The superstructure and its foundation of a super tall building space-mega-frame structure were, in the paper, simplified equivalently and continuously to a three-dimensional model, which is a combination of stiffened-thin-walled tubes on semi-infinite elastic body. The foundation of the building was taken as a part of the superstructure that in fact is the extension of the superstructure to the underground. The superstructure, since a space-mega-frame structure is composed of two grades of frames, the first one is the mega-frame, the main body of load bearing;and the second one is the supplementary frame within the mega-frame, which is also play a role of structure. The geometric dimension (cross sectional area and inertial moment etc.) of the mega-frame is very large, but that of the supplementary is very small, both of which don't belong to the same order of magnitude. In order to carry out the effective simplified analysis to these kinds of structure with three dimensional model, it is possible to transform the structures equivalently and continuously into the combination of several closed stiffened-thin-walled tubes with different stiffness and different mass by means of equivalent principle of rigidity and mass. Thusly, the members of the supplementary frame are transformed to a combination of thin-walled tubes and the members of the mega-frame are transformed to the stiffened ribs of the tubes. When establishing the motion equations of free vibration for the above mentioned stiffened-thin-walled tube combination on the semi-infinite elastic subgrade, unknown functions of the longitudinal nodal lines and the centroidal lines of the sections were taken as generalized coordinate(infinite degree of freedom), and semi-discretizing along periphery with interpolation functions between nodal lines was made. Plastic offers a new niche for microorganisms,the *** everincreasing emission of plastic waste makes it critical to understand the microbial ecology of the plastisphere and associated ***,we present a global fingerprint of the plastisphere,analyzing samples collected from freshwater,seawater,and terrestrial *** plastisphere assembles a distinct microbial community that has a clearly higher heterogeneity and a more deterministically dominated assembly compared to natural *** coexistence patterns—loose and fragile networks with mostly specialist linkages among microorganisms that are rarely found in natural habitats—are seen in the *** microbiomes generally have a great potential to metabolize organic compounds,which could accelerate carbon *** involved in the nitrogen cycle are also altered in the plastisphere,especially in freshwater plastispheres,where a high abundance of denitrifiers may increase the release of nitrite(aquatic toxicant)and nitrous oxide(greenhouse gas).Enrichment of animal,plant,and human pathogens means that the plastisphere could become an increasingly mobile reservoir of harmful *** findings highlight that if the trajectory of plastic emissions is not reversed,the expanding plastisphere could pose critical planetary health challenges.
