Unique genes carried by abundant species enhance CH4 emissions during the growing season at the Tibetan Plateau

CH4 emission rates followed an increased pattern during the growing season at Tibetan Plateau.•Unique genes carried by abundant species were positively correlated with CH4 emission rates.•Climate factors influenced CH4 emission rates by regulating microbial community and their genes.Microorganisms play pivotal roles in soil methane(CH4)emissions and their functional genes are origins of a key mechanism for soil CH4-cycling.However,understanding of the roles of specific genes(e.g.,unique or shared genes carried by species)underlying CH4-cycling remains elusive.Here,we measured CH4 emission rates and investigated variations in microbial community and the abundance of genes carried by species during the growing season in alpine meadow on the Tibetan Plateau.We discovered that CH4 emission rates increased from 394.4,745.9,and 1092.7µg CH4 m−2 h−1,in April,June,and August,respectively,and had a positive correlation with unique genes carried by abundant species during the growing season.Moreover,we found that unique genes carried by abundant species involved in methanogenesis processes have a higher abundance than methanotrophic processes.Further analysis indicated that climate factors(i.e.,mean monthly temperature(MMT)and mean monthly precipitation(MMP))influenced microbial community and their functional genes,and therefore affected the CH4 emission rates.Overall,the present study provides a novel insight into the variation of soil CH4 emissions from a functional gene perspective,highlighting the important roles of unique genes carried by abundant species in CH4 emissions in the Tibetan Plateau under seasonal variation.

Evapotranspiration(ET)is a crucial variable in the terrestrial water,carbon,and energy cycles.At present,a large number of multi source ET products exist.Due to sparse observations,however,great challenges exist in the evaluation and integration of ET products in remote and complex areas such as the Tibetan Plateau(TP).In this paper,the applicability of the multiple collocation(MC)method over the TP is evaluated for the first time,and the uncertainty of multisource ET products(based on reanalysis,remote sensing,and land surface models)is further analyzed,which provides a theoretical basis for ET data fusion.The results show that 1)ET uncertainties quantified via the MC method are lower in RS-based ET products(5.95 vs.7.06 mm month^(-1))than in LSM ET products(10.22 vs.17.97 mm month^(-1))and reanalysis ET estimates(7.27 vs.12.26 mm month-1).2)A multisource evapotranspiration(MET)dataset is generated at a monthly temporal scale with a spatial resolution of 0.25°across the TP during 2005-15.MET has better performance than any individual product.3)Based on the fusion product,the total ET amount over the TP and its patterns of spatiotemporal variability are clearly identified.The annual total ET over the entire TP is approximately 380.60 mm.Additionally,an increasing trend of 1.59±0.85 mm yr^(-1)over the TP is shown during 2005-15.This study provides a basis for future studies on water and energy cycles and water resource management over the TP and surrounding regions.

Boosting selectivity and stability on Pt/BN catalysts for propane dehydrogenation via calcination & reduction-mediated strong metal-support interaction

Propane dehydrogenation(PDH) provides an alternative route for producing propylene. Herein, we demonstrates that h-BN is a promising support of Pt-based catalysts for PDH. The Pt catalysts supported on h-BN were prepared by an impregnation method using Pt(NH_(3))_(4)(NO_(3))_(2) as metal precursors. It has been found that the Pt/BN catalyst undergoing calcination and reduction is highly stable in both PDH reaction and coke-burning regeneration, together with low coke deposition and outstanding propylene selectivity(99%). Detailed characterizations reveal that the high coke resistance and high propylene selectivity of the Pt/BN catalyst are derived not only from the absence of acidity on BN support, but also from the calcination-induced and reduction-adjusted strong metal-support interaction(SMSI) between Pt and BN, which causes the partial encapsulation of Pt particles by BO_(x) overlayers. The BO_(x) overlayers can block the low-coordinated Pt sites and constrain Pt particles into smaller ensembles, suppressing side reactions such as cracking and deep dehydrogenation. Moreover, the BO_(x) overlayers can effectively inhibit Pt sintering by the spatial isolation of Pt during periodic reaction-regeneration cycles. In this work, the catalyst support for PDH is expanded to nonoxide BN, and the understanding of SMSI between Pt and BN will provide rational design strategy for BN-based catalysts.

Targeting metabolism to improve CAR-T cells therapeutic efficacy

Chimeric antigen receptor T (CAR-T) cell therapy achieved advanced progress in the treatment of hematological tumors. However, the application of CAR-T cell therapy for solid tumors still faces many challenges. Competition with tumor cells for metabolic resources in an already nutrient-poor tumor microenvironment is a major contributing cause to CAR-T cell therapy’s low effectiveness. Abnormal metabolic processes are now acknowledged to shape the tumor microenvironment, which is characterized by increased interstitial fluid pressure, low pH level, hypoxia, accumulation of immunosuppressive metabolites, and mitochondrial dysfunction. These factors are important contributors to restriction of T cell proliferation, cytokine release, and suppression of tumor cell-killing ability. This review provides an overview of how different metabolites regulate T cell activity, analyzes the current dilemmas, and proposes key strategies to reestablish the CAR-T cell therapy’s effectiveness through targeting metabolism, with the aim of providing new strategies to surmount the obstacle in the way of solid tumor CAR-T cell treatment.

电力电子装置在电网中渗透率的不断提高导致电网强度和惯量降低,电网故障下暂态同步稳定问题日益突出。针对弱电网故障下并网逆变器的暂态失步问题,建立了计及锁相环阻尼和故障瞬间初始角速度的并网逆变器暂态同步模型,分析了锁相环阻尼和初始角速度变化对暂态同步稳定性的影响规律。提出了基于频率偏差反馈矫正的锁相环附加阻尼控制方法,以提升并网逆变器的暂态同步稳定性。针对不存在稳定平衡点的严重电网故障带来的暂态失步问题,提出了锁相环输出角速度动态补偿方法,实现了故障恢复后系统的稳定运行。最后,搭建硬件在环实验平台,对理论分析和控制方法进行了验证。

ArUco辅助的爬壁机器人自主定位方法

针对现有的爬壁机器人定位技术在纹理特征不明显、环境相对封闭、存在强磁干扰等特殊环境下的不足,提出利用机载鱼眼相机观测固定于地面的ArUco码的全新定位方案并实现了基于该定位方案的惯性测量单元/编码器/鱼眼相机多传感器融合的自主定位方法A-IEF。该方法首先识别ArUco码,并根据其在鱼眼图像中的位置筛选关键帧;然后,研究了固定于地面的ArUco码的角点在鱼眼图像中的重投影规律,并结合机器人姿态约束进行重定位优化;其次,在关键帧区间内,推导了角点重投影误差关于机器人位置和姿态增量的雅可比矩阵;接着,设计了基于ES-EKF(误差状态扩展卡尔曼滤波)的多信息融合方法,以编码器估计的位移误差及ArUco角点重投影误差作为观测量,实现对机器人航向角和位置的修正;最后,在大型钢制构件上进行测试,试验结果表明,本文方法具有更高的定位精度,其中位置估计精度保持在0.06 m以内,航向角估计精度保持在3.7°以内,相较于ArUco-rectified、航位推测法等定位算法,位置误差降低约47%,航向角误差降低约68%,并能够实现在弱光照环境中的定位。

目的构建科学、实用的安宁缓和医疗门诊医护一体化全程管理模式,为安宁缓和医疗门诊的运行及发展提供借鉴。方法基于文献分析、访谈、专家小组会议,初步确定安宁缓和医疗门诊医护一体化全程管理模式的基本框架,采用德尔菲专家函询法对18名从事安宁缓和医疗及医护联合门诊相关领域专家进行2轮专家函询。结果2轮专家函询问卷有效回收率均为100%,第1轮函询专家的权威系数为0.88,第2轮函询专家的权威系数为0.91。最终构建安宁缓和医疗门诊医护一体化全程管理模式,形成人员构成、工作结构、效果评价共3项一级指标,5项二级指标,62项三级指标。结论构建的安宁缓和医疗门诊医护一体化全程管理模式具有较强的科学性、创新性、延续性,可为安宁缓和医护联合门诊的运行及发展提供借鉴。
