat distribution;(2)plumage deviation in backcrosses is not linearly correlated with the genetic degree of hybrid origin;and(3)all Azure Tits observed in Europe outside its natural distribution may have some degree of hybrid *** therefore suggest that it is very difficult to phenotypically single out hybrids beyond first generation *** argue that decreased sequencing costs and improved analytical tools open the doors for museomic crowd-sourced proj.cts that may not address outstanding biological questions but have a maj.r interest for lay citizens such as birdwatchers.

俄罗斯大学的治理模式在很大程度上是由大学与国家(政府)之间的关系类型决定的,同时也受大学内部运行的机构要素制约。俄罗斯的高等教育系统存在较强的纵向(行政)控制和较弱的横向(学术)控制。这种权力分配在很大程度上是由国家学术市场的衰弱和机构之间教职流动性低造成的。在过去十年里,传统以教席主导教学为核心的治理模式伴随着许多支持教职参与研究政策的出现而悄然发生改变。以国立研究大学经济学高级学院为例,该校近来实施了基于学术治理的新的控制和分配机制的变革,着力摆脱传统的低效率治理模式。

The most techno- logical system area ,for the production of heat resistant advanced ceramics has been determined. 2017年,我国成功举办金砖国家领导人厦门会晤,"金砖中国年"开启了金砖国家合作的全新十年。作为经济学概念,"金砖"由英国著名经济学家吉姆·奥尼尔在2001年首先提出。当时,他将四个新兴经济体首字母组成英文单词"BRIC"——B代表巴西,R代表俄罗斯,I代表印度,C代表中国。这一概念提出数年后,巴西、俄罗斯、印度和中国领导人建立了金砖国家合作机制,并将南非纳入其中。2011年以来,金砖五国中,南非、俄罗斯经济出现滑坡,发展动力不如从前,中国经济进入新常态,五国经济增速差异化明显。金砖国家"金"的成色不足,"褪色了"的言论兴起。俄罗斯智库瓦尔代国际辩论俱乐部(Valdai Discussion Club)日前发布的《金砖+:正在形成的另一种全球化?》报告,对"金砖+"模式的概念及运作框架进行了探讨。项目主任、报告作者yaroslav Lissovolik认为,金砖国家向发展中国家进一步延伸、扩展的举措,反映出区域贸易协定的重要性正在增强。他同时也提醒,"金砖+"模式也面临潜在风险,例如一些国家存在一定程度的贸易保护主义、与发达国家一体化项目的联通问题等。
